As we only have four voters, there are two third places but a lot of second places. I implore people to vote on in order to break some ties, and I will end this in the evening.

I will thank G-Luke for helping out by calling those who participated but haven't yet to vote. We now have enough voters to make three places.

1st place winners are G-Luke's Galarian Mudbray line and Revenge of Depressed Gay's Ultra Drampa line, with six votes each.

2nd place winners are my Kantonian Sunflora line (It's really Kantonian; somebody named it Kalosian by mistake and lead to the votes having calling that too.) and Stitch98's Galarian Rockruff line, with four votes each.

3rd place sole winner is Revenge of Depressed Gay's Kantonian Applin line, with three votes.

(If yet again I miscounted, please warn me.)

Submission phase is now open, and if there is any discussion about added winners, it is also the time to do so.

Pokémon: Impidimp-Alola
New Typing: Fire / Dark
New Abilities: Prankster, Aftermath, Frisk (Hidden)
New Stats: 45/55/40/45/30/50 (Swap Atk and SpA, Swap Def and SpD)
New Moves: Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Mystical Fire
Removed Moves: Play Rough, Draining Kiss, Dazzling Gleam, Ice Punch

Impidimp in Alola live around Wela Volcano Park. They're mischevious little fellows- one can easily find their living area due to the fact Impidimps leave behind the "devil's foot prints". Impidimps in Alola have a flame shaped pattern on their face and are a lighter shade of red. The wings on the back of his head has a flame shaped pattern as well.

Pokémon: Morgrem-Alola
New Typing: Fire / Dark
New Abilities: Prankster, Aftermath, Defiant (Hidden)
New Stats: 65/75/55/60/45/70 (Swap Atk and SpA, Swap Def and SpD)
New Moves: Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Mystical Fire, Scald, Heat Wave, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Explosion
Removed Moves: Play Rough, Draining Kiss, Dazzling Gleam

Morgrems are more troublesome than Impidimp, due to their tenacious personality, the fact they "explode" their bodies and leave behind massive forest fires. Morgrems have longer, shaggier hair that slowly turns white. Their top half of the body is light red, while their lower half is orange.

Pokémon: Conflagrem (conflagration + gremlin)
New Typing: Fire / Dark
New Abilities: Prankster, Aftermath, Defiant (Hidden)
New Stats: 85/120/75/65/75/100
New Moves: Fire Spin, Flame Charge, Flame Wheel, Fire Fang, Flame Burst, Mystical Fire, Scald, Heat Wave, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Explosion, Fire Lash (Learned upon Evolution), Flare Blitz, Blaze Kick
Removed Moves: Play Rough, Draining Kiss, Dazzling Gleam, Spirit Break, Ice Punch

Conflagrem is an interesting Pokemon- while Impidimps and Morgrem are starters of fires, Conflagrems are like the strict parents that put them out. They are seen hanging around the Malie City area, and used by the firefighters around Alola. It ignites its hair to attack others and subdue others. Despite the weight the hair on it's body adds, it is suprisingly quick, using the hairs to move around.

The hairs on Conflagrem's body and arms are white and longer, similar to a Matoi used in the Edo period. It's ears resemble the horns of a demon, and it's mouth is spewing a flame from behind its teeth. The hairs on its body are used to pull in people trapped in the flames, and also swaddle the mischevious Impidimp and Morgrem and drag them back to their hiding spots. Their body is now entirely orange.

Conflagrem also has a Gigantamax Form- the form resembles Grimmsnarl's own form, but every single fiber of his body is lit ablaze. Its movements are fast enough to send flaming copies of itself at targets. Its G-Max Move, G-Max Sun Burst, deals damage to the target, then inflicts damage to up to two Pokémon adjacent to that target equal to 1/16 of their respective maximum HP.

Heavily inspired by the animes Fire Force and My Hero Academia, especially with Morgrem. Fans should be familiar with who HE'S based off of.

Pokémon: Tynamo-Hoenn
New Typing: Flying
New Abilities: Solar Power
New Stats: 35/35/40/60/40/65
New Moves: Air Cutter, Tailwind, Defog
Removed Moves: Magnet Rise, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave

Tynamo in Hoenn are hard to spot- their obscured transparent is to thank for this. Hoenn Tynamo always float in the air and move at speeds untraceable to the naked eye, and have only been seen on cameras and video recordings. They dwell in the skies of Hoenn, happily feeding on solar energy from the sun. Conspiracy theorists in Hoenn believe for these creatures to be from "an alternate dimension". Many scoff this off as nonsense, but given recent discoveries...it may have some weight to it.

