Work!
Here's one that's kind of complicated.

DNA Donors: Darmanitan-G / Eiscue
Shared egg group: Field
Offspring name: Eismanicue
New Type: Ice (+Fire in Enraged form)
Base Stats: 90 HP / 110 Atk / 82 Def / 47 SpA / 72 SpD / 72 Spe (Normal) (473 BST)
90 HP / 110 Atk / 42 Def / 47 SpA / 32 SpD / 152 Spe (Panicked) [473 BST]
90 HP / 130 Atk / 82 Def / 47 SpA / 72 SpD / 132 Spe (Enraged) [533 BST]
New ability and desc: Mood Swing. Upon taking a physical attack, Eismanicue takes no damage and reverts to its Panicked form. Alternately, if it hasn't form changed and has HP<50%, it enters its Enraged form.
Notable Moves: Icicle Crash, Flare Blitz, Earthquake, U-Turn, Liquidation, Belly Drum, Zen Headbutt
Role Identification: Eiscue's main flaw was that you could avoid triggering Ice Face by attacking on the special side. However, you don't have that luxury here. Avoiding Panicked form only leads to triggering a stronger form change with incredible offensive prowess. That said, even if you do get Panicked mode triggered, you still have the advantage of outspeeding pretty much everything in the game. Either way, you have an incredibly inconsistent Belly Drum user.[/hide]

Subs are open once again, but with one catch! This will be a Special Slate. The rule this time around is that you can only use Pokémon that are present in the Galar region (So SwSh regional dex) + the 35 ones that are in the code. Those 35 may only fuse with mons that are found in galar (So, for an example, you can fuse Kyurem and Snorlax because Snorlax is found in galar, but not Kyurem and Blastoise because they are both part of the 35)

That is all. The two subs above will be considered for this slate. Enjoy!

Here it is

Notable Moves:
Offensive: Bolt Beak, Plasma Fists, Dragon Claw, Close Combat, Fire Punch, Blaze Kick, Earthquake, Stone Edge,
Set-up: Hone Claws
Utility: Your time is probably better spent attacking.
Role Identification: Ok, I'm not convinced I really need to explain what this Pokemon does. KO your opponent's Electric immunities and then switch this in and spam Bolt Beak. If you want, you can use Hone Claws to gain even more power while shoring up Hustle's accuracy reduction. I chose not to give this Dragon typing so that it doesn't have to worry about Ice Shard as much, and the Dragon STAB isn't terribly relevant anyway.

The grand rebuttal of...

Parents: Thievul + Dugtrio
Shared Egg Group: Field
Offspring Name: Tievrio
New type:
/

New base stats:

HP: 63
Atk: 89
Def: 64
SpAtk: 79
SpDef: 91
Spd: 115

New ability and desc:

Checkmate (Arena Trap + Stakeout --> When Tievrio is sent into battle, the power of its moves are doubled against the opposing Pokemon until it switches out. The ability only applies to the target Pokemon specifically and is no longer active once they switch or faint. However, the ability reactivates for any opposing Pokemon once Tievrio switches back in.

Notable Moves:

Phys: U-Turn, Earthquake, Sucker Punch, Crunch, Thunder Fang, Ice Fang, Fire Fang, Foul Play, Knock Off, Play Rough, Shadow Claw

Spec: Dark Pulse, Earth Power, Psychic, Grass Knot, Shadow Ball

Status: Parting Shot, Hone Claws, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Stealth Rock

Role identification:

At first glance, Tievrio appears wholly underwhelming. It has very underwhelming base stats and lacks any stat aside from speed over 100. However, everything changes once you glance at its surprisingly incredible movepool, offensive type, and new ability in Checkmate. With all of this combined, Tievrio suddenly makes itself out to be an incredibly dangerous revenge killer and a fantastic utility with its STAB Checkmate Earthquake/Foul Play. It is extremely dangerous against Physical setup sweepers and can run such things as a Choice Scarf or a Focus Sash to fully protect the team against a sweeper, or to garner incredible momentum for your team with its U-Turn. It can also set up Rocks and even setup to capitalize on the fear it can create thanks to its ability!

And a new challenger!

Parents: Salandit + Zekrom
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Zala Randit
New type:
/

New base stats:

HP: 94 (+20)
Atk: 99
Def: 100 (+20)
SpAtk: 96
SpDef: 70
Spd: 84

New ability and desc:

Arcane Toxin (Teravolt + Corrosion --> Status moves used by Zala Randit outright ignore type immunities. Electric/Ground types can be Paralyzed by Thunder Wave, Poison/Steel types can be Poisoned by Toxic, and Fire types can be Burned by Will-O-Wisp regardless of the respective status move's type.

