Pokemon: Sinnoan Forretress
New Typing: Bug/Rock
New Abilities: Solid Rock/Skill Link
New Stats: 75/100/110/50/80/50
New Moves: Rock Blast, Stone Edge, Pin Missile, Bullet Seed, U-Turn, Rock Throw
Removed Moves: Flash Cannon, Mirror Shot, Heavy Slam, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon, Autotomize
Flavor/Design: Near Stark Mountain, natural predators of Pineco (bird Pokemon) aren't as prevalent, and instead Fire types are more common. This led to Pineco evolving to be able to fight back against them. Now a Bug/Rock type, it has more Atk and Sp. Def, but less Def. It also has Solid Rock and Skill Link as abilities, with access to Rock Blast, Pin Missile, and Bullet Seed.

New Typing: Dark/Fairy
New Abilities: Illusion/Run Away/Justified
New Stats: 65/100/60/105/60/75
New Moves: Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Moonlight
Removed Moves: Hex, Curse, Torment
Flavor/Design: The people of the region feared the horrible disasters seemingly brought on by Absol. And so, over time, they began to hunt Absol down, trying to remove the species from the region entirely. However, as it turns out, the Absol of the region managed to survive by developing the power to create illusions, similarly to Zoroark. They hid themselves away in secluded places, like forests and caves, and they became nothing more than a bygone myth to the people. Their seclusion further developed them into mystical beings that have mastered both shadows and light.

Mega Typing: Dark/Fairy
Mega Ability: Magic Bounce
Mega Stats: 65/120/60/145/60/115
Mega Flavor: When its trust in humankind is finally reestablished, Kantonian Absol can acheive a form that enhances its mystic powers even further. While similar to a normal Mega Absol in many ways, a Kantonian Mega Absol can fill its "wings" with power and acheive flight for several minutes. In fact, it seems that a lot of its power has been placed into its wings, leading them to be not only larger and capable of releasing powerful blasts of energy, but also even softer than those of a normal Mega Absol.

Pokemon: Kalonese Milotic
New Typing: Poison/Dragon
New Abilities: Intimidate/Corrosion/Oblivious
New Stats: 95/95/84/100/115/51
New Moves: Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Dragon Hammer, Gunk Shot, Poison Tail, Clear Smog, Draco Meteor, Gastro Acid, Crunch, Scary Face
Removed Moves: Aqua Tail, Water Gun, Water Sport, Disarming Voice, Hydro Pump
Flavor/Design: The cocoon of the Pokemon Yveltal once slept at the bottom of a cavern lake. Most of the fish Pokemon within the lake died off, but one species was able to survive: Feebas. However, the essence of death took its toll on the small fish, and when it evolved, it was no beautiful serpent, but rather a corrupted monster. It couldn't bear the sight of itself or others like it, and so it lived in the dark waters to hide away. However, when the species was finally noticed by some cave explorers, they were quickly relocated, and the cave was barred off. Modern day descendants of these Milotic are nowhere near as terrifying as their ancesters, but they retain several traits from them, including false eyes on their tails, markings like those of Feebas, and a second mouth on their tail.

Pokemon: Hoennian Zweilous
New Typing: Electric/Dragon
New Ability: Magnet Pull
New Stats: 72/85/65/65/65/68
New Moves: Wild Charge
Removed Moves: Double Hit
Flavor/Design: Due to mysterious magnetic forces within the areas surrounding New Mauville, Deino brought to this region that evolve develop differently. While the original head of Zweilous remains mostly the same, its new head appears artificial. While it does still have organic components, it thinks in a way similar to a computer, like Beldum or Metang. The original head does maintain control over the artificial one at all times, due to being the only one that eats, but it really doesn't like it anyway.

Pokemon: Hoennian Hydreigon
New Typing: Electric/Dragon
New Ability: Steelworker
New Stats: 92/105/85/125/85/108
New Moves: Wild Charge, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Magnet Rise, Iron Head, Smart Strike, Lock-On
Removed Moves: Double Hit, Brutal Swing, Throat Chop, Payback, Surf, Earthquake, Bulldoze, Fire Blast
Flavor/Design: Upon further evolution, Hydreigon's main head is an extension of the robotic side of Zweilous. Its brain is mainly localized inside the new main head, but it retains some of it within the old artificial head, in case the main one suffers damage. The part of it that is still fully organic is actually controlled by the original head, the same one that evolved from Deino, due to it not fusing with the other head. Once again, it controls the actions of the robotic side, but it still isn't very happy with how things turned out.

Alright, I'm here to put in some sets for my Kalosian Gardevoir and Gallade. Let's start with regular Gardevoir:

Gardevoir-Kalos @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Aura Sphere / Focus Blast
- Hyper Voice
- Volt Switch
- Trick

This is the standard Choice Scarf Gardevoir, but with a twist, that being Volt Switch. This pivot option allows for Gardevoir to be a part of a Volt-Turn core, while also having strong Fairy and Fighting STAB to pressure Dark, Dragon, Rock, and Steel types. Pixilate transforms Hyper Voice into a strong Fairy move, even before Mega Evolution, which makes up for the slight drop in SpA. Aura Sphere can be replaced with Focus Blast on this set if you want to take a bit more of a risk.

Gardevoir-Kalos @ Gardevoirite
Ability: No Guard
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Focus Blast
- Hyper Voice
- Volt Switch / Moonblast
- Psychic / Psyshock

This is an interesting set where the base form and the Mega form serve different purposes. The base form has access to No Guard, which means it can use the powerful Focus Blast without a chance to miss. However, choosing No Guard means you forego Pixilate, which allows you to create strong Fairy moves out of Normal moves. The Mega remedies this problem, by allowing the No Guard set to switch to being Pixilate. Focus Blast from the base is stronger than Aura Sphere from the Mega, so if you absolutely need to hit a Fighting move, you can use Focus Blast before you Mega to hit everytime. The other moves are standard fare, with Hyper Voice for Mega STAB, Volt Switch for pivot potential (or Moonblast if you need a Fairy STAB in base), and Psychic coverage for Poison types.

Next up is Gallade.

Gallade-Kalos @ Figy Berry
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Play Rough
- Iron Head
- Earthquake / Rock Slide
- Volt Switch / Knock Off / Swords Dance

Basic set that takes advantage of Sturdy to remain alive and regain some HP. Two moves are for STAB, one is for Fire types, and the last move is for either pivoting, item removal, or setup.

Gallade-Kalos @ Galladite
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Return
- Iron Head
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance / Bulk Up

This is the set for the mega. The basic idea: set up with base, possibly taking a hit with Sturdy, then go Mega and hurt things with Pixilate Return.