Hoenn Tynamo have four sets of "wings" that make it more aerodynamic.
602.png

Pokémon: Eelektrik-Hoenn
New Typing: Flying
New Abilities: Solar Power
New Stats: 65/45/70/75/70/80
New Moves: Air Cutter, Tailwind, Defog, Mirror Move, Dual Wingbeat, Acrobatics, Fly, Air Slash, Sky Attack, Hurricane, Beat Up, Power Trip, Snarl, Brutal Swing, Thief
Removed Moves: Magnet Rise, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave, Spark, Discharge, Wild Charge, Zap Cannon, Volt Switch, Shock Wave

Eelektrik in Hoenn are much more seen than Tynamo, due to their slightly larger size. However, seeing them may be dangerous- Eeletrik are known to "phase" in and out of bodies, stealing body heat, leaving people much more susceptible to diseases. It is unknown what they use this energy for, but it will take a while for a person to recover.

The wings from Tynamo's previous form now turns into a spiral around Eelektrik's body. It retains the white coloring from its pre-evolution instead of the typical bluish hue.
603.png

I couldn't add the spiral thingy,,,

Pokémon: Eelflayer
New Typing: Flying / Dark
New Abilities: Solar Power
New Stats: 75/60/80/90/80/130
New Moves: Air Cutter, Tailwind, Defog, Mirror Move, Dual Wingbeat, Acrobatics, Fly, Air Slash, Sky Attack, Hurricane, Beat Up, Power Trip, Snarl, Brutal Swing, Thief, Ice Beam, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, Jaw Lock, Night Daze
Removed Moves: Magnet Rise, Charge Beam, Thunder Wave, Spark, Discharge, Wild Charge, Zap Cannon, Volt Switch, Shock Wave, Thunder Punch, Ion Deluge

This is why people believe Tynamo in Hoenn to be from an alternate dimension- Eelflayer is the "mastermind" of it's prevolutions. Eelflayer sends for it's minions to gather "heat" for its body, which it uses for unknown purposes. Few have survived to tell the tale of Eelflayer, mostly because...it takes its victims somewhere.

Eelflayer is resembles an overgrown Eelektrik It's mouth possesses a tongue that can split off into multiple "roots". It gives off a cold aura that causes even it's trainers to keep distance from their Pokemon.
...best picture description I can give is this.

Based off the hoax known as Sky Fish and the Mind Flayer from Stranger Things.

Pokémon: Snom-Kanto
New Typing: Bug / Psychic
New Abilities: Shield Dust / Psychic Shield (Ice Scales Clone)
New Stats: Same
New Moves: Psybeam, Teleport, Confusion
Removed Moves: Icicle Spear, icy Wind, Powder Snow

Snom in Kanto are...big. They're just, big. They're up to the size of an Electrode. People will often see Snoms traveling through their backyards, not to cause problems, just because they're passing through.

Kantonian Snoms have a "fur" on their back that replaces the scales from Galar. They're incredibly soft! Sometimes traveling Pokemon will hide in Snom's soft fur to relax.

Pokémon: Frosmoth-Kanto
New Typing: Bug / Psychic
New Abilities: Shield Dust / Psychic Shield
New Stats: 70/65/75/105/90/65
New Moves: Psybeam, Teleport, Confusion, Psychic, Kinesis, Future Sight, Expanding Force, Magic Room, Trick Room, Psychic Terrain, Spore, Stun Spore, Poison Powder
Removed Moves: Icicle Spear, icy Wind, Powder Snow, Blizzard, Hail, Aurora Veil

Frosmoth in Kanto are also quite big, around the size of a normal Snorlax. They fly around the region, spreading their spores on the wilderness, causing it to become unruly.

Kantonian Frosmoth have the same "fur" as Kantonian Snom- it's eyes resemble a Venonat, and it's wings have distinct patterns on them.

Pokémon: Monstamoth
New Typing: Bug / Psychic
New Abilities: Magic Guard / Psychic Shield
New Stats: 75/75/85/125/100/75
New Moves: Psybeam, Teleport, Confusion, Psychic, Kinesis, Future Sight, Expanding Force, Magic Room, Trick Room, Psychic Terrain, Spore, Stun Spore, Poison Powder, Psyshock
Removed Moves: Icicle Spear, icy Wind, Powder Snow, Blizzard, Hail, Aurora Veil

Monstamoth are dangerous creatures- they're known for causing havoc on cities. Some people hypothesize this is the result of dormant Dynamax energy not being properly utilized inside Kantonian Snoms. Frightening how something so lax could become such a beast! However, it can be led away with fright flashes of lights.

