Here's about an 1/8th of my SM NFE Builder. If you're new to the tier and don't have many teams to use except the sample ones, you might find a team you like here. Just some extra teams for anyone who wants to try new stuff in the tier or doesn't have many teams, feel free to use them in the tour. Some NFE people have also posted teams they used in NFEPL III in the teamdump channel in the NFE Discord, so feel free to join the discord if you wanna check those out.
