Best design by far that I feel matches the stats great and really embodies the concept in a unique way. There were a few other great ones, but for this round, I’m only voting for his design because I do think it is a step above the rest.

Everyone did an amazing job, but my process this round was a bit more picky.
I voted on the designs that had the following appeals to me:
1. Felt more fitting a 3 stage line/a pseudo/just a high bst pokemon to me.
2. Had a clever design that when a new player found it, they wouldn't think it was color change, but as soon as it came up, it would make sense.
3. Created something beyond the ink concept, which i feel was very ok but very simple and wasn't explored enough