Monstamoth best looks like a larger, feral Kantonian Frosmoth, with a wingspan up to 150 meters. The pattern on its wings glow ever so slightly.

I just thought a giant Snom would be funny

Height: 2.1 m

New Moves (7): Acid Armor, Cross Poison, Gastro Acid, Gunk Shot, Poison Tail, Sludge Bomb, Venom Drench
Flavor/Design: These were the original forms in which Sawk and Throh used to appear in darkest woods when they hadn't been imported to Unova yet. Originally, both of them were malevolent Pokémon, they usually assaulted lone wanderers, taking their food and their chlothes and leaving them unconscious in the darkest nights. They always worked in pairs, since Sawk is more adapt to face fast opponents, while Throh dealed with bulkier ones, using their demonic tails as weapons because of their sharp ends. A long time ago, a human master of martial arts decided to train facing them on purpose and always defeated them. After a while, some speciemens came at him to be taught how to be strong, but he would have accepted only if they promised to not harm humans anymore. A small group of Throh and Sawk accepted, and that's how the Unovan ancestry of those Pokémon became expert of martial arts and helped Johtonian citizens to import them in this new region. Their evolution used to happen when they couldn't beat an opponent, so because of their anger they became a lot stronger and managed to master elemental techniques. The Sawk that specialized in using Thunder Punch evolved into Daezap, while the Throh that learnt to use Poison Jab evolved into Daenom.

As they are considered as a Legendary and Ultra Beast, respectively, you may not. A special slate may allow them if there is any chance, though not the next one unless there's enough demands.

The Fire-type moves made by grounded Pokemon are multiplied by 1.3. Camouflage transforms the user into a Fire-type. Nature Power becomes Flamethrower. Secret Power has a 30% chance to burn the target.), Burning Jealousy
Flavor: When Koffing travelled from Kanto to Alola, they were attracted to the spewing lava of Wela Volcano Park. Soon afterwards, they adapted to the warm temperatures that surround the area of the volcano. They soon started spewing hot smoke instead of poisonous gas.

Pokemon: Eruptauea (Eruption + Kilauea, a volcano in Hawaii) the Eruption Pokemon

Secret Power has a 30% chance to raise the user’s Speed by 2.) (Gain 6)
Flavor/Design: This Galarian Klink line is based on the Industrial Revolution, which began in the UK, the region Galar is based on. More specifically, this line is based on coal, which proved to be very useful in those times. I added the Rock-type to Galarian Klink and its egos in order to keep up with the coal theme. For the abilities, I gave them Steelworker since the middle class got opportunities as workers during the Industrial Age. I got White Smoke due to steam-powered trains, which were powered by coal. That’s the same reason with Steam Engine. For new moves, I gave it Rock Blast, Rock Wrecker, and Stone Edge since regular Klink line lacks Rock-type moves in its learnset. I then gave it Earthquake since I feel every Rock-type learns Earthquake, like Terrakion and Tyranitar, while in Earth Power’s case, all Lycanroc forms can learn it.

Flavor/Design: The Galarian Ralts Line is based on “Dames Blanches”, which are female spirits in French myths and folklore, hence the Ghost-typing. The reason why I gave them Rock-typing is because Dames Blanches appear near caves and caverns in the Pyrenees mountains.

Mind If I bring in some from last phase?

now with 100% more reading comprehension on my part!

Pokémon: Kalosian Pikipek
New Typing: Ice / Flying
New Abilities: Ice Body / Big Pecks | Forewarn
New Stats: 35/75/25/30/25/75 (-5 to each defense, +10 in speed)
Removed Moves: Flame Charge, Brick Break, Smack Down, Rock Smash, Heat Wave, Sunny Day, Gunk Shot, Boomburst, Work Up [-9]
New Moves: Powder Snow, Gust, Icicle Spear, Fake Out, [+4]
Flavor/Design: Alolan merchants to Kalos unintentionally introduced these birds into the region long ago. Since Alola is so warm, fascination with cold climates led the traders to the gelid region that would eventually become Snowbelle, bringing Pikipek along with them. Although the merchants eventually left, Pikipek stayed behind, and set up residence in the surrounding forests.

Pokémon: Kalosian Trumbeak
New Typing: Ice / Flying
New Abilities: Refrigerate / Aerilate | Forewarn
New Stats: 55/85/40/40/40/95 (-10 to each defense, +20 in speed)
Removed Moves: Kalosian Pikipek + Rock Blast [-10]
New Moves: Kalosian Pikipek + Blizzard, Ice Beam, Icicle Crash, Facade [+8]
Flavor/Design: When Pikipek and Trumbeak were introduced to Kalos from Alola, they settled in the area surrounding Snowbelle. Since the snow absorbs a lot of sound, they were able to trumpet to their heart's content, without being considered a nuisance to the populace. Eventually, this change in lifestyle triggered a genetic change, and Trumbeak and Pikipek became Ice-type.