Pokémon: Unovan Ralts line
New Typing:
As Ralts, Kirlia and Gardevoir:

As Gallade:

New Abilities:
As Ralts, Kirlia and Gardevoir: Flame Body / Trace / Intimidate (Hidden)
As Gallade: Steadfast / Justified (Hidden)
As Mega Gardevoir: Pixilate
As Gallade: Inner Focus
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves:
As Ralts, Kirlia, and Gardevoir:
+ Ember, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flame Burst, Overheat, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Sacred Fire, Roost (9)
As Gallade:
+ Ember, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flame Burst, Overheat, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Sacred Fire, Roost, Sacred Sword (10)
Removed Moves:
As Ralts, Kirlia, and Gardevoir:
- Confusion, Dream Eater, Future Sight, Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Synchronoise, Telekinesis, Zen Headbutt (9)
As Gallade:
- Confusion, Dream Eater, Future Sight, Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Synchronoise, Telekinesis, Zen Headbutt, Psycho Cut (10)
Flavor/Design:
Unovan Ralts, and their evolutions, lack psychic abilities, and use sacred flames instead. Compared to the more famous variant from Hoenn, Unovan Gardevoir don't have quite as strong of a bond with their trainers, and are believed to pick up signals from various Legendary Pokémon rather than from people around them. Unovan Gallade cannot read the minds of their opponents, but make up for it with superior skill.
The entire Unovan Ralts line trades out their green coloration for gold, and develops white, feathery wings.
Unovan Gallade's arm-blades are slightly longer and sharper, as well as wreathed in flame.
Unovan Mega Gardevoir develops two additional pairs of wings, but these are wrapped around its body (leaving only its head and arms exposed) to contain its destructive power. If it was ever unraveled, it would incinerate the entire world.

Pokémon: Kantonian Trapinch line
New Typing:

New Abilities:
As Trapinch: Hyper Cutter / Shadow Tag / Sheer Force (Hidden)
As Vibrava and Flygon: Mold Breaker
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves: X-Scissor, Leech Life, Fell Stinger, Shadow Claw, Shadow Ball, Night Shade, Shadow Sneak, Astonish, Hex, Curse (10)
Removed Moves: Bulldoze, Dig, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fissure, Mud Shot, Mud-Slap, Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Sandstorm (10)
Flavor/Design:
Flygon were brought over to Kanto. However, people kept them away from sandy areas. As the Desert Spirit, Flygon is tied to sand, and being kept away from it turned it into a lifeless husk. They are unable to fly and have lost their power over sand, but attack incredibly savagely.

Kantonian Hariyama
"Hidden Guardians of Diglett's Cave"
Pokémon: Hariyama-Kanto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Technician / Guts | Sheer Force
New Stats: 144 HP / 120 Atk / 60 Def / 30 SpA / 60 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 474 (-10 SpA, +10 Spe)
New Moves: Drain Punch, Mach Punch, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Crunch, Dig, Power Trip, Slack Off, Slash, Night Slash (+10)
Removed Moves: None

Flavor/Design: Although normal Makukita are found in the Diglett's Cave and only shows up by using the Hoenn Sound, Kantonian Hariyama are rumored to only show up when Ghost-type Pokemon comes and threaten their Makuhita children. Despite living with the Diglett and Dugtrio, the Kantonian Hariyama instead train with Absol (also found only by using the Hoenn Sound) to gain sharp edges on their arms and their skin turn white, as they wanted to defend their children and themselves from Psychic-types and Ghost-types, especially the ever-popular Alakazam and Gengar, or even the entire cave from the likes of Team Rocket.

Utility: Kantonian Hariyama gain a little more Speed to perform as a bulky tank better in at least in the lower tiers, and Bulk Up + Mach Punch + Technician is nothing to scoff about either. Technician will also make Force Palm more useful as it gains a reasonable power and retain the 30% chance of Paralysis, making it annoying for safe switching in and makes Ghost-type risky since Kantonian Hariyama's Dark STAB doesn't help the situation. Their defenses are still low so don't expect it to survive for long, especially from Fairy-type attacks.

Sinnoan Mudkip, Marshtomp & Swampert
"Lava Dwellers of Stark Mountain"

Pokémon: Mudkip-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Flash Fire | Flame Body
New Stats: 50 HP / 80 Atk / 50 Def / 40 SpA / 50 SpD / 40 Spe | BST: 310 (+10 Atk, -10 SpA)
New Moves: Fire Pledge, Fire Fang, Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Spin, Gunk Shot, Smog, Slack Off, Slash, Swords Dance, Lava Plume (+14)
Removed Moves: Water Gun, Whirlpool, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Hail, Surf, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Icy Wind, Water Pledge, Water Pulse, Avalanche, Dive, Ice Ball, Take Down (-17)

Flavor/Design: Does to the competition with other Water-types and the few water routes they could fit in, an horde of Mudkip and their evolved counterparts ends up residing nearby the Stark Mountain, where there was ponds of geyser nearby. As the desperate Mud Fish Pokemon become more and more adapted and resistant to the scalding water as time passes, the geysers ends up losing their heat, but the Mudkip line become more able to resist the heat inside the volcano and even breathes the smoke without major consequences, but their dry skin resulted them to become vulnerable from direct hit from water. Mudkip's skin had become jet black with the underbelly colored a light orange, with their fin and tail becoming sharp and embed on fire.

Pokémon: Marshtomp-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Flash Fire | Flame Body
New Stats: 70 HP / 95 Atk / 70 Def / 50 SpA / 70 SpD / 50 Spe | BST: 405 (+10 Atk, -10 SpA)
New Moves: Fire Pledge, Fire Fang, Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Spin, Gunk Shot, Smog, Slack Off, Slash, Swords Dance, Lava Plume, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch (+16)
Removed Moves: Water Gun, Whirlpool, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Hail, Surf, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Icy Wind, Water Pledge, Water Pulse, Avalanche, Dive, Ice Ball, Take Down, Muddy Water (-18)

Flavor/Design: Marshtomp uses the same basic design from Mudkip; jet black skin, light orange underbelly, sharp and burning fin and tails. In addition, Marshtomp's arms are covered with coals that can turn into fire when using a Fire-type move.