Notable Moves:

Phys: Bolt Strike, Fake Out, Foul Play, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Fusion Bolt, Crunch, Shadow Claw, Zen Headbutt, Gunk Shot, Stone Edge

Spec: Sludge Wave, Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Overheat, Flash Cannon, Volt Switch, Earth Power

Status: Nasty Plot, Taunt, Toxic, Thunder Wave, Roost, Will-O-Wisp, Dragon Dance

Role identification:

Zala Randit seems wholly unspectacular, however, it serves a defensive utility that its predecessor Salandit/Salazzle didn't quite maximize the potential of: afflicting status beyond types. Corrosion, on paper, is a phenomenal stallbreaking ability, however given it's on such an offensive, frail pair of Pokemon, utilizing it is ultimately a gimmick. However, Zala Randit turns this up to 11 thanks to its much appreciated defensive typing, upgraded version of the ability, and somewhat respectable 94/100/70 defenses. In addition to having Taunt and Roost in its arsenal as well, this gives Zala Randit a very useful defensive/stallbreaking niche that can be used to pry apart stall/defensive teams. On top of that, it has the ability to compromise offensive setups as well through the courtesy of its ability to burn and paralyze Fire and Electric types respectively. Its typing also compliments this additional utility thanks to the much appreciated Fire and Electric resistances. Plus, what's also nice is its access to Volt Switch, allowing it to pivot around as needed.

If you really want, you can run offense on it, as it has the coveted Dragon Dance/Nasty Plot as well as incredible coverage in Bolt Strike, Fire Blast, with a pivoting option in Volt Switch, etc; however, its subpar offensive stats tend not to let this shine especially well. Maybe you could run a Choice set on it!

Parents: Cramorant + Cursola
Shared Egg Group: Water 1
Offspring Name: Crusora
New type:
/

New base stats:

HP: 75
Atk: 100
Def: 63
SpAtk: 125
SpDef: 123
Spd: 68

New ability and desc:

Lament (Gulp Missile + Perish Body --> If the user is a Crusora and uses Shadow Ball, the user will enter its "Shackled Form". If hit by any kind of move in this state, it will return to its normal form and inflict a Perish Song effect onto itself and the opponent who hits it.

Notable Moves:

Phys: Stone Edge, Brave Bird, Liquidation, Superpower, Earthquake, Head Smash

Spec: Sludge Wave, Earth Power, Giga Drain, Scald, Shadow Ball, Ice Beam, Power Gem, Hurricane, Hydro Pump

Status: Strength Sap, Will-O-Wisp, Stealth Rock, Defog, Roost, Calm Mind, Iron Defense, Confuse Ray

Role identification:

Crusora takes Cursola's interesting ability and turns it on its head by becoming a more efficient offensive threat and create defensive utility. Thanks to its new ability, not only is it able to better control the momentum of the game, but it is able to terrorize the opponent with STAB base 125 Shadow Balls and break offensive/defensive archetypes alike in the process through the controlled urgency that Lament can provide. On top of this, it is fitted with incredible tools to serve a better defensive niche over its fusee counterparts as thanks to its more useful defensive typing and stats. Overall, Lament takes Perish Body's niche and turns it into a more viable option that the user is better able to control and utilize to their advantage on the battlefield.

There will be more later!

New base stats: 85 / 105 / 111 / 97 / 87 / 95 - 580 BST
Mega Y: 85 / 125 / 111 / 147 / 117 / 95 - 680 BST - Drought
Mega X: 85 / 151 / 144 / 118 / 87 / 95 - 680 BST - Fire/Dragon, Tough Claws
New ability and desc: Desert Heat (Sand Spit + Solar Power) - Whenever a sandstorm is up, summons Sunny Day.
Notable moves: Earthquake, Earth Power, Flare Blitz, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Focus Blast,Thunder Punch, Rock Slide, Stone Edge, Brick Break, Crunch, Iron Head, Dragon Dance, Coil, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Glare, Roost, Stealth Rock, Defog.
Role Identification: Prolly Mega, but idk could be used just to heck sand teams too. Nice move pool, nice typing, alright stats. All-around decent mon. Once you Mega it, though, it gains a lot more use. 151 Attack in X, and better mixed in Y, as well as improved defenses in both. Y also has drought which helps negate some of it’s x4 Water Weakness. X just uses 151 Atk to yeet things as a regular Char Mega X would. Only this time it’s actually got pretty fair bulk to support it.

Parents: Rillaboom / Incineroar

Notable moves: Drum Beating, Wood Hammer, Earthquake, U-Turn, Drain Punch, Knock Off, Close Combat, Flare Blitz, Iron Head, Parting Shot, Taunt, Swords Dance, Will-O-Wisp, Leech Seed.
Role Identification: semi-bulky AV user with a pretty nice movepool to back it up. Really solid ability as well.

