I’ve been lurking around the CAP threads for a while and this is my first post. NGas is the best choice here imo as it is very pro concept. Download is neat but will ultimately limit CAP28 in the stat stage and will force it to go mixed, and Storm Drain blocks Scald but that only helps in the matchups that we honestly already do best in so idk. Triage seems weird and unnecessary to me and Punk Rock gets us walled by Blissey hard. Hard to choose an ability given CAP28’s typing but I suppose NGas paired with some nice stats and a decent movepool will work out great for this concept. Excited to see where this CAP goes.
