So, with all that said, we only have one last slate before the mod is completed! Having said that, let's jump right into the next slate right away. As the latest slate took way longer than it should to have been completed, we felt like this would be the best path to take. Let's get going! Let's give this mod the final slate it deserves!

:ss/silvally-dragon:
Pokémon: Silvally-Dragon
Mod of Origin: Alternatium
Stats: 105 / 95 / 95 / 95 / 95 / 115 (BST 600)
Typing:

Abilities: Multiscale
Movepool Additions: Multi Attack ", Recover, Stealth Rock, Nasty Plot, Scale Shot

Multi Attack** - Changes type to match current typing

Silvally can be used as a strong wallbreaker thanks to HP BP STAB and access to both SD and NP. It probes to be the latest in a round if bulky Dragon types in the tier, but tge difference being this uses its bulk to facilitate its offensive prowess

1620258588147.png

Pokémon: Shoto Todoroki
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos EX
Type:

Stats: 90 / 65 / 75 / 130 / 80 / 100 | BST: 540
Abilities: Ice Body | HA: Flame Body
Movepool: All Special non signature Ice type moves, Ice Punch, Icicle Crash, Ice Shard, Hail, Icicle Sprear, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Flame Burst, Incinerate, Fire Punch, Will O Wisp, Sunny Day, Scald, Overheat, Superpower

A strong offensive Wallbreaker, Todoroki has unresisted coverage between Ice Beam / Fire Blast / Scald / Freeze Fry, allowing it to always pack a punch versus the opposing team. 130 SpA is pretty big, which makes punching holes a lot easier. Unfortunately, alot of viable top tier picks exist that outspeed and can quickly OHKO Shoto thanks to its partly bulk and horrid defensive typing. Not to mention without access to any boosting moves nor items thanks to its reliance on HDB, it's matchup versus Stall teams can leave you a bit underwhelming. Shoto, however, is still a top tier pick!

Fakemon Name: Parakinesis
Mod of Origin: Restrictions
Stats: 124 / 130 / 66 / 79 / 72 / 109 [BST: 580]
Typing:

Abilities: Prankster / Big Pecks | HA: Iron Fist
Movepool: Focus Punch, Zen Headbutt, Brave Bird, Encore, Thunder Wave, Dual Wingbeat, Substitute, Feather Dance, Defog, Shadow Punch, Will O Wisp, Screech, Thunder Punch
Description: Parakinesis is an attempt to create an ideal Focus Punch abuser, through crafting this Pokémon to be reliant on Focus Punch to muscle through its Steel type checks, while giving it the means to set up scenarios in which Focus Punch is the best play. It has Prankster so it can grab momentum with Encore and Status infliction, forcing switches that it can then take advantage of. If that isn't your cup of tea, you can technically go for Iron Fist for a nuke option. Parakinesis is a Pokémon that requires skillful play to fully abuse, and in the hands of a inexperienced player, can often fall flat. Yet still, it can put in a ton of work versus unprepared teams.

:ss/Cinderace:
Pokémon: Cinderace
Mod of Origin: Perfect Galar
Stats: 80 HP / 116 Atk / 75 Def / 65 SpA / 75 SpD / 119 (535)
Typing:

Abilities: Blaze | Libero* (HA)
Libero Change: Now activates after a move is used.
Movepool Additions: N/A

Cinderace is now a much easier threat to handle thanks to the Libero rework, which makes you still able to manipulate your typing, but unfortunately (or fortunately) removes the STAB on any move aspect. Even without this, Cinderace is a solid offensive Pokémon, with a great 119 speed tier, and strong Pyro Ball, giving Sun teams the option of a strong breaker that is not reliant on Sun to beat offense.

:ss/Pikachu-Pop_Star:
Pokémon: Pikachu-Idol
Mod of Origin: Alternatium
Stat Changes: 80/30/50/55/85/115 [BST: 415]
Typing Changes: Electric/Fairy
Ability Changes: Cute Charm/Pixilate
Movepool Additions (If Any): Moonblast, Hyper Voice, Dazzling Gleam, Sing

It's a fairy type that works as a fast rev ed nge killer. It has good special attack when boosted and decent special bulk for what it is. Be mindful of Knock Off though, as that rids it if Light Ball and its important boost in power.