Pokémon: Swampert-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Flash Fire | Flame Body
New Stats: 100 HP / 120 Atk / 90 Def / 75 SpA / 90 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 535 (+10 Atk, -10 SpA)
New Moves: Fire Pledge, Fire Fang, Flame Wheel, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Flame Charge, Fire Spin, Gunk Shot, Smog, Slack Off, Slash, Swords Dance, Lava Plume, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Power Whip, Solar Beam (+18)
Removed Moves: Water Gun, Whirlpool, Hydro Pump, Rain Dance, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Hail, Surf, Waterfall, Aqua Tail, Icy Wind, Water Pledge, Water Pulse, Avalanche, Dive, Ice Ball, Take Down, Muddy Water (-18)

Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Swampert follows the same design and flavor from Sinnoan Mudkip and Marshtomp, so you will already know it by now. In addition, the coal-arms also let out snake-like formation of flames, and this now also applies to Swampert's legs. Unlike the prevolutions, Sinnoan Swampert's eyes are also red instead of traditional orange. It turns out that their capacity to absorb water is explained; the Sinnoan Swampert had developed this since they are still aquatic Pokemon at heart and needs to travel to melt snow to absorb them. The salt in the water are immediately burned as the Sinnoan Swampert's blood are as hot as magma, which is thanks to their immunity to burning.

Utility: Fire and Ground are a powerful STAB combo, especially since this means big trouble for Ferrothorn, Skarmory, Celesteela, Tapu Koko, Kartana and Heatran. With Flame Body, contact moves are a bit risky against this Swampert, and Power Whip can help fend off most Ground-types. Swords Dance is something that the normal Swampert will dream off (but flavor-wise, its not possible) as it allows it to set-up wallbreak. Water Absorb also allows some recovery by safely switching into a Water-type attack, unless if it is Mega Gyarados. Then you don't think about using Sinnoan Swampert against Mega Gyarados because of Mold Breaker.

Mega Stone: Sinampertite
Pokémon: Swampert-Sinnoh-Mega
New Typing:

New Ability: Long Reach
New Stats: 100 HP / 155 Atk / 110 Def / 80 SpA / 120 SpD / 70 Spe | BST: 635 (+35 Atk, +20 Def, +5 SpA, +30 SpD, +10 Spe)

Flavor/Design: Unlike the original Mega Swampert, the Sinnoan Mega Swampert's strength is even more herculean does the coal's heat boosting its muscle as well as making it more resilient. However, it produces so much heat that it can launch some of its coals and new ones will quickly replaced the launched ones, allowing it to have a Long Reach. Sheer Force will fit him but the typing and using that Ability will rip Mega Camerupt off. Tough Claws is too obvious despite having sharp fins. Sand Rush is also too obvious and makes it too similar with the regular Mega Swampert. So since the original Mega Swampert uses its organs to fill air on its back before diving and give extra pressure to its punches, I could make a similar concept where the Sinnoan Mega Swampert instead use the heat of its red-hot blood to launch its regenerative coals to make fist-shaped projectiles out of its hands or even its entire body, allowing it to uses the likes of Fire Punch and Flare Blitz without needing to make contact with the foes.

Utility: Although no way to get speed and still have a severe 4x Water weakness, it can still make a set up with Swords Dance, have no problems with the likes of Iron Barb and other problematic contact-activated Abilities and Items, and thus put even more pressure to most Walls. Despite having Slack Off, it is a good idea to provide Cleric support, as Toxic and Sleep can prove to be huge annoyance to the muscular lava mudfish Pokemon. Its slow Speed can also be played against it as the rain-boosted Hoennian Mega Swampert will beat it no matter what and powerful and faster Ground threats like Excadrill can revenge kill on this thing, though Power Whip means pressure to Water and Ground threats. Long Reach isn't a powerful ability other than avoiding contact either, cause its not Tough Claws or Sheer Force.

Hoennian Bounsweet Line
"Berry Loving Vampires from Staleport City"
Pokémon: Bounsweet-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Hydration / Oblivious | Unnerve
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves: Bite, Leech Life, Bubble Beam, Waterfall, Liquidation (+5)
Removed Moves: Sweet Scent (-1)

Flavor/Design: One would expect to see Bounsweet in a similarly hot climate region that is Hoenn, However, one would not expect the mutation inflicted into them overtime as a box full of Bounsweet mistaken for Berries had been imported to the Staleport City, and as the parents managed to found them to the city, they had to desperately keep them alive by giving them fruits and Berries that have much composition to water. As they hide from human sight during day and only show up in the night, the Bounsweet line eventually developed fangs so that the Bounsweet line can drink on the fruits' juice and water much easier, but the mutation wen to fast that it result them to become tolerable and even liking the blood of other Pokémon and humans to the point of being called "the Gliscor of Hoenn". Hoennian Bounsweet had notably silver calyx and their appearance changed to look more like a mix of orange and Oran Berries than mangosteen because of their blue skin and light orange "pants", and developed small but sharp fangs. They also developed a weird smell from mixed berries that can turn away most Pokemon.

Pokémon: Steenee-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Hydration / Oblivious | Unnerve
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves: Bite, Leech Life, Bubble Beam, Waterfall, Liquidation, Scary Face (+6)
Removed Moves: Sweet Scent, Play Nice (-2)

Flavor/Design: As the Hoennian Bounsweet evolves into Hoennian Steenee, the Steenee's fangs are slightly more developed, and as such become able to penetrate even a Shelgon's shell, although they only bite to drink blood, and they are more interested with the juice of the fruits and Berries. The general design follows from Hoennian Bounsweet, with the eyes being red-colored and the proportion of arms and legs are more even, but the "pants" started to develop some spiked edges.

Pokémon: Tsareena-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Hydration / Queenly Majesty | Strong Jaw
New Stats: 72 HP / 120 Atk / 88 Def / 45 SpA / 88 SpD / 96 Spe | BST: 510 (-10 Def, -5 SpA, -10 SpD, +25 Spe)
New Moves: Bite, Leech Life, Bubble Beam, Waterfall, Liquidation, Scary Face, Swords Dance, Psychic Fangs, Ice Fangs, Thunder Fangs, Crunch, Poison Fangs (+12)
Removed Moves: Sweet Scent, Play Nice (-2)

Flavor/Design: Upon evolving into Hoennian Tsareena, their fangs had become even more sharp, and even a Gyarados doesn't want to fight with a Hoennian Tsareena does to their power growing from dancing, their scary face with their silted eyes and sharp fangs. Thankfully, they live in harmony with Ludicolo that helped maintain them and their child with their rain, while in return fending off intruders that prey on Ludicolo, allowing the Hoennian Tsareena line to live in peace. General designs follows from Hoennian Bounsweet and Steenee, and as described earlier, they have silted eyes and their mouth is perpetually exposed unlike regular Tsareena.

Utility: Hoennian Tsareena is much faster than the original Tsareena, meaning that it can sweep much more properly with a more respectable Speed of 96. This makes Queenly Majesty more effective to counter Priority moves and stops Gale Wings, Prankster and Triage from working against it. Alternatively, it can also fit in a Rain team to push off annoying Major Statuses like Burn and Paralysis, use Rest without almost no repercussion, and in return fend off most Grass-types with Leech Life and prevent opposing Water-type Pokemon from pulling full advantage. Strong Jaw is for flavor but is fun to use with a pseudo-BoltBeam with Ice Fangs and Thunder Fangs, or mess with Poison Fangs to make switching in risky with 50% of Toxic poisoning.

