Thanks guys. I added the Heatran threat and changed to a much better EV spread(s). If Sleep Talk selects Psycho Shift while asleep than your sleep status is transferred onto the opposing Pokemon and you wake up. He doesn't get burned; but he also doesn't receive a Flash Fire boost.