Pokémon: Hummingbrr [Hummingbird + "brr", onamonapia for shivering]
Evolution Method: Level 39
New Typing: Ice / Flying
New Abilities: Refrigerate / Aerilate | Forewarn
New Stats: 85/100/50/80/55/130 [BST: 500]
Removed Moves (relative to Toucannon) : Kalosian Trumbeak + Beak Blast, Overheat [-12]
New Moves: Kalosian Trumbeak + Double Edge, Air Slash, Agility, Sing [+12]
Flavor/Design: It is believed that Trumbeak evolved into this form from the influence of the nectar of the winter flowers that bloom around Snowbelle. Graceful, and possessing a heavenly singing voice, Hummingbrr quickly flit from flower to flower, slurping up their nectar so it can maintain its high metabolism. When it encounters competition for those flowers, it freezes their foe solid and uses its graceful body to slam them into submission.

Competitively, it is meant to be a versatile mixed attacker with strong speed, abilities, and move options. Though its attacking stats are okay, and its defenses and typing are middling, its major strength is the unpredictability of which ability it runs.

Height: 3 feet
Weight: 42 pounds

Might update this later with another concept I'm chewing on.

Oh god this thing gets Boomburst, this thing is gonna be a nightmare
Good news is that this thing is Ice / Flying, which means it have to use Heavy-Duty Boots to avoid Stealth Rocks damage instead of Choice Specs or Choice Scarf. I would appreciate possible calculations to prove me wrong though.

yeahhhhhh they're probably right. with HDB, 252+ Aerilate Boom 2HKOs mons like Specially Def Clefable and Defensive Tox and Ferro, while they barely 3HKO in return. I'll nix Boomburst and lower each offense a little bit. Hyper Voice and Sing should be good enough to represent the flavor of its voice.

E: Actually, I'm going to edit my original post rq for there to be a K!Pikipek too; it doesnt make sense to nix some of the moves I did when Pikipek learns them too

E2: Also decided to remove ESpeed and Work Up; at first I was unsure since bad defences and defensive typing, but remembered how annoying Talonflame was with priority/SD in Gen 6; and that was with lower attack, an ability that didnt raise power, and lower priority than ESpeed

Heavy Metal Music
Pokémon: Galarian Klink
New Typing:

New Abilities: Punk Rock / Heavy Metal | Clear Body
New Stats: 40 HP / 55 Atk / 60 Def / 55 SpA / 50 SpD / 40 Spe
Removed Moves: Charge, Charge Beam, Discharge, Rising Voltage, Shock Wave, Thunder Shock, Volt Switch, Zap Cannon
[Loses 8]
New Moves: Beat Up, Dark Pulse, Foul Play, Nasty Plot, Snarl, Sing, Hyper Voice, Lash Out, Sucker Punch, Spikes [Gains 10]
Flavor/Design: Galar is the actual home region of Klink, and evolved at the cusp of the Industrial Revolution. Once formed, they were swiftly brought over to Unova to help further develop the budding region. Back home however, something was brewing. Klink was eventually adopted by the rebellious youth of Galar, due to their ease to train and rather dimwitted nature, and made to commit acts of crime and roughhousing. The youth especially loved the screech the gears of this Pokemon made, and eventually adapted this into a new kind of music - Heavy Metal Rock. These Klink over time took on their masters love for villainy and harsh music, and changed in order to better fit with the plan. Klink of Galar have spikes instead of traditional gear teeth, and only have 5 instead of 6. Their blue noses are now purple, while the X eye is now coloured red. Their expressions now instead of displaying shock, display anger.

Pokémon: Galarian Klang
New Typing:

New Abilities: Punk Rock / Heavy Metal | Clear Body
New Stats: 60 HP / 80 Atk / 85 Def / 80 SpA / 75 SpD / 60 Spe
Removed Moves: Same as Galarian Klink
New Moves: Same as Galarian Klink + Venoshock, Power Trip, Poison Jab [Gains 12]

Galarian Klang carry over the spike and colour motif, but now shards of metal strips also spin around Klang in an atomic like design.