What do you think? Are any of them seems too powerful or needs some other works?

UPDATE 1: Changed the Sinnoan Swampert line's Water Absorb by Flame Body. Water immunity on a Fire/Ground for an already great Pokémon (competitively better than Camerupt anyways) and with some more useful tools is a big no-no apparently, and Mega Sinnoan Swampert's 170 Attack + Defiant + Swords Dance + great STAB combo is straight up overkill so I toned down its Attack and replaced Defiant by a more situational (but still helpful) Long Reach.

Swampert and its mega seem pretty OP. The first has an incredible defensive and offensive typing with an immunity to Water (making it a PDon-lite), great support moves, and reliable recovery. The second is basically a Bisharp with again better offensive typing and 50 more attack, albeit no Sucker Punch. Flare Blitz and Earthquake hit like trucks, though, so you should nerf their Attack.

Replaced Water Absorb by Flame Body so that while contact on Swampert is risky, Water Pokémon become much more viable counters, especially the original Swampert, and Sinnoan Mega Swampert have its Attack toned down and have Defiant replaced by the more situational (but still helpful in some cases, like vs Ferrothorn) Long Reach, which means that Intimidate can help mess with it instead of having to avoid eye-to-eye contact. If there are still problems I will be happy to hear it.

Primal Groudon on its own is certainly a huge threat in Ubers does to huge Atk and useable SpA and set up and Water immunity, I didn't remembered Fire/Ground in general is dangerous both offensively and defensively since Camerupt (and its Mega) are not even UU viable... probably because Camerupt isn't strong enough and Mega Camerupt is far too slow.

Pokémon: Hoenn Voltorb
New Typing:

New Abilities: Static/Volt Absorb (Drizzle)
New Stats: 50 (+10)/55 (+25)/45 (-5)/30 (-25)/55/95 (-5)
New Moves: Surf, Waterfall, Liquidate, Scald
Removed Moves: Discharge, Zap Cannon, Taunt, Charge Beam, Volt Switch

Flavor/Design: It's a Dive Ball! That's what it is, a Volt Orb in Dive Ball disguise. It's a dive ball and Hoennian because that's the generation Dive Balls were born.

Pokémon: Hoenn Electrode
New Typing:

New Abilities: Static/Volt Absorb (Drizzle)
New Stats: 70 (+10)/80 (+30)/65 (-5)/50 (-30)/55/145 (-5)
New Moves: Surf, Waterfall, Liquidate, Scald
Removed Moves: Discharge, Zap Cannon, Taunt, Charge Beam, Volt Switch

Flavor/Design: It's a Dive Ball! That's what it is, a Electrode in Dive Ball disguise. It's a dive ball and Hoennian because that's the generation Dive Balls were born. Just like classic Voltorb to Electrode, Hoenn Electrode has its Pokemon pattern upside down and yes I know Drizzle is a bit extreme, but I think thematically the idea of making rain to be as Dive Ballish as possible does great favors.

Pokémon: Sinnoh Voltorb
New Typing:

New Abilities: Arena Trap/Volt Absorb (Prankster)
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves: Sticky Web, U-turn, Bug Buzz, Defend Order, Quiver Dance, Giga Drain (6)
Removed Moves: Discharge, Zap Cannon, Thunder, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Swift (6)
Flavor/Design: Bug of a net ball! That's what it is. Granted its ability to trap with its nets might get banned, but a really fast Sticky Web/TWave combo cannot be easy to ignore, can it?

Pokémon: Sinnoh Electrode
New Typing:

New Abilities: Arena Trap/Volt Absorb (Prankster)
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves: Sticky Web, U-turn, Bug Buzz, Defend Order, Quiver Dance, Giga Drain (6)
Removed Moves: Discharge, Zap Cannon, Thunder, Charge Beam, Volt Switch, Swift (6)
Flavor/Design: Electrode as a Net Ball in order to blend with its surroundings. Granted the pattern is upside down. Still, its an amazingly fast Web and T-Waver. Why are these monsters Sinnohan? I dunno! Look!!! Do you want fast, Prankster T-Wave/Sticky Web or not?

Pokémon: Kanto Musharna
New Typing:
/
New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 116/55/95(+10)/112(+5)/95/14(-15)
New Moves: Sludge Wave, Toxic Spikes, Sludge Bomb, Acid Spray
Removed Moves: Psychic Terrain
Flavor/Design: Well besides being a floating gas ball, which fits in when you find toxic experiments in the old mansion, you see a Pokemon that creates Toxic mist instead of dream.

Kalosian Duskull Line
New Typing
:

New Abilities: Honey Gather / Thick Fat
New Stats: Unchanged
New Moves: Heal Order, Defend Order, Attack Order, U-turn, Defog, Twineedle, Bug Buzz, Shadow Force
Removed Moves: Power-up punch, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Shadow Punch

Flavor/Design: It is said that when Duskull and Dusclops travel to Sinnoh to evolve into Dusknoir, some become lost along the way. These Duskull and Dusclops migrate to areas where there are the most souls present- Kalosian beehives containing thousands of Combee and Vespiquen. They absorb some of the souls as nourishment, and eventually even absorbed the honey. After this happens, the Duskull and Dusclops transforms into it's new, lazy self, unconcerned with anything other than it's duties as a member of the hive. Eventually, they will evolve into Dusknoir, who act as a guard to the hive.

Unovan Surskit
New Typing:

New Abilities: Flash Fire | Water Bubble
New Stats: 20 / 30 / 32 / 70 / 52 / 65 (-20 HP, +20 SpA)
New Moves: Night Shade, Nightmare, Hex, Ominous Wind, Dream Eater, Hypnosis, Will-O-Wisp, Ember, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Inferno, Fire Blast, Overheat, Heat Wave
Removed Moves: Sticky Web, Blizzard, Bug Bite, Fell Stinger, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Lunge, Mist, Struggle Bug
Flavor: Litwick's alluring flames lead many Pokemon to their demise, but the flame proved particularly attractive to Surskit brought to the region. Surskit's souls were consumed en masse by Litwick, leaving the Surskit population nearly extinct and littering the habitat with empty husks. A few of these husks became Ghost Pokemon themselves, taking to the waters in order to hunt for more souls with a spectral flame atop their heads. Experts debate whether these Surskit are a true variant or just a Litwick within a host body.

