Venusaur under sun is one of the most potent offensive threats available thanks to the boost in Speed provided by its ability, Growth, and its solid coverage. Furthermore, Venusaur's great matchup against common defensive Pokemon like Seismitoad, Sylveon, and Gastrodon gives it plenty of opportunities to set up with Growth. With sun support, Venusaur's Weather Ball gives it coverage for Steel-types such as Corviknight, Aegislash, and Ferrothorn. Although sun provides Venusaur with a single-turn Solar Beam, Giga Drain is preferred to stave off Life Orb recoil and let it take resisted hits from Pokemon like Seismitoad more frequently, although Earth Power is a possible alternative to hit Toxapex and Bulletproof Kommo-o harder and give Venusaur a way to hit Steel-types outside of sun. Once set-up, Venusaur is hard to stop; however, proper prediction is key to avoid the opponent stalling sun turns.

Torkoal is mandatory alongside Venusaur; it sets sun and also provides Stealth Rock, which helps to wear down the opposing team. Other Pokemon that can take advantage of the sun, such as Darmanitan, also make good teammates, helping break through checks such as Kommo-o, Rotom-H, and Mandibuzz early-game for Venusaur to clean. Dugtrio and Mandibuzz are also great teammates; Dugtrio deals with Toxapex so it can't remove Venusaur's boosts with Haze and potentially stall sun turns, while Mandibuzz gives sun teams Defog support and a check to threatening attackers like Dragapult and Hydreigon.

It's definitely worth mentioning that both of these help wear down shared checks in Kommo-o, Rotom-H, and Mandibuzz to an extent for Venu to go aboslutely insane. Kommo-o in particular since that thing is absolutely obnoxious to wear down and is obviously fantastic for it to actually clean.

Other than that, everything looks solid. QC 1/2

Cinderace is bad on sun teams; it does not provide any wortwhile utility and really all it does is stack weaknesses. Although Venusaur's Speed is mostly unrivaled under sun, rain teams are problematic; Zeraora and Choice Scarf Dragapult are good teammates as a result. Choice Scarf Dragapult is also helpful for opposing Venusaur. Neither are particularly notable teammates and you haven't even talked about Dugtrio yet. You should talk about Dugtrio. You can also mention Mandibuzz which is quite vital for sun teams.

GP 1/1, no changes but maybe move giga drain to the fourth slot because it's the only move that's replaceable & is mentioned last
