  • Thanks for the link, are pokémon transferred this way still legal for VGC competitions?
yes i haven't really heard him..what catches did he do with those flawless spreads? any japanese mew?
If you need anything or something you dont remember just ask..i can abuse almost anything 3rd gen related i just get bored to do so..i had great help from other people that helped me learn
what's the frame on those flawless spreads? i have 300 files i have a lot of good spreads but not flawless..i do only spreads that under a million because i cant stand the long wait even at full speed on the emu..there used to be a guide by bozo but not anymore..do you have shadow hunters excel file?
i can rng in 3rd gen...also bitterlemon can too:) i mostly do shiny hatches for now..nice to know there are still people who rng in 3rd gen
Just like it said, Bond697 (OT:Mat) actually only have two legitly obtained DW event pokemons, Jolteon and Arceus. The rest are Entree Forest Hacks, meaning, he used some kind of program to "inject" those pokemons directly into the forest, without ever passing through DW. His Blaziken has been around ever since before the English game's out. At least 20 trade threads have his Blaziken in their threads, and so far, I only see 2 that state that it's "Extra-link editted". Despite of that, I've never seen mods or admins do anything about it...weird when they told us to say where we get the Wondercard for our event pokemons and I believe mods and admins KNOW that his pokemons are Entree Forest Hacked. With hacked Wondercard, most of the time, you can never tell the difference. With DW, all you need to do is get some proofs from DW. The distinction is much clearer, yet I just find it funny how everyone seem to think they're more OK to trade than hacked Wondercard pokemons. -_-"
I only know of like 3-4. Eppie, Music, AceTrainer, and somebody else. Just spacing the name.

As for me. I tried getting into 3rd gen but got bored with it. I don't really like the whole wait for who knows how long before getting what you want.

I can do anything in 4th gen. I can do wild, stationaries, and roamers in Plat. Can't do anything in DP. HGSS. I can do pretty much everything. I still need to try Safari Zone, but I'm pretty sure I could cruise through that fine.
As for 5th gen, I just finally got my parameters found so I'm just going through what I want to get. I can do about 6 captures within an hour. If I'm not going for shiny.
Yeah, I remember Skymin. I never really talking with him, but remember seeing him around.
Do you know 4th or 5th gen?
It's alright, it was my fault for not throughly reading the post. Everyone was once the new guy, and it is only fair not to judge them simply based upon their post count.

Sorry again for the trouble I caused you, welcome to the forums. If you needing anything just give me a holler, and I promise I'll read it throughly this time :P
    Calm down.
It was 2 am, and I didn't see the checking part.

I have had a lack of sleep for almost 36 hours. Read over about 19 posts all about hacks within 30 minutes. Attempted at getting a shiny on a PID frame of 500, 9 times yet failing every time. Dealt with 3-5 year olds for 4 hours.

I'm sorry for misreading your post. You don't need to rage at me for it though.
I suggest starting a small trade thread first (although leave room for it to grow). Since you're RNGing your own stuff, your thread will be the place that people can get original stuff... so a small thread is ideal. Once you begin trading, you'll fill it up pretty quickly.
No problem man hit me up whenever you need something. Also I'm a battle tutor so if you need help pm me.
Scar Labarith has no idea what the hell he is talking about when it comes to battling.

Gender plays no part in which pokemon is better in battle, but IV's and evs do. I'm not the greatest battler here but I'm damn sure one of the top on wifi here anyway.

When it comes to breeding Males pass egg moves and females pass their abilities.

Also as for labarith's offer for breeding the DW pokes. It seems all that he is trying to do is get you to do free

breeding projects for him so I don't recommend taking it.

But it is up to you.
You gain credits by preforming services like eving, move tutoring, cloning, and breeding projects (always worth multiple credits)
Right now, most of the DW pokemon haven't been RNG bred all that often.

There are Dragonites, Toads, 9tails, carvahanas, and slowpokes around... but most of the others haven't been done.

Note: remember females are functionally better than males in battle most of the time, so you should always aim for a flawless female when RNGing.

If you'd like, I could provide you with some of the more interesting DW females I have that I haven't seen RNGed enough... Murkrow, Aerodactyl, Anorith, etc.

If you're up for it, we can have a standing arrangement where I provide you DW females and the occasional egg-move-relevant male, and you trade me a clone of whatever you breed from it.

Let me know - I'm off to bed. It's like 2am here. :P
Starting a thread isn't hard at all.
The hardest thing to do is finding the format that you want for your thread.

    1. always reserve as many post as you think you may need before you let anyone post

    2. Post rules and other must knows at the top.

    3. when posting pokemon use sprites (I can link a site for you for this)

    4. Always list the Nature, Iv's, egg moves (or lack there of), evs of all pokemon, and if they are redistributable, semi-redis, or no redis.
Note posting the ball they are captured in, place of capture, or hatching place is optional it helps a lot. People tend to care about this for some odd reason.

    5. Always keep records of your trades just incase something happens and you need to either A. go to the blacklist B. regather pokemon that you lost.

    6. Make sure to keep track of credits owed to you or credits you owe

    7. List services you offer.

Here is mine and my thread partners thread http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58391
    Who is your brother?

I can't RNG yet - but I enjoy the challenge of trading anyways. :)

Can you RNG breed yet? If so, I can give you some ideas of pokemon that haven't been RNGed very often yet (and provide the DW females for you for some of those projects).
hey man welcome to smogon first of all. Second if you want some help with anything I'll be more than happy to do my best to get you what you need.
    Re: Thread Starting:

The best thing to do is to look at someone else's thread and copy what you like. For example, here's mine:
    http://www.smogon.com/forums/showthread.php?t=82556

Note: I suggest reserving like 8-10 posts before letting people post in your thread.

You will edit your posts w/ new pokemon, keep track of people who owe you credits, etc.

    Make sure you use pictures.

Make sure you only offer legit things. If you're RNGing yourself, this should be good.

    Good luck!