Arachsoil.jpg

Pokemon: Arachsoil
Pet Mod of Origin: DLCmons
Stats: 107 / 73 / 97 / 109 / 113 / 71 (570)
Type: Ground/Bug
Ability: Beast Boost
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet...g69navnSjsTOiRKn-MpqtawS3nvnFs0xRdEy/pubhtml# In the tab slate 4: UB Movesets all the way to the right.
Ground / Special / 90 / 100 / 16 PP / Traps the target
Reasoning: A pokemon that was originally make to stop kartana, magearna, & heatran even though none of these exsist in this meta. I think it could be quite strong with quiver dance/sticky soil/earth power/coverage

:ss/hatterene:
Pokemon: Hatterene
Pet Mod of Origin: Bust a Move
Stats: 57 / 90 / 95 / 136 / 103 / 29 (510)
Type: Psychic/Fairy
Ability: Healer/Anticipation (H: Magic Bounce)
Hatterene's Movepool + Decorate, Eerie Spell
Decorate - Fairy/Status/16 PP/100% acc/User heals equal to the target's Speed stat. Lowers target's speed by 1 stage.
Eerie Spell - Psychic/Special/80 BP/16 PP/100% acc/Afflicts target with Torment.
Reasoning: A useful utility mon with decorate, eerie spell, twave, healing wish, mystical fire, & nuzzle

:ss/archeops:
Pokemon: Archeops Base and Airborne forms
Pet Mod of Origin: Metamorphasis
Base Stats: 75 / 140 / 65 / 112 / 65 / 110 (597)
Airborne Stats: 75 / 115 / 70 / 112 / 65 / 130 (567)
Base Type: Flying/Rock
Airborne Type: Flying
Ability: Defeatist
Archeops's Movepool + Hurricane
At 1/2 hp or lower this pokemon changes into its airborne form.
Reasoning: Archeops is all about being the first bird, so Archeops transforms into a true representative of ancestorial birds in build and typing. It can play around with Roost and Substitute to manipulate it's typing and stats at will and it goes from being a hard hitting dinosaur to sleek soaring bird. It also has been granted Hurricane in case being purely special is the ideal spread.

Pokemon: Prairret
Pet Mod of Origin: Stereotypes
Stats: 85 / 105 / 100 / 65 / 75 / 100 (530)
Type: Grass
Ability: Overgrow (H: Poison Heal)
Body Press, Brick Break, Crunch, Darkest Lariat, Double-Edge, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Drill Run, Endeavor, Focus Punch, Gunk Shot, Iron Head, Play Rough, Power Whip, Psychic Fangs, Quick Attack, Sucker Punch, Super Fang, Superpower, Throat Chop, U-Turn, Zen Headbutt, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Hyper Voice, Scorching Sands, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Agility, Aromatherapy, Baton Pass, Coil, Encore, Hone Claws, Leech Seed, Nasty Plot, Synthesis, Taunt, Yawn, Body Slam, Bullet Seed, Double-Edge, Facade, Grassy Glide, Knock Off, Nuzzle, Razor Leaf, Seed Bomb, Tackle, Absorb, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Leaf Storm, Magical Leaf, Mega Drain, Sludge Bomb, Solar Beam, Curse, Growth, Light Screen, Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Sunny Day, Sweet Scent, Swords Dance
Reasoning: An annoying mon with way to much utility which is dragon tail, quick attack, sucker punch, super fang, u-turn, aromatherapy, encore, leech seed, synthesis, taunt, yawn, knock off, nuzzle, reflect, substitute, toxic, protect, & light screen. It also has great coverage with play rough, iron head, gunk shot, power whip, brick break, crunch, drill run, superpower, throat chop, & psychic fangs. All around a very annoying mon to predict/deal with.

:ss/kyogre:
Pokemon: Kyogre
Pet Mod of Origin: Ubermons
Stats: 95 / 80 / 90 / 110 / 120 / 75 (570)
Type: Water
Ability: Drizzle
Kyogre's Movepool + Flip Turn - Water Spout
Reasoning: A Drizzle Calm Mind sweeper sounds cool, it really does! But Flip Turn tho? It allows Kyogre to also act on the supportive side for its team, similar to pelipper except it lacks item removal and recovery. It's also weak to grass so there's that. (Description is taken from the original sub.)

Also all hail Sanddern.

Pokémon: Kratos
Mod of Origin: Fusion Evolution Alpha
Stats: 95 / 133 / 90 / 62 / 80 / 111 (571 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Intimidate
Moves: Staraptor's movepool, Krookodile's movepool

Reasoning: An unique typing in Ground/Flying alongside solid stats make Kratos an strong option in the meta, performing role compression as an offensive mon with defensive utility and hazard setting, or in other words it's Lando-T but with recovery and speed.