Unovan Masquerain
New Typing:

New Abilities:
Intimidate | Water Bubble
New Stats: 40 / 50 / 62 / 120 / 82 / 100 (-30 HP, -10 Atk, +20 SpA, +20 Spe)
New Moves: Night Shade, Nightmare, Hex, Ominous Wind, Dream Eater, Hypnosis, Will-O-Wisp, Ember, Flame Burst, Flamethrower, Inferno, Fire Blast, Overheat, Heat Wave
Removed Moves: Sticky Web, Blizzard, Bug Bite, Fell Stinger, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Lunge, Mist, Struggle Bug, Bug Buzz, Aerial Ace, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Gust, Silver Wind, Tailwind, Twister
Flavor: When an Unovan Surskit consumes enough souls its physical body grows to weak to host the spectral flame. This forces the zombified Surskit to evolve into a Masquerain, if only partially. This Masquerain body lacks a face and functions only as a host for the ghost within it, which spills out as spectral flames where a Hoennian's Masquerain's wings would be. It darts across lakes searching for life force to steal. It is even capable of diving beneath the water in order to catch prey, as its flames are not corporeal. Experts who believe that Unovan Surskit are Litwick hosts theorize that Unovan Masquerain is a Lampent host, the evolution triggered by the need for a more powerful body to house the energy of a Lampent. Under this theory, what happens when the Lampent evolves further is unknown. Other experts maintain the belief that this is a unique Ghost Pokemon.
Competitive Analysis: A devastating Quiver Dance sweeper with powerful STABs alongside nuclear Hydro Pumps. In spite of its frailty, it hits hard unboosted and can therefore find setup by forcing out opponents weak to Fire/Ghost/Water.

Kantonian Sentret
New Typing:

New Abilities:
Forewarn / Keen Eye | Magic Bounce
New Stats: 35 / 35 / 34 / 46 / 55 / 10 (Atk and SpA Swapped, +10 SpD, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Confusion, Psybeam, Psywave, Mind Reader, Psychic, Psyshock, Extrasensory, Calm Mind, Recover
Removed Moves: Brick Break, Aqua Tail, Focus Punch, Knock Off, Pursuit, Power-Up Punch, Hone Claws, Sucker Punch
Flavor: Sentret that migrated into Kanto found trouble surviving due to harsh competition for food from the established Pokemon population. Some Sentret developed the odd ability to feed off of the mental energy of other Pokemon and people, peacefully siphoning off the excess mental energy of the creatures in the area. This increase in mental prowess came at the cost of the Sentrets becoming even more sedentary than before, so they developed a 360 degree danger sense which was centered in their "inner eye". Their normal eyes lost importance, and the Sentret became blind.

Kantonian Furret
New Typing:

New Abilities:
Forewarn / Keen Eye | Magic Bounce
New Stats: 85 / 25 / 64 / 76 / 75 / 90 (Atk and SpA swapped, -20 Atk, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Confusion, Psybeam, Psywave, Mind Reader, Psychic, Psyshock, Extrasensory, Calm Mind, Recover
Removed Moves: Brick Break, Aqua Tail, Focus Punch, Knock Off, Pursuit, Power-Up Punch, Hone Claws, Sucker Punch
Flavor: Sentret that fed on enough energy eventually evolved into strange, cyclopian Furrets. Having neither a need for a mouth or eyes, the "inner eye" that sense danger and mental energy grew larger, encompassing the Furret's entire face. Furret is more aggressive in seeking out energy than Sentret, often stalking Alakazams and Hypnos in order to feed on their superior mental prowess.

Pokémon: Johtonese Charjabug
New Typing:

New Abilities: Steelworker
New Stats: Same as Regular
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Iron Head, Gyro Ball, Metal Burst, Magnet Bomb, Metal Sound (Total: 6)
Removed Moves: Thunderbolt, Charge, Wild Charge, Spark, Discharge (Total: 5)

Flavor/Design: Originally brought over from Alola to serve as natural batteries for campers in the wilderness, Charjabug became fascinated with the surplus of Iron ore in the region. They began to feed on the ore, and they eventually adopted this into their physiology, especially their now ironclad armour. Now Johtonese Charjabug frequent mining spots, and are used by miners to locate where the richest source of iron ore are located.

Pokémon: Johtonese Vikavolt
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate
New Stats: 77 HP / 43 Atk / 100 Def / 135 SpA / 75 SpD / 70 Spe (-27 Atk, +10 Def, -10 SpA, +27 Spe)
New Moves: Iron Head, Gyro Ball, Metal Burst, Magnet Bomb, Metal Sound, Steel Wing, Smart Strike (Total: 7)
Removed Moves: Thunderbolt, Thunder, Charge, Wild Charge, Spark, Discharge, Zap Cannon (Total: 7)

Flavor/Design: With a sleek metallic coat, Johtonese Vikavolt could not rely on its wings alone for propulsion. So they adapted the ability to use pressurized gases from within their body to zip around their metallic frames. They feed on insects, but they still need to consume iron ore to maintain their metallic coats.

Pokémon: Sinnoan Litleo
New Typing:

New Abilities: Rivalry / Slush Rush | Contrary
New Stats: Same as Regular
New Moves: Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Frost Breath, Hail, Ice Fang, Blizzard, Ice Ball, Icicle Spear (Total: 10)
Removed Moves: N/A
Flavor/Design: Due to the lack of Fire types in the region, the Pyroar and Litleo Pokémon were brought over to flourish. Unfortunately, Sinnoh lacked the big game that Pyroar needed to sustain its pride like lifestyle, and faced stiff competition from native Luxray. So, they broke up their social tendencies and headed towards the Snowy peaks, were it feed on Piloswine became the apex predators of the mountains. They adapted to the snow, and soon learned how to manipulate not only their natural flame, but their newfound cold.

Pokémon: Sinnoan Pyroar

Pokémon: Golett-Kalos
New Typing:
1546721740350.png
/
1546721749285.png

Abilities: Flash Fire, Grass Pelt, No Guard
Stats: unaltered
New Moves: Ingrain, Leech Seed, Lock-On, Needle Arm, Power Whip, Synthesis, Wood Hammer
Removed Moves: Fire Punch, High Horsepower, Ice Beam, Night Shade, Phantom Force, Shadow Ball, Shadow Punch
Design: Golett’s entire body changes from stone to dark brown wood. Its “core” is replaced with a hole containing an open flame, the insides of this whole being lined with stone with a small hole above the flame.. Branches and bits of moss and stone portrude from random points on its body, and its fingers become slightly longer wooden claws. Its legs remain stone, now dark gray and also having moss embedded in their cracks.
Lore: In ancient times, native tribes inhabited the forests and woodlands of Kalos. Lacking the magic and natural resources to create something resembling the Unovan variants of Golett, they instead created fully automated wooden versions that operated on coal power.

