Does the ability Delta Stream affect Stealth Rock damage? Ability comes into effect after switching in, but if you switched in another Flying-type in a double battle with Mega Rayquaza already out, would the other flying type take 25% from Stealth Rock, or 12.5%?

The whole "taunt, u-turn, BP screws it up" argument is invalid because unless all 6 of yours have it, which means it overcentralizes the metagame, you'll be vulnerable to wobba. On average someone will have maybe one pokemon with one of those moves. Wobba pretty much...
Here's the thing though. When people realize this and stop using Blissey, hardcore special attackers would eventually come back and then Blissey will be needed again.
Actually if you factor in abilities, a few more pokemon resist rock + ground. Bronzong, Flygon, and Claydol all have Levitate and a typing that resists Rock. There are a couple more I think, but they're UU or something so I don't remember them at the moment.

Lucario's weak to Aura Sphere, Gallade's weak to Air Slash. I don't see pokemon with Steadfast as good counters to a Flinch Hax Togekiss, unless someone else gets Steadfast that I'm not aware of.