DNA Donors/ Parents: Ferroseed / Shellos
Offspring Name: Ferros
Mod Of Origin: Fusion Evolution Underused
Types:

Base Stats: 80 / 50 / 70 / 40 / 92 / 22 [BST: 354]
Ability: Spiky Hold = (Iron Barbs + Sticky Hold)
Ability Description: Effects of both Iron Barbs and Sticky Hold
Movepool: Combined movepools of Shellos and Ferroseed.
Description: Behold, the Thiccest goddamn Eviolite user you've ever seen. An excellent hazard setter, as well as a phenomenal wall thanks to great bulk with Eviolite and Sticky Hold, as well as Recover.
Original Role Justification: A solid special wall that avoids passivity through hazard stacking. It acts as a Spiker, and can capitalize on them itself by pseudo-phasing with Yawn. Spiky Hold is really nice for this mon, punishing weak physical attackers, protecting it from choiced Trick/Switcheroo, and preventing its Eviolite from being removed

1620419301730.png

DNA Donors/ Parents: Groudon / Plusle
Offspring Name: Grousle
Mod Of Origin: Fusion Evolution Underused
Types:

Base Stats: 90 / 100 / 90 / 110 / 94 / 92 [BST: 576]
New Ability: Solar Panel = (Drought + Lightning Rod)
Ability Description: Immunity to Electric and Fire. If hit by a move of of one of those types, raises Sp Attack by 1.
Movepool: Combined movepools of Groudon and Plusle.
Description: ...It's Grousle.
Original Role Justification: Mixed attacker with decent bulk and utility paired with uncommon immunities. A lot of moves to play with, including rocks, encore, and even Rock Polish.

resonake transparent.png

Mod Of Origin: Stereotypes
Ability: Soundproof / Gluttony / Sheer Force
Typing: Normal
Stats: 84 / 70 / 119 / 76 / 113 / 67 (BST: 529)
Weight: 7 kg
Relevant Moves: Boomburst, Ice Beam, Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, Recover, Rapid Spin
Flavor Moves: Protect, Sleep Talk, Substitute, Rest, Round, Snore, Facade, Attract, Toxic, Confide, Double Team, Swagger, Sunny Day, Work Up, Endure, Rain Dance, Mud-Slap, Double-Edge, Headbutt, Uproar, Shock Wave, Take Down, Iron Tail, Tackle, Giga Impact, Echoed Voice, Hyper Voice, Body Slam, Mimic, Hyper Beam, Dig, Thunder, Rock Smash, Fling, Thunder Wave, Covet, Zen Headbutt, Strength, Psych Up, Growl, Helping Hand, Water Pulse, Payback, Tri Attack, Overdrive, Rollout
Description: Resonake is a Sheer Force/Boomburst user with great bulk, designed to be quite tanky while also dealing decent damage. Access to Rapid Spin gives it good utility, and Recover keeps it alive long enough for Boomburst and a choice of Sheer Force-boosted coverage options to do their work.
Appearance and Pokedex: Resonake is a chonky didgeridoo snake reminiscent of the Tsuchinoko, if the Tsuchinoko was also a didgeridoo. It absorbs wind through a hole in its tail, and then expels it in a massive blast of sound from its gaping maw. It is also somehow able to channel the elements into blasts of energy.

:Swsh/Genesect:
Mod Of Origin: Ubermons
Types: Bug / Steel
Ability: Sniper
Stats: 91 / 100 / 95 / 120 / 95 / 99
Movepool Changes: -Blizzard, -Thunderbolt, -Thunder
Techno Blast: 100 BP, 100% Acc, 10-16 PP, Steel-Type Special move
+Douse: Water Type, 30% chance to lower the target's SpD, +50% base power
+Chill: Ice Type, 30% chance to lower the target's SpA, +50% base power
+Burn: Fire Type, 30% chance to lower the target's Atk, +50% base power
+Shock: Electric Type, 30% chance to lower the target's Spe, +50% base power
Description: Moved points from Genesect's ATK to its HP, making it definitively a bulky Special attacker. More importantly, Techno Blast is now good. It also gets a different secondary effect based on the Drive used.

Pokémon: Mina Nishizawa
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos
Stats: 70/70/100/120/150/70 (580 BST)
Type:

Ability: Erudite (renamed Compound Eyes)
Movepool: Ice Coffin, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Hurricane, Air Slash, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Wring Out, Hydro Pump, Power Gem, Dazzling Gleam, Psyshock, Grass Knot, Hidden Power, Sludge Bomb, Discharge, Recover, Wish, Heal Bell, Teleport, Heal Pulse
Z-Move: EXE Drive: Absolute Zero - Ice, Special, 210 BP | Upgraded from Ice Coffin with Minanium Z
Overview: Special tank with a wealth of coverage, reliable recovery, and a pivoting move in Teleport. Doesn't exactly step on Mamo's toes, because Sheer Force base 100 hits harder than raw base 120, especially since the latter is not nearly as likely to be running Life Orb and has no boosting options whatsoever.

