Awesome team, awesome victory. Please don't take this the wrong way, but it amazes me someone of your calibre could do their EVs so wrong. 8 = 1 stat point at L50, and your spreads are 252/252/4 and spread 4s with Metagross which wastes EVs!

I think it is related to the difference between your badge allowance and the pokémon because when using a traded pokémon that just levelled up above it, it obeyed a lot of the time, but L100s and such obeyed very little. I don't need AR codes, I just want(ed) to know what the policy is.