Shared egg group: Amorphus
Offspring name: Weeznoir
New type: Ghost/Fairy
New base stats: 65 / 105 / 137 / 85 / 112 / 62
New ability and desc: Neutralizing Frisk (Neutralizing Gas + Frisk) - Reveals the opponent's ability upon switch-in then supresses all the abilities as long as the user is on the field.
Notable moves: Toxic Spikes, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Defog, Haze, Pain Split, Trick Room, Play Rough, Shadow Sneak, Shadow Ball, Earthquake, Rock Slide, Fire Punch, Ice Punch, Thunder Punch, Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, Strange Steam, Explosion
Role Identification: Fusion Evolution is a metagame where a lot of Pokemon are very powerful due to their abilities so Weeznoir will thrive on halting the momentum of those Pokemon. Ghost/Fairy is a good typing with 3 immunities while its high defenses allow it to take hits especially with abilities deactivated. Neutralizing Frisk also allows for ability scouting. Its low HP, while detracting from its bulk, allows it to make good use of Pain Split recovery.

Offspring name: Raipeko
New type: Electric/Dark
New base stats: 69 / 102 / 66 / 90 / 79 / 113
New ability and desc: Hunger Strike (Static + Hunger Switch) - 30% chance to paralyze the opponents at the end of every turn.
Notable moves: Fake Out, Protect, Aura Wheel, Volt Tackle, Crunch, Psychic Fangs, Play Rough, Bullet Seed, Nasty Plot, Dark Pulse, Thunderbolt, Surf, Rapid Spin, Light Screen, Reflect, Substitute
Role Identification: Spreads paralysis with its ability and Fake Out + Protect/Substitute combo. Despite its average Attack stat, it can still hit hard thanks to the high BPs of its Electric moves: Aura Wheel and Volt Tackle. Can also support its team with Rapid Spin and Dual Screens. Low overall stats prevent this fusion from being broken.

This is broken. Are you sure you want to give anything a weather that is twice as strong as Water Bubble that also works for Fire moves?

I meant it quadruples the Sandstorm's end-of-turn damage, not the Pokemon's damage. I was planning on clarifying that later on.
I'm still not sure that's balanced but it should be better. Ground and Steel types are immune anyway and they're everywhere :P

Notable Moves: Play Rough, Close Combat, Stone Edge, Swords Dance, Ice Punch, Psychic Fangs, Sucker Punch, Knock Off, Defog, Stealth Rock.
Role Identification: This is a killing machine. 120 Attack isn't much, but a flatboost is good enough to pull off some dick moves. When Mega Evolving, just be careful of being plowed by a 140 Attack boosted by Huge Power. New ability and desc: Fragile Systems (RKS System + Weak Armor): When holding a Memory, it replaces its 2nd typing with that of the Memory's type and treats its stats as -1 Defense and +2 Speed.
Notable Moves: Shadow Ball, Hyper Voice, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam, Earth Power, Power Gem, Psychic, Giga Drain, Strength Sap, Perish Song, Hex, Whirlpool, Earthquake, Leech Life, Stone Edge, Scald, Liquidation, Hydro Pump, Haze, Multi-Attack, U-Turn, Shadow Claw, Swords Dance, Dragon Claw, Draco Meteor, Will-O-Wisp, Calm Mind
Role Identification: Silvolaly basically goes into full overdrive when holding a Memory, turning into a mixed glass cannon. A massive amount of coverage, passable offensives, and blistering speed, and brought down with the lack to boost its Special Attack and low Defense due to the permanent -1 Defense it has.

Role Identification: There are some days that you kinda want to kill a thing, so Kyuvatron is here to confront the world with its powerful, perfect accuracy STABs, on top of the amazing combination of said STABs and 153 Special Attack. It is not that bulky, but its also pretty fast.

Notable Moves: Fire Lash, Megahorn, Leech Life, Drill Run, Flare Blitz, Power Whip, Knock Off, Close Combat, Swords Dance, Razor Shell, Coil, Poison Jab, Iron Head, Will-O-Wisp
Role Identification: That's a nice typing. Too bad you're weak to Earthquake. Although it does have a nice movepool and a pretty useful ability to be immune to the U-Turns this place has. It can also activate twice for the power boost, so now you can launch 240 BP Megahorns and 300 BP Flare Blitzs. Leech Life as well to restore HP.

Is lunala in the galar dex? We're doing a galar dex only slate right now I think

Wouldn't you know it, but all of mine from last slate are still viable!

Is the stat bonus worth it? Or would it be better to have less bulk and greater move power or Regenerator? I was considering doing Grapploct + Poliwrath, since both are Water 1 and made of pure muscle. Toxapex + Stunfisk is much bulkier, but less powerful.