Pokémon: Demigod of Rock
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos
Stats: 100/100/100/100/100/100 (600 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Punk Rock, Solid Rock
Signature Move: Rock Out - Rock, Special, 90 BP, 95% Acc, 10 PP | Sound-based
Other Moves: Accelerock, Rock Blast, Rock Climb, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rock Smash, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Rock Wrecker, Stealth Rock, Metal Sound, Metal Burst, Iron Head, Overdrive, Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Uproar, Roar, Screech, Sacred Fire, Parting Shot, Extreme Speed, Magma Storm, Dragon Dance, Destiny Bond, Sand Tomb, Gunk Shot, Taunt, Toxic, Sticky Web, Judgment, Close Combat, Wild Charge, Perish Song
Z-Move: Scourge Dropkick - Rock, Physical, 185 BP | Super-effective against Steel-types | Upgraded from Rock Slide with Guitarium Z
Overview: Toxtricity meets Lycanroc, but with Mew's base stats and some interesting utility to match.

Pokémon: Shrek
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded
Stats: 108/125/105/45/90/67 (540 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Thick Fat, Stench, Intimidate, (Event) Mold Breaker
Movepool: Muddy Water, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Mud Sport, Mud-Slap, Earthquake, Liquidation, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Belch, Superpower, Cross Chop, Heavy Slam, Body Slam, Hyper Voice, Crunch, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, First Impression, Rock Slide, Circle Throw, Brutal Swing, Revenge, Payback, Power Trip, Astonish, Seismic Toss, Infestation, Nature Power, Counter, Curse, Roar, Scary Face, Gastro Acid, Poison Gas, Venom Drench, Toxic, Taunt, Torment, Confide, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Slack Off
Overview: Physically offensive tank with a decent variety of roles: hazard setting, Curse boosting, or all-out attacking.

Pokémon: Iris Freyja
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded
Stats: 90/80/90/100/125/70 (555 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Klutz, Competitive
Signature Move: Caduceus Blast - Dragon, Special, 100 BP, 95% Acc, 20 PP | Non-contact Jump Kick variant that affects Fairy-types.
Other Moves: Rest (that's it)
Z-Move: Basilisk's Catastrophe - Rock, Special, 200 BP | The use of this move clears all field effects. | Upgraded from Caduceus Blast with Basilium Z
Overview: Special tank with exactly two means of dealing damage: a one-time field-cleaning nuke, and one-move coverage reminiscent of Dragon Pulse in its generation of origin. However, because her only other move is Rest, she is reliant on clerical support.

EDIT: Suddenly, I feel like sneaking in a fifth.

Pokémon: Crocodile
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded
Stats: 110/96/82/96/82/82 (548 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Sand Stream, Sand Veil, Sand Rush
Signature Move: Desert Prison - Ground, Physical, 75 BP, 100% Acc, 10 PP | Disables the target's Water-type moves. Removes the Water typing of the target, if applicable.
Other Moves: Earth Power, Scorching Sands, Giga Drain, Night Slash, Knock Off, Air Slash, Psycho Cut, Poison Jab, Cross Poison, U-turn, Drain Punch, Aerial Ace, Hurricane, Sandstorm, Shore Up, Toxic Spikes, Recover, Swords Dance
Overview: This would make a good complement for Paleolyena, improving its matchup against special attackers.

Pokémon: Ivy
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos V2
Type:

Abilities: Flower Veil / Magic Guard
Moves: Gust, Natural Gift, Nature Power, Body Slam, Leaf Blade, Solar Beam, Sacred Sword, Celebrate, Mystical Fire, Magical Leaf, Dazzling Gleam, Branch Poke, Rototiller, Acupressure, Growth, Wood Hammer, Hammer Arm, Rapid Spin, Petal Blizzard, Petal Dance, Phantom Force, Shadow Bone, Bonemerang, Bone Club, Skull Bash, Magic Coat, Light Screen, Reflect, Mean Look, Hyper Beam, Surf, Dive, Fling, Follow Me, Lock-On, Miracle Eye, Morning Sun, Flower Shield, Play Rough
Stats: 70/110/75/60/75/90 (480)
Reasoning: A physical set-up sweeper with lots of utility like status deterrent and hazard deterrent. As a physical attacker, Ivy has the Swords Dance+Rapid Spin combo, wide coverage and two abilities that greatly benefit set-up sweepers. This differentiates her from other Grass-types.

