This is meant to be a steel/ground Pokemon, and while neither design strongly invokes the ground aspect, pipotchi’s does it way better. At the very least it has a earthen/planetary geologic feel to it, as well as the space dust, while steph’s design looks like a pure steel type, with no hint of ground.