Pokémon: Golurk-Kalos
New Typing:
1546721740350.png
/
1546721749285.png

Abilities: Flash Fire, Grass Pelt, No Guard
Stats: unaltered
New Moves: Ingrain, Leech Seed, Lock-On, Needle Arm, Power Whip, Synthesis, Wood Hammer
Removed Moves: Fire Punch, High Horsepower, Ice Beam, Night Shade, Phantom Force, Shadow Ball, Shadow Punch
Design: same as golett but with even longer claws
Lore: While Golett typically served as policemen for the general populace, Golurk were reserved as private guards for the leaders and important figures of the tribes they inhabited. Unlike the Goletts, they were also permitted to be used for military purposes, albeit under close supervision.

Pokémon: Combee-Johto
New Typing:
1546722027875.png
/
1546722046015.png

Abilities: Pickpocket, Hustle
Stats: 30 / 42 / 30 / 42 / 30 / 70 (Attack stats swapped with Defense stats)
New Moves: Foul Play, Thief
Other Changes: Only Male Combee-Johto may evolve into Vespiquen-Johto.
Design: Combee’s body and wings become black, and its eyes become a shiny yellow.
Lore: In Sinnoh, there was a hive of Combee where the males grew tired of their subserviance to the Vespiquen of the hive. Seeing as rebellion was not an option, they instead concocted another plan. In the middle of night, they trapped a bunch of female Combee with String Shot and fled the hive, carrying the females along with them. The males began a long migration, eventually reaching Johto with their abducted women. Upon settling down, they took to burrowing small holes in trees and stealing berries for nourishment, not wishing to revive the hive structure that they had once been enslaved to. They also developed black coats and night vision to better sneak around in the dark woods.

Pokémon: Vespiquen-Johto
New Typing:
1546722027875.png
/
1546722046015.png

Abilities: Pressure, Tinted Lens
Stats: 70 / 102 / 80 / 82 (-20) / 80 / 60 (+20) (Attack and Defense stats are swapped before boosts are applied)
New Moves: Dark Pulse, Foul Play, Knock Off, Leech Life, Nasty Plot, Sucker Punch, Thief
Design: Vespiquen’s eyes adopt a bright golden tint, and its body becomes black with vertical yellow stripes that go up to the torso lining them. Its claws become gray and extend in length, the wings double in size while flapping slower, and the “horns” on its head point directly upward, their shape further resembling a crown.
Lore: After settling down in their new homes, the male Combees took to intense physical training to force themselves to evolve, while putting down and closely monitoring the activity of the females. After a few generations had passed, the first male Combees to ever evolve into Vespiquen were born. Johtonese Vespiquen are violent conquerors. Having neither forgiven nor forgotten the tyranny their ancestors faced at the hands of the Sinnoan queens, they regularly organize platoons to seek out and invade their hives, stealing their honey and taking the queens into their ever-expanding harem. Unlike their Sinnoan sisters, multiple Johtonese Vespiquen exist in a tribe, often competing for dominance.

Pokémon: Unovan Goldeen & Seaking
New Typing:

New Abilities: Swift Swim / Poison Point / Poison Touch (HA)
New Stats:
Goldeen: 45 / 77 (+10) / 65 (+5) / 30 (-5) / 40 (-10) / 63 [320 BST]
Seaking: 80 / 102 (+10) / 75 (+10) / 55 (-10) / 70 (-10) / 68 [450 BST]
New Moves: Acid, Acid Armor, Gunk Shot, Belch, Gastro Acid, Venoshock, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Sludge (+9)
Removed Moves: Aqua Ring, Captivate, Bounce, Psybeam, Natural Gift (-5)
Flavor/Design: Man kids in Unova do silly things. One of these silly things is have their parents go catch them a Goldeen, let them have it as a pet, then when it suddenly stops moving, instead of asking their parents to take it to a Pokemon Center, the kids flush their thought to be passed on Pokemon down their toilets. Contrary to popular belief, all drains lead to sewers, in this case the sewers of Casteila City where the abandoned Goldeen reside now. After many generations of Goldeen and Seaking grew up in the barely inhabitable water, they adapted to its toxicity and learned to harness it. In doing so, they became toxic, both poisonous and in their personality. Any trainer that comes across a Unovan Goldeen has to work extra hard to befriend it for this reason.

Design-wise, these creatures are much smaller than normal Goldeen/Seaking (normal Goldeens are two feet long, so they wouldn't fit down toilet drains), are a paler white and dark green in color (think Shiny Kantoian Grimer), and Unovan Seakings have longer front teeth.

The ability flavor should be pretty obvious.

Pokémon: Hoennian Delibird
New Typing:

New Abilities: Vital Spirit / Hustle / Thick Fat (HA)
New Stats: 75 (swapped with Speed) / 40 (-15) / 60 / 40 (-25) / 70 (+20) / 45 (swapped with HP) [330 BST]
New Moves: Egg Bomb, Soft-Boiled, Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast, Charm, Fairy Wind, Sunny Day (+7)
Removed Moves: Present, Ice Punch, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Aurora Veil, Ice Ball, Aurora Beam, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Hail, Ice Shard
Flavor/Design: In the more tropical region of Hoenn, Christmas is celebrated, but not too big, possibly because of a lack of snow around the region. The more popular holiday seems to be Easter, which takes place at a time with perfect weather, so the kids can go out and hunt for eggs and have a lot of fun. Delibirds that don't live near the Shoal Cave noticed the happiness Easter brings to children and, overtime, decided to give out eggs instead of Present, changing its role from the mythical Saint Nicholas to the mythical Easter Bunny in Pokemon form.

Design-wise, these Delibirds' "beard" is gone and the white feather instead form a maks around its eyes, with the tufts resembling bunny ears. Their tail bag is filled with eggs, their main feathers are lavender and have a lighter lavender circle in the middle, and they are much fatter.

The ability flavor relates to how much bigger they are.
No, it is not a Big Chungus reference.

Abilities: Natural Cure / Drought / Harvest (HA)
New Stats: 85 / 110 / 76 / 85 (+20) / 82 / 36 (-20)
New Moves: Fire Lash, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Solar Blade, Morning Sun

Flavor/Design: The sunny conditions of Alola allowed the Phantump line to flourish.

Sinnoan Tranquill
New Typing:

New Abilities: Big Pecks / Slush Rush | Refrigerate (HA)
New Stats: 62 / 65 / 62 / 77 / 42 / 65 ( swapped Atk and SpA )
New Moves: Hurricane, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hyper Voice,
Removed Moves: Heat Wave, Hypnosis, Morning Sun, Quick Attack, Wish
Flavor/Design: Coming from Unova, Pidove were already fairly well adapted to a cold climate. However, Sinnoh is colder than Unova, and Pidove still need to stay in urban areas. The energy of evolution accelerated Tranquill's adaptations, gaining a true afinity for the cold and the ability to harness the Ice element. Part of this comes from the fact that it was driven out of urban environments, where it poses a threat to children. They now scavenge the snowy forests in the foothills of Mount Coronet.