Pokémon: Kogasa Tatara
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos V2
Type:

Abilities: Unaware / Unnerve / Levitate
Moves: Damaging - Scald, Shadow Ball, Hydro Pump, Water Pledge, Hurricane, Weather Ball, Liquidation, Dazzling Gleam, Flash Cannon, Aurora Beam, Signal Beam, Lick, Astonish, Hex, Night Shade, First Impression, Fake Out
Status - Rain Dance, Scary Face, Mean Look, Will-o-Wisp, Spotlight, Light Screen, Reflect, Flash, Roost
Signature Moves: Over the Rainbow (80 BP | Water | Special | 10 PP | 100 Accuracy | A rainbow appears on the user's side for 4 turns, which doubles secondary effect chances but does not stack with the Serene Grace Ability.)
Scare Attempt (70 BP | Ghost | Special | 10 PP | 100 Accuracy | If successful, the user switches out and is replaced immediately by a selected party member.)
Stats: 100/40/95/85/100/70 (490)
Reasoning: A mixed wall with some nice utility. There are only 4 Water-types, and only 1 defensive one, so a defensive Water-type would be a good addition.
The other defensive Water-type in the meta also has an Unaware ability (Pyukchin), but their secondary types are different, they offer different utility (Rainbow+Hazard Removal+Pivotting vs Spikes+Toxic Spikes+Electric Terrain) and Kogasa can also run Levitate (Ground-immune vs Ground-weak) so I think they are different enough.
1620427430665.png

Pokémon: Hazers
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos EX
Type:

Abilities: Marble Team/Mountaineer/White Smoke
Marble Team: User's Rollout and Ice Ball hit 4 times, each with its own accuracy check. The BP of Rollout/Ice Ball changes per turn, not per hit.
Mountaineer: On switch-in, this Pokemon avoids all Rock-type attacks and Stealth Rock.
Moves: Mist, Haze, Rapid Spin, Agility, Defense Curl, Rollout, Accelerock, Ice Ball, Gyro Ball, Mist Ball, Court Change, Smokescreen, Misty Explosion, Misty Terrain
Stats: 205/10/10/10/10/155 (400)
Reasoning: Hazers would be the fastest thing in the meta, but its other stats (save for HP) are very bad. Its only reliable damaging moves are Rollout and Ice Ball, which deal 4x damage with Marble Team, so it does decent damage. You basically can't be passive when Hazers are on field because the power of those moves doubles every turn. Hazers also offer hazard control with Court Change. We also only have 4 Rock-types, another one would be nice.

Pokémon: Orion
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos V2
Type:

Abilities: Stout Arm of Brutality/Long Reach/Sniper
Stout Arm of Brutality: Fighting moves deal double damage against targets in the Bug or Monster egg groups.
Moves:
Physical: Bowman of Three Stars, Arrow Shot, Drain Punch, Dynamic Punch, Hammer Arm, Close Combat, Mach Punch, Power-Up Punch, Sky Uppercut, Comet Punch, Meteor Mash, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch, Blaze Kick, Flame Wheel, Play Rough, Waterfall, Liquidation, Three Way
Special:
Swift, Surf, Fire Spin, Snipe Shot, Tri-Attack
Status: Cosmic Power, Moonlight, Hold Hands, Focus Energy, Bulk Up, Slack Off, Attract, Captivate, Swagger, Rain Dance, Soak
Signature Moves: Bowman of Three Stars: Electric-type, Physical, 30 BP, 100% accuracy, 10 PP. Hits three times. Doesn't make contact.
Arrow Shot: Rock-type, Physical, 80 BP, 100% accuracy, 15 PP. Doesn't make contact. Increased critical hit ratio. Ignores the effects of opposing Pokémon's Abilities and moves that draw in moves.
Three Way: Normal-type, Physical, 25 BP, 64 PP, 100% accuracy, hits 3 times.
Stats: 110/130/100/60/95/105 (600)
Reasoning: A very simple physical wallbreaker with high Attack and wide coverage.

Also resubmitting this cause I still think it's a good addition

Pokémon: Orbeetle

Stats: 72/52/150/69/164/123 (630)
Type:

Abilities: Swarm/Frisk/Trace
Aditional moves: Overdrive, Thunder Wave, Seismic Toss
Removed moves: Calm Mind, Sticky Web
Reasoning: I think it would be fair to say Brodaha is a genius for creating this. This is one of my favorite custom Pokémon of all time tbh.
With excellent defensive stats and utility movepool, Orbeetle can act as a wall and a defensive pivot. It can also act as an Iron Defense+Body Press sweeper (the most wacky but fun set imo). Don't let its 630 BST scare you, it has unoptimized abilities, vulnerability to Taunt due to poor offenses and weaknesses to common types such as Dark and Ground to make it balanced.

Item: Frozen Turtle Shell
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos V2
Fling BP: 60
Effects: Whenever the holder is at 50% HP or below, they will take 33.3% less damage from all damage-dealing moves. This does not affect direct damage moves like Dragon Rage and Seismic Toss.

Item: Scrambler
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos V2
Fling BP: 10 BP
Effect: Makes holder immune to sound moves and Taunt, but confuses holder whenever it blocks a move. Announces itself on entry - "[pokémon] is speaking strangely due to the Scrambler!"