Pokémon: Klanklunk
New Typing:

New Abilities: Punk Rock / Heavy Metal | Poison Touch
New Stats: 60 HP / 100 Atk / 105 Def / 80 SpA / 75 SpD / 90 Spe
New Moves: Same as Galarian Klang + Toxic Spikes, Boomburst, Gunk Shot, Switcheroo, Power Whip, Throat Chop, Darkest Lariat, Burning Jealousy [Gains 9]
Flavor/Design: Klanklunk has all of the malice that has been boiling inside of it lashing out all at once, making it a truly fearsome looking Pokemon. Klanklunk harbors intense hatred and jealousy towards all living things, and particularly despises Toxtricity, who has become the new face of the rebellious youth, and as a result no one uses and trains them anymore, quite literally leaving them to rust. Klanklunk has all of the same design elements carried over from its evolutions, but now the tips of its spikes have all been rusty. Its spinning frame as also severely decayed, only leaving half of it, which it lashes around as a spiked whip.

A Dashing Duck Evolution Part 2: The Quack Strikes Back
:farfetch’d: :farfetch’d-galar:
Pokemon: Unovan Farfetch’d
New Typing: Normal
Abilities: Keen Eye, Rivalry, Scrappy (HA)
New Stats: 52/90/72(+20)/48(-10)/52(-10)/60
New Moves: Wood Hammer, Fling, Low Sweep, Low Kick, Bullet Seed, Stomping Tantrum
Removed Moves: First Impression, Solar Blade
Height: 2’07’’
Weight: 67.4 lbs
Flavor/Design: Based on a duck and a baseball player. His body is now more of a light grey, with tiny black streaks below his eyes that resemble eyeblack. His wings are a bit wider and are mostly black. His leek now resembles a baseball bat.
Due to the popularity of sports in the Unova Region, Farfetch’d have evolved to be able to compete and thrive in Unova’s national pastime.
Pokemon: Yankeefetch’d
New Typing: Normal
Abilities: Keen Eye, Rivalry, Scrappy (HA)
New Stats: 82/130/105/48/77/65
New Moves: Earthquake, Bulldoze, Seed Bomb, Close Combat, Bulk Up, Dazzling Dinger (Normal, Physical, 120 BP, 90% Acc, 5-8 PP, Effects: 10% Chance to lower the Target’s Def, Description: Using it’s bat, the Pokemon launches an onion at extraordinary speeds towards the target.)
Height: 3’09’’
Weight: 147.6 lbs
Flavor/Design: Based on a duck, a baseball player, and the New York Yankees. He is now a larger, slightly heavyset duck with a pretty smug look on its face. His body is light grey for the most part, but his belly along with the somewhat saggy feathers that run down part of his legs are white with navy blue pinstripes. Little navy blue tufts on his head are slicked back. His left wing is navy blue and much larger than the right, resembling a glove. His right holds the now much larger leek bat. He always has a few onion “balls” hidden somewhere in his glove.
Only the most skilled Farfetch’d can evolve into Yankeefetch’d, who are able to hit their onions with enough power to topple over 16 Asian Elephants. They are almost always chewing and spitting out various seeds, and those that can launch them the farthest are .
This Pokemon would likely function as a hard hitting tank that can use it’s extremely powerful stab move to tear through almost any none rock and steel types when paired with scrappy. With it’s not terrible physical bulk and access to Bulk Up and Roost, it should at least be able to eat up a few hits as well. Yankeefetch’d could work as a trick room abuser as well.
Galarian Magmar line in the works
:Magmar:
Pokemon: Galarian Magmar

Removed Moves: None
Height: 4’03”
Weight: 102.4 lb
Flavor/Design: Based on whatever Magmar’s based on and Dragoon Soldiers (hehe see why it’s dragon). All the yellow on Magmar’s body is now replace by navy blue, and it’s belly flames are now a little more streamlined. The flames on the back of its head now are dark red, navy blue, and fade into a purple towards the edges. Their is now only one back flame thing, and it loops back towards the front of the head, somewhat resembling a Dragoon’s helmet plume. The tail is slightly longer, and the flame on the tip is now formed into a shimmering firey sabre that follows the same color scheme as the head flame, it holds its tail in front of it, utilizing it as a sword.
Magmar in the Galar region, challenged by the many aggressive and powerful Pokemon that call Galar home, evolved to combat and ward off challengers, while also easing their ability to plunder and steal from weaker Pokemon.

Flavor/Design: Due to the hot climate in Hoenn, Staryu has dried up. Its appearance is now rough, similar to a Rock. It is very brittle too, its limbs occasionally fall off from too much movement. They regenerate quickly though. Staryu is found in the raging deserts of Hoeen, thriving in its sandstorms.

The heat grants Starwee more energy, but it slightly hurts itself after a long time. Staryu evolves into Starmie by the use of the Fire Stone.