Sinnoan Unfezant
( Sprites will be forthcoming, don't really have a good setup atm )

New Stats: 50 / 35 / 50 / 55 / 30 / 43 ( swapped Atk and SpA )
New Moves: Hyper Voice, Powder Snow,
Removed Moves: Heat Wave
Flavor/Design: Coming from Unova, Pidove were already fairly well adapted to a cold climate. However, Sinnoh is colder than Unova and populations of Pidove still had to adapt by gaining denser downy coats and white feathers.

Sinnoan Tranquill

Just so ya know, you can't have Pidove remain Normal/Flying while still changing its stats/movepool. You also can't add so many new moves without removing an equal or greater amount.

T.I.A.

formerly Ticktock

Unovan Burmy
New Typing:

New Abilities: Shed Skin / Snow Cloak | Overcoat (HA)
New Stats: 40 / 45 / 29 / 45 / 29 / 36 ( swapped Atk/SpA stats with Def/SpD stats )
New Moves: Ice Shard, Powder Snow, Mist
Removed Moves: None.
Flavor/Design: Burmy's are about the same around the warm seasons in Unova, but in the winter, Burmys instead use a coat of densely packed snow to protect themselves from the cold winters. They rest close to the bottom

Unovan Wormadam
New Typing:

New Abilities: Heatproof / Snow Cloak | Overcoat (HA)
New Stats: 60 / 95 / 69 / 95 / 69 / 35 ( Same as Trash Cloak, but swapped Atk/SpA stats with Def/SpD stats )
New Moves: Ice Shard, Powder Snow, Mist, Aurora Veil, Ice Beam, Avalanche, Blizzard
Removed Moves: All form exclusive Wormadam moves.
Flavor/Design: After evolving, Wormadam's Snow Cloak became so absorbed with cold energy, that it cannot be harmed even with fire. The aura around it can also cause the target to get frostbite. This makes them no longer anticipate attacks, as no predators barring those with cold resistance would come near it.

Unovan Mothim
New Typing:

New Abilities: Swarm / Snow Warning | Tinted Lens (HA)
New Stats: 70 / 46 / 50 / 104 / 50 / 104 ( swapped Atk and Spd, -20 Atk, +10 SpA and Spe)
New Moves: Ice Shard, Powder Snow, Mist, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Blizzard
Removed Moves: Lunge, Air Slash, Poison Powder, Gust, Venoshock, Sunny Day
Flavor/Design: With the lack of Combee around the snowy forests, they decided to take a more abundant source: pinetrees and their spines. Due to their addiction to it and the fresh snow on them, their wings took on a more snowflake-like shape. When they stop eating, they leave entire acres of pinetrees wiped away of their spines and snow.

Note: I stole the idea from Phatmon's creation.

New Abilities: Solid Rock (Rock Head)
New Stats: unaltered
New Moves: Rock Throw, Rock Blast, Head Smash, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Sand Tomb
Removed Moves: Powder Snow, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Ice Ball, Blizzard, Ice Beam

Pokémon: Kantonian Avalugg
New Typing:

New Abilities: Solid Rock (Rock Head)
New Stats: unaltered
New Moves: Rock Throw, Rock Blast, Head Smash, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Sand Tomb
Removed Moves: Powder Snow, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Ice Ball, Blizzard, Ice Beam

Just as a heads up, vote will open on the 13th. Fix these subs before the deadline so they are legal.

Here are all the possible variants eligible for voting:

(based roughly on the corpse flower)

Pokémon: Oddish-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Motor Drive (HA)
New Stats: 50 HP / 40 Atk / 50 Def / 85 SpA / 75 SpD / 20 Spe | BST: 320 (+5 HP, -10 Atk, -5 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Leaf Storm, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch (+9)
Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-9)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Oddish live in the tropical, rainy jungles of Route 119 and 120, where they bury themselves in the soil with just their leaves sticking out. Jungle soil is low in nutrients, however, so they have adapted to absorbing energy from lightning strikes created from the constant storms in the area. The pointed tips of their leaves function like lightning rods, and just touching one will give you a nasty shock.

Pokémon: Gloom-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Volt Absorb (HA)
New Stats: 65 HP / 55 Atk / 65 Def / 95 SpA / 85 SpD / 30 Spe | BST: 395 (+5 HP, -10 Atk, -5 Def, +10 SpA, +10 SpD, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Leaf Storm, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon (+10)
Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Drain Punch, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-10)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Gloom live in the rainy jungles of Route 119 and 120. The large, heavy bulbs on their heads can generate electricity, though growing them requires so much energy that their leaves wilt. They emit a stench like rotting meat.

Pokémon: Vileplume-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Storm Drain (HA)
New Stats: 80 HP / 65 Atk / 80 Def / 125 SpA / 100 SpD / 40 Spe | BST: 490 (+5 HP, -15 Atk, -5 Def, +15 SpA, +10 SpD, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Leaf Storm, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon (+10)
Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Drain Punch, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-10)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Vileplume are found very rarely in the jungles of Hoenn, evolving from Hoennian Gloom that have been exposed to Thunder Stones. They have tall inflorescences sticking up from the flowers on their heads that function like lightning rods and can fire powerful thunderbolts when threatened. They smell strongly of rotting meat.

Pokémon: Bellossom-Hoenn
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightningrod / Swift Swim (HA)
New Stats: 75 HP / 65 Atk / 85 Def / 100 SpA / 90 SpD / 75 Spe | BST: 490 (-15 Atk, -10 Def, +10 SpA, -10 SpD, +25 Spe)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Nuzzle, Parabolic Charge, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon (+10)
Removed Moves: Acid, Double-Edge, Double Team, Drain Punch, Gastro Acid, Poison Powder, Rage, Sludge Bomb, Take Down, Venoshock (-10)

Flavor/Design: Hoennian Bellossom evolve from Hoennian Gloom that were exposed to Sun Stones. The dual inflorescences sprouting from their head flowers can fire off powerful electrical attacks. They enjoy dancing like their Johto relatives, but instead of the sun they prefer rain. Hoennian Bellossom fire thunderbolts in all directions while spinning, something they do to impressive effect both during battle and while expressing joy.