Item: Enrikan Shirt
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos V2
Fling: 80 BP
Effect: Holder's Def is 1.5x, but it can only select damaging moves.

Name: Chibardo
Mod of Origin: Generation X
Type: Electric / Ground
Ability: Earth Shaker - If this pokemon has taken damage already this turn, Ground-type moves deal 1.5x damage.
Stats: 85 / 120 / 100 / 110 / 135 / 50 | BST: 600, Weight: 958 kg
Movepool:
Physical: Earthquake, Wild Charge, Zing Zap, Stone Edge, Superpower, Heavy Slam, Zen Headbutt,
Special: Earth Power, Scorching Sands, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Hurricane, Air Slash, Psychic, Weather Ball,
Status: Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, Curse, Nasty Plot,
Reasoning: Tank with a unique typing, bulky Stealth Rock setter that can keep momentum, and good check to things like Gengar and Beheeyem. The combination of offense, defense, and pivoting makes it a fairly unique rocker in the meta. Compared to other Ground-types like Claydol and Miltank, it has better stats and attacking movepool, but lacks recovery and other support options. This, plus the pivoting, means it fits better on offensive teams that need Stealth Rock and some defensive glue without sacrificing momentum.

Stats: 53 / 83 / 107 / 131 / 83 / 113 | BST: 570, Weight: 14.2 kg
Important Movepool:
Special: Ice Beam, Freeze Dry, Moonblast, Mystical Fire, Power Gem,
Physical: Rapid Spin,
Status: Switcheroo,
Reasoning: The cold member of Restrictions' temperature trio. Kelven could make a nice choice user thanks to its stats, typing, and good coverage.

Pokemon: Arctres-Galar

Stats: 90 / 112 / 95 / 102 / 105 / 102 [BST: 606]

- Fiery Wrath, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Hidden Power, Hurricane, Overheat, Scorching Sands
- Morning Sun, Nasty Plot, Taunt, Teleport, Will-O-Wisp
Arcanine and Moltres-G’s combined Gen 8 movepools.
Don’t let its high BST and strong ability fool you, this thing has proven to be very balanced in FEUU and looks to be the same here. It’s a very versatile, splashable mon that can annoy mons like Gengar, Beheeyem, and Vanilluxe-Mega, helping to compress a check to a lot of threats into one mon. It’s not without issue though; It has some severe 4MSS, and its typing leaves a lot to be desired defensively.

Pokemon: Draugelid
Mod of Origin: Restrictions
Stats: 75 / 90 / 50 / 55 / 75 / 65 [BST: 410]

Viable Moves:

- Spikes, Switcheroo, Swords Dance
Ally Switch, Astonish, Bite, Blizzard, Body Slam, Bonemerang, Bone Rush, Brick Break, Confide, Confuse Ray, Copycat, Curse, Dark Pulse, Destiny Bond, Dig, Disable, Dream Eater, Echoed Voice, Endeavor, False Swipe, Fling, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Giga Impact, Growl, Grudge, Hail, Haze, Hex, Hone Claws, Hyper Beam, Ice Beam, Ice Fang, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Icy Wind, Lash Out, Mist, Night Shade, Night Slash, Perish Song, Phantom Force, Poltergeist, Psych Up, Rain Dance, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Scary Face, Scratch, Screech, Shadow Ball, Shadow Bone, Shadow Claw, Shadow Sneak, Sheer Cold, Slash, Snarl, Spikes, Spite, Switcheroo, Swords Dance, Thief, Thrash, Throat Chop, Torment, Triple Axel, Uproar, Weather Ball + All Universal TMs and TRs, except Rest
Much like Arctres, this thing’s BST is deceiving. It’s a dedicated wallbreaker that hits like a truck if it manages to come in, especially with Technician Triple Axel and Bonemerang up its sleeve. It has some 4MSS, but you can absolutely pick and choose what you want to break with this thing, with no true defensive counter to every set. Of course, with those stats and a SR weakness, there’s more than enough holding it back for the lack of a defensive counter to be balanced out.

Item: Plubium Z
Mod of Origin: DLCmons
Effect: If held by a Plubia with Shadow Ball, it can use Eternal Nightmare, a 155bp special Ghost-type Z-move that lowers all of the target’s stats by one stage (except acc/eva).
Gonna be honest, idk if this sub’s legal or not, but mons generally include intrinsic mechanics from their home mod, and since DLC’s gen 7-based, I’d assume DLC reps would be able to use Z-moves if the crystals existed. Anyways, allowing Plubia to carry a nuke on its person would be a welcome buff to its viability, which would be great for the meta considering that Plubia’s the single best base-Gengar switchin rn.

