I am Tsar, but I do not want to hold anyone back from battling for Tsar and I am at work and unavailable, so I will abidcate. Then you can post there that you want to challenge anyone else who is willing to battle.
If you want to go so far as to look at the member list for anyone with a green light that indicates that they are online and VM them for a battle, that would be fine too.
That is what I do to generate Tsar battling oppurtunities,