Special: Steel Beam, Psychic, Psyshock, Stored Power, Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Ice Beam, Heat Wave, Energy Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Focus Blast, Volt Switch

Status: Calm Mind, Work Up, Cosmic Power, Rock Polish, Hone Claws, Roost, Defog, Stealth Rock, Psycho Shift, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick, Tailwind, Gravity

Role Identification: A unique and powerful offensive fusion that's capable of punching holes in things easily with its recoilless STAB Steel Beam. You can run a Life Orb for extra damage and no downside, and to gain an extra free Attack boost after every attack to either go mixed or to fuel Stored Power. Originally I made a version of this using Clefable instead but it was just too good.

Parents: Zamazenta-Crowned + Cramorant
Shared Egg Group: DNA
Offspring Name: Cramazanta-Carped
Type: Steel/Water
Base Stats: 101(+20)/107/110(+10)/83/130(+10)/106 (637 BST)
Ability: Reactive Armor (Dauntless Shield + Gulp Missile) = On switch in, this Pokemon's Defense is raised 1 stage. When taking damage prey is used to attack. Get Prey with Surf/Dive or when raising Defense.

Notable Moves:
Physical: Liquidation, Dive, Behemoth Bash, Close Combat, Revenge, Play Rough, Psychic Fangs, Brave Bird, Drill Peck, Throat Chop/Crunch, Fire Fang, Ice Fang, Thunder Fang

Special: Surf, Scald, Whirlpool, Flash Cannon, Moonblast, Ice Beam

Status: Roost, Defog, Stockpile, Iron Defense, Light Screen, Reflect

Role Identification: Ever had fish & chips? Well Cramazanta-Carped will be chipping you down with fish constantly thanks to its ability giving it a nice fresh fish to shoot right into your fat face every time it switches in. Not enough fish chipping? Just use Stockpile or Iron Defense to ensure you're never going down but the fish population does. You don't want fish? Well Cramazanta-Carped doesn't want YOU, so you better get ready for the storm maggot.

PS: The storm is also fish.

Parents: Wobbuffet + Reuniclus
Shared Egg Group: Amorphous
Offspring Name: Wobbuclus
Type: Psychic
Base Stats: 160/59/76/89/82/41 (507 BST)
Ability: Tag Generator (Shadow Tag + Regenerator) = Wobbuclus restores 1/3 of its maximum HP when it or an opposing Pokemon switches out.

Notable Moves:
Physical: Counter, Knock Off

Special: Mirror Coat, Night Shade, Stored Power, Infestation

Status: Recover, Encore, Thunder Wave, Toxic, Trick Room, Acid Armor, Calm Mind, Amnesia, Magic Coat, Gravity

Role Identification: Anti-meta hyper aggro killer. It's exceptionally difficult for Wobbuclus to be taken down in one hit thanks to its massive HP stat, which means it can very easily destroy a threat with Counter or Mirror Coat if they aren't careful. It doesn't learn Taunt so it can't force anything to hit it, but it does learn Encore to punish those that don't. Also a very bulky Trick Room setter.

Parents: Salazzle + Goodra
Shared Egg Group: Dragon
Offspring Name: Goozle
Type: Poison/Dragon
Base Stats: 89/92/75/120/115/109 (600 BST)
Ability: Neurotoxin (Corrosion + Gooey) = Goozle can poison other Pokemon regardless of typing and Pokemon poisoned by Goozle have their speed lowered 1 stage. Pokemon that make contact with Goozle are badly poisoned.

Notable Moves:
Physical: Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Earthquake, Flare Blitz, Fire Lash, Foul Play, Knock Off, Power Whip, Aqua Tail, Rock Slide, Leech life, Thunder Punch, Fake Out, Counter

Special: Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock, Acid Spray, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Overheat, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Hydro Pump, Surf, Focus Blast, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Blizzard, Ice Beam

Status: Toxic, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Dragon Dance, Encore, Life Dew, Acid Armor, Will-O-Wisp, Thunder Wave

Role Identification: The oprah of poison. Goozle can sweep late game after everything is poisoned by using Nasty Plot + Venoshock or you can use her to annoy your opponent the whole game with Foul Play, Knock Off, and Encore. The only healing move Goozle learns is Life Dew, which isn't very good since it only heals 25% but it is there if you feel like using it anyway.

Cinderdrill scares me a little but it shouldn't be too difficult to stop, this on the other hand... This would even be too powerful even back during FE v5 where everything was power crept to hell. No way is 155 base attack with pseudo Huge Power and 123 base speed AND that typing even remotely balanced. If this got voted in it would be on every single team until it got banned for being too broken.