Pokémon: Gossephalon
Mod of Origin: FEUU
Stats: 61 / 89 / 71 / 127 / 101 / 103
Type:

Abilities: Ultra Health - Regeneraotr effects. Heals 1/3 max HP when knocking out an opponent.
Aditional moves: Eldegoss' + Blacephalon's movepool

Justification: Our Fire mons are either Physical or Slow Special attackers. Gossephalon throws variety onto out Fires with a mon that is an absolute blast to play with. Gosseph's ability allows it to shrug off Stealth Rock and as such its a Fire Type that might not care about boots as much. Other than that, it also allows it to run Mind Blown pretty reliably for a strong Fire move to break past teams. Struggles from its lack of coverage, notably getting walled by Altaria and Forgerajah, but also checked offensively due to its slightly below average speed forcing it to run Scarf for the meta, weakness to Accelerock and to Beheeyem in general

Pokémon: Castform
Mod of Origin: CFM
Stats:
80 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 (base)
80 / 75 / 50 / 105 / 95 / 115 (Sunny)
80 / 50 / 115 / 95 / 105/ 75 (Rainy)
80 /50 / 95 / 115 / 75 / 105 (Snowy)
Type:
(Base) OR
(Sunny) OR
(Rainy) OR
(Snowy)
Abilities: Forecast - if Sunny Day, Rain Dance, or Hail is in Castform's first moveslot, that weather effect gets summoned on switch-in, and lasts until the weather is changed by another mon, or until Castform faints or switches out.
Additional moves: None. Castform's movepool is already awesome, with access to a slew of Fire/Grass/Water/Ice/Electric moves, and even some utility moves in Tailwind, Scald and T-Wave.
Additional effect: This mon has a passive levitation effect, in keeping with the mechanics of CFM.

Justification: What's the point in a mon based around the weather if it's terrible with weather (as well as without). Introducing CFM's attempt to rectify another one of GF's atrocities with a mon that works great in any weather (barring sand) and brings its own auto-weather to boot! The jack of all trades and has now become the master of all, being adept in three weathers with a great movepool and varying stats to suit! It's not exactly Uber, but it is strong and very versatile, making it an asset to any offensive weather team (bear in mind that the weather it sets only lasts for as long as it's active).

What? Only one sub from Mega Revo got through? I gotta change that.

Pokémon: Veloshock
Mod of Origin: Mega Revolution
Stats: 70 / 65 / 90 / 110 / 60 / 130 (BST 525)
Type:

Abilities: Static / Lightning Rod / Intimidate
Movepool: Manectric’s movepool + Solar Beam, Will-o-Wisp

Fast yet bulky on the physical side thanks to Intimidate, Veloshock is an excellent pivot thanks to its stellar typing and boots. The ideal pokemon for speed control and momentum creation. The meta is notably pretty slow, meaning this outspeeds pretty much everything unboosted or unscarfed. Provides a niche which is imo currently not filled, and pairs well with sun or electric terrain. Probably my best sub all mods included, I’m proud of this one :>

Pokémon: Herascarab
Mod of Origin: Mega Revolution
Stats: 90 / 165 / 75 / 50 / 115 / 55 (BST: 550)
Type:

Abilities: Swarm / Justified / Skill Link
Movepool: Heracross’ movepool + Drain Punch, Recover

Powerful breaker with a surprisingly useful typing and bulk to switch into ground types and some special mons. Nuclear with a Choice Band, and despite a low speed it can be invested to outpace the average defensive mon, allowing it to force switches and 50/50 as few resist both its stabs and its coverage; however, it tends to struggle against fairies.

Pokémon: Nug
Mod of Origin: Fusion Evolution Alpha
Stats: 80 / 118 / 121 / 75 / 102 / 50 (BST 546)
Type:

Abilities: Faustian Pact (This Pokemon swaps abilities with its target upon hitting it with a contact move)
Movepool: Runerigus’ movepool + Decidueye’s movepool

Great defensive pivot with an ability that can completely stop ability-based pokemon if played smart. It serves as a counter to most Rock types as of now, since none of them have the firepower to finish it off without their ability, and the same goes for non-Power Trip Falinks. Also would be the first fully defensive ghost mon of the tier. This mon is honestly a banger, and I love its concept.

Pokémon: Ledian
Mod of Origin: Hoenn Gaiden
Stats: 55/55/55/95/130/105
Type:

Abilities: Swarm / Magic Guard
Aditional moves: Tail Glow, Psychic, Fire Punch

If the lack of the PS split can be maintained, I see this being a pretty fun mon that doesn’t play by the usual rules. In its mod, it’s a Tail Glow sweeper.