Pokémon: Swablu-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate / Snow Warning (HA)
New Stats: 45 HP / 30 Atk / 60 Def / 50 SpA / 65 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 310 (-10 Atk, +10 SpA, -10 SpD, +10 Spe)
New Moves: Aurora Veil, Blizzard, Freeze-Dry, Hail, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt (+7)
Removed Moves: Dragon Rush, Heat Wave, Moonblast, Outrage, Play Rough, Solar Beam, Sunny Day (-7)

Flavor/Design: Sinnohese Swablu adapted to life on the cold, snowy peaks of Mt. Coronet. They enjoy playing in the snow and can sometimes even be seen flying around during snowstorms. When threatened, multiple Sinnohese Swablu will gather together to combine the power of the static electricity building up in their puffy cloud wings to attack with lightning strikes.

Pokémon: Altaria-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate / Snow Warning (HA)
New Stats: 75 HP / 50 Atk / 90 Def / 90 SpA / 95 SpD / 90 Spe | BST: 490 (-20 Atk, +20 SpA, -10 SpD, +10 Spe)
New Moves: Aurora Veil, Blizzard, Calm Mind, Discharge, Electroweb, Freeze-Dry, Hail, Icy Wind, Thunder, Thunder Wave, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch (+12)
Removed Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Moonblast, Outrage, Play Rough, Solar Beam, Sunny Day (-12)

Flavor/Design: Sinnohese Altaria live in small flocks on Mt. Coronet, where their melodic singing can be heard echoing throughout the mountain range. These Pokemon are somewhat shy towards people, having existed for generations away from human habitation. They whip up blizzards to hide themselves before blasting opponents with thunderbolts and ice attacks from within the snowstorm, protecting one another and especially the Swablu in their flock.

Pokémon: Altaria-Sinnoh-Mega
New Typing:

New Abilities: Galvanize
New Stats: 75 HP / 60 Atk / 100 Def / 125 SpA / 120 SpD / 110 Spe | BST: 590 (+10 Atk, +10 Def, +35 SpA, +25 SpD, +20 Spe)

Flavor/Design: Energy from the Sinnaltarianite Mega stone causes Sinnohese Altaria to become much more aggressive toward all other people and Pokemon other than their Trainer and one another. It is believed that the Mega stone reawakens the dragon blood that came from their Hoennian ancestors, but since they have lost their Dragon typing, they lack the ability to fully control the energy, turning them hostile. The large crystal attached to their heads can fire off electrical and ice attacks simultaneously.

Pokémon: Volcarona-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Snow Warning / Swarm (HA)
New Stats:
85 HP
60 Atk
105 Def (swapped with SpD)
135 SpA
65 SpD
100 Spe
BST: 550
New Moves: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Freeze Dry, Earth Power, Focus Blast, Icy Wind, Powder Snow, Avalanche, Aurora Veil, Hail (+10)
Removed Moves: Overheat, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Fiery Dance, Flame Wheel, Incinerate, Flame Charge, Ember, Fire Spin (-10)
Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Volcaronas settled in the caves of Mt. Coronet and adapted to the cold climate. Their body temperature went down substantially and now they have to hibernate during warmer seasons so their wings won't melt off.

Pokémon: Mr. Mime-Unova
New Typing:

New Abilities: Gluttony / Strong Jaw / Unburden (HA)
New Stats:
40 HP
100 Atk (swapped with SpA)
65 Def

BST: 460
New Moves: Crunch, Psychic Fangs, Knock Off, Night Slash, Pursuit, Sucker Punch, Swords Dance (+7)
Removed Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Charm, Misty Terrain, Healing Wish, Charge Beam, Infestation, Magical Leaf (-7)
Flavor/Design: Don't look in the fucking sewer.

Pokémon: Slugma-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Contrary / Flame Body / Harvest (HA)
New Stats:
60 HP (+20)
20 Atk (-20)
40 Def
70 SpA
40 SpD
20 Spe
BST: 250
New Moves: Giga Drain, Energy Ball, Leech Seed, Ingrain, Strength Sap, Growth (+6)
Removed Moves: Rock Slide, Ancient Power, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Harden, Iron Defense (-6)
Flavor/Design: Alolan Slugma discovered pumpkins and started using them as shells. They eat out the pumpkin flesh and carry them around on their heads. When they feel threatened they can withdraw into the pumpkin and hide.

Pokémon: Magcargo-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Contrary / Flame Body / Harvest (HA)

Flavor/Design: Unovan Glameow were scared of people and cars in the city and were generally very shy. They adapted to the city environment in a most peculiar way; they gained the ability to blend into white walls in the city and imitate graffiti art. People found out about this when the cat paintings mysteriously disappeared overnight and appeared somewhere else.

New Typing: View attachment 154191/View attachment 154192

New Typing:View attachment 154191/View attachment 154192

Pokémon: Alolan Trevenant
New Typing:

Abilities: Natural Cure / Drought / Harvest (HA)
New Stats: 85 / 110 / 76 / 85 (+20) / 82 / 36 (-20)
New Moves: Fire Lash, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Solar Blade, Morning Sun
Removed Moves: Astonish, Shadow Claw, Feint Attack, Curse, Destiny Bond, Shadow Force, Spite

Flavor/Design: The sunny conditions of Alola allowed the Phantump line to flourish.

Basically Alolan Exeggutor.

New Typing:

New Abilities: Big Pecks / Slush Rush | Refrigerate (HA)
New Stats: 80 / 65 / 80 / 115 / 55 / 93 ( swapped Atk and SpA )
New Moves: Hurricane, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Hyper Voice, Focus Blast
Removed Moves: Heat Wave, Hypnosis, Morning Sun, Quick Attack, Wish
Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Unfezant thrive in inhospitable peaks of Mount Coronet, where they assault anyone who invades their territory with ferocious blasts of icy wind. They fly adeptly through snow storms that most people and pokemon couldn't even walk through.

Pokémon: Kantonian Bergmite
New Typing:

New Abilities: Solid Rock (Rock Head)
New Stats: unaltered
New Moves: Rock Throw, Rock Blast, Head Smash, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Sand Tomb
Removed Moves: Powder Snow, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Ice Ball, Blizzard, Ice Beam

Flavor/Design: Bergmites are commonly found in the middle of the streets and caves in Kanto. Trainers need to use the Strength HM to move it around.

Pokémon: Kantonian Avalugg
New Typing:

New Abilities: Solid Rock (Rock Head)
New Stats: unaltered
New Moves: Rock Throw, Rock Blast, Head Smash, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Sand Tomb
Removed Moves: Powder Snow, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Ice Ball, Blizzard, Ice Beam

Flavor/Design: Avaluggs are found deep in the caves of Mt. Moon and Rock Tunnel, their large frame inadvertently serving as a natural roadblock among trainers. Avalugg is a good natured Pokemon though, offering its back as a bed for tired trainers and hikers.

Due to Yung Dramps not fixing his Johtonese Combee line (No moves were removed), it is not eligible for voting.
