Belladonna is the first--and so far only--Pokémon that Silver has caught. Silver only did this because Belladonna was scaring Zelda, and he thought that if he caught the Ghost Pokémon she would stop staring. Belladonna's red-eyed stared remains, however, as does Zelda's apprehension for her teammate. The fact that it took an inordinately long time for Belladonna to speak her first words did nothing to soothe Zelda's nerves, although her lack of words could be explained by the fact that the small Nohface didn't have a face at the time.

After evolution, however, Belladonna did grow a face--five of them, to be precise. And just as Silver had hoped, the addition of faces has allowed Belladonna to speak in a voice that others can hear. Three voices, in fact, since it seems that the faces can communicate independently of each other. Belladonna's regular voice seems to come from her front face, while the heads above her shoulders seem to communicate in whispers. The faces above her hind legs appear to be reserved for blood-curdling screams and terrifying howls, but also for some foreign languages, like German.

Zelda still wishes B would stop staring at her.

Our battle begins with a fearsome beast and a somewhat-less-than-fearsome dragon staring eachother down.

Grima sends two powerful blasts of energy towards Quercus, one narrowly missing but the other making a direct hit, and doing a sizeable amount of damage. Quercus responds with a volley of powerful beams, and a glowing traingle of energy drawn directly from the arena! It appears to all do a significant amount of damage, as well as leave the bird with a burn.

Grima ends off by sending a powerful wave of dark energy towards Quercus, dealing a solid chunk of damage due to the aura of darkness surrounding the fearsome beast.

The game is still close, and with both trainers with a pokemon still in the back who knows how things will go!?

With a fresh pair of faces entering the battlefield, both trainers seem determined to win this battle. The round begins with Balsam sending two huge blasts of fire towards Belladonna. Unfortunately for the spectral kitty, Balsam using its wicked precision strikes a critical hit on the second blast causing an insane amount of damage.

Belladonna responds with a barrage of metallic attacks, two powerful paws and a headbutt leave Balsam in a fairly critical condition. Not wanting to deal with further steel-typed attacks, Balsam, in a jolt of electricity, returns to Gemini's pokeball, and is replaced with Quercus who is no longer sluggish and is ready to fight!

This game is still to close to call yet! However with Balsam in slightly worse shape than Belladonna, Silver does have the lead!

With Quercus back on the field, Belladonna realized she has the speed advantage now and dissapeared into the shadows just narrowly avoiding a flurry of flames coming from the dragon!

Still eager to avoid all damage, Belladonna proceeds to fake out Quercus, causing him to flinch! Belladonna then continues to hide back in the shadows to avoid more fire. It seems however that the strikes Belladonna does after hiding in the shadows are passing right through Quercus, allowing both pokemon to avoid damage!

With the end of the round looking very similar to the beginning, it's still anyone's game!

Grima takes to the field to face against Quercus and sets itself up with a substitute to guard against any nefarious play. Unfortunately Quercus notices this too late, glaring right at the doll that the beast left in its place, accomplishing nothing.

The rest of the round consists of Grima attacking with some burn-boosted blows into the Drampa, and Quercus responding with some ear shattering yells which travel right past the substitute and hit Grima anyways! Unfortunately for the large beast, those shrieks along with its burn eventually knock it out!

With Silver being forced to send out Belladonna, things are looking grim. However the Kitsunoh has about has much HP as both of Gemini's pokemon combined, lets see how this works out in the end!
