Yeah, I decided to limit myself to one breed per day because I started building up too many shiny flawless babies to EV train. So far I've done Dragonite, Starmie, Empoleon, and Bronzor (today).
Hmm, that's odd. I have to say I like breeding more, it's pretty easy to get whatever you want.

How did you get your target seed initially? Did someone give it to you or did you find it via a program?
So PokeRNG gave you a seed to use but not a frame? That's very strange... If it does tell you a frame to use, then hitting the frame is pretty easy.
Let's say your frame is 19, as an example. Once you get in the game, you would call Elm 9 times to verify your seed, which would also advance the frames by 9. If you hit your seed, you would just call 9 more times (18 in total), then click on Zapdos, advancing it to frame 19, which would be your spread.
So you have your seed, but you should know what the frame of your Zapdos is. Without knowing the frame, you can't do much with it.
PokeRNG should have given you a frame going along with your seed.
Hey, for your Zapdos, are you using the number under Frame or Actual? I used Actual my first time and was wrong. It sounds like you could be doing the same thing.
You need to check the IV's of the target, and I can't really do anything without the exact IV spread. -
