lol! (TBH I'm a mod in secret =D) jk lol =P you get them in the MPL league: http://marriland.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=96&t=413993 you register with your FC and 8 pokemon then go around challenging the gyms. If you defeat a gym you get that badge =D once I get 1 more badge I'm going to apply to become a gym leader =)
