I considered it, but given that there's a lot of weather in Doubles I'd rather not risk Ninetales's life on a move that's not used for much besides picking on Gastrodon. Maybe if you're ballsier than I am you could pull it off, but Ninetales is weather inducer-bait so I don't see it going well.
