    How are you supposed to get 6 ivs at 31 without hacking? Surely breeding a pokemon with 6 ivs at 31 is mathematically slim to non let alone time consuming? Any tips for achieving this with simply using the game rather than programs? (I am aware of the items which pass on ivs).

    I am having a lot of trouble with my Ninjask. I give it a speed nature and personality and max out its speed evs and select the baby with the highest speed but it never gets to 460 speed at lv 100. Apparently it should have 31 speed ivs at lv 1 .. but the highest baby has 6 speed ivs. Please...