Pokémon: Delibird
Mod of Origin: Hoenn Gaiden
Stats: 77/87/66/66/66/103
Type:

Abilities: Snow Warning, Magic Guard
Aditional moves: Moonlight, Spikes, Drill Peck, Surf

With Hail being infinite in this mod, Delibird offers so much role compression that it is able to compete with Tyranitar as the best mons in the format. It isn’t reliant on the PS split being included; it would just need perma-hail.

Pokemon: Snoxin
Pet Mod of Origin: DLCmons
Stats: 107 / 53 / 113 / 53 / 113 / 131 (570)
Type: Ice/Poison
Ability: Beast Boost
Ice / Status / 8 PP / The target looses more HP each turn. The user recovers the amount of HP that the target looses.
(basically leech seed + toxic)
Reasoning: Snoxin is a bulky mon that is also fast unlike most. It has hazards, hazard removal, toxic, a really strong move in infection, & other utility. This pokemon is very good in DLCmons and is going to be even better when the Adventure's Pickaxe gets coded.

Accelgor's Movepool + Stealth Rock - Spikes
On entry, the user takes no damage. The Pokémon can't switch out for a turn afterwards
Reasoning: A Unique pivot that forms a good core with Sanddern

Ground / Special / 90 / 100 / 16 PP / Traps the target
Reasoning: A pokemon that was originally make to stop kartana, magearna, & heatran even though none of these exsist in this meta. I think it could be quite strong with quiver dance/sticky soil/earth power/coverage

Pokemon: Shaymin Sky

Hatterene's Movepool + Decorate, Eerie Spell
Decorate - Fairy/Status/16 PP/100% acc/User heals equal to the target's Speed stat. Lowers target's speed by 1 stage.
Eerie Spell - Psychic/Special/80 BP/16 PP/100% acc/Afflicts target with Torment.
Reasoning: A useful utility mon with decorate, eerie spell, twave, healing wish, mystical fire, & nuzzle

Pokemon: Archeops Base and Airborne forms
Pet Mod of Origin: Metamorphasis

Airborne Stats: 75 / 115 / 70 / 112 / 65 / 130 (567)
Base Type: Flying/Rock
Airborne Type: Flying
Ability: Defeatist
Archeops's Movepool + Hurricane
At 1/2 hp or lower this pokemon changes into its airborne form.
Reasoning: Archeops is all about being the first bird, so Archeops transforms into a true representative of ancestorial birds in build and typing. It can play around with Roost and Substitute to manipulate it's typing and stats at will and it goes from being a hard hitting dinosaur to sleek soaring bird. It also has been granted Hurricane in case being purely special is the ideal spread.

Pokemon: Prairret
Pet Mod of Origin: Stereotypes
Stats: 85 / 105 / 100 / 65 / 75 / 100 (530)
Type: Grass
Ability: Overgrow (H: Poison Heal)
Body Press, Brick Break, Crunch, Darkest Lariat, Double-Edge, Dragon Claw, Dragon Tail, Drill Run, Endeavor, Focus Punch, Gunk Shot, Iron Head, Play Rough, Power Whip, Psychic Fangs, Quick Attack, Sucker Punch, Super Fang, Superpower, Throat Chop, U-Turn, Zen Headbutt, Dark Pulse, Focus Blast, Hyper Voice, Scorching Sands, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Agility, Aromatherapy, Baton Pass, Coil, Encore, Hone Claws, Leech Seed, Nasty Plot, Synthesis, Taunt, Yawn, Body Slam, Bullet Seed, Double-Edge, Facade, Grassy Glide, Knock Off, Nuzzle, Razor Leaf, Seed Bomb, Tackle, Absorb, Energy Ball, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Leaf Storm, Magical Leaf, Mega Drain, Sludge Bomb, Solar Beam, Curse, Growth, Light Screen, Reflect, Light Screen, Safeguard, Sunny Day, Sweet Scent, Swords Dance
Reasoning: An annoying mon with way to much utility which is dragon tail, quick attack, sucker punch, super fang, u-turn, aromatherapy, encore, leech seed, synthesis, taunt, yawn, knock off, nuzzle, reflect, substitute, toxic, protect, & light screen. It also has great coverage with play rough, iron head, gunk shot, power whip, brick break, crunch, drill run, superpower, throat chop, & psychic fangs. All around a very annoying mon to predict/deal with.

More to come. Also all hail Sanddern.
Firstly, you have too much submissions. You can only have 5.

Snoxin: The metagame at the moment is currently littered with bulky Poison types (Poison types in general). This doesn't add anything new, and in fact is probably not as good as in this meta.

Shinobug: This is probably broken. Completely shifts the established speed tier ceiling after a pretty respectful one was recently established.

Arachsoil: It's ok ig. A pretty strong set up sweeper. Not particularly broken, just a bit of a generic addition.

Shaymin-Sky: This thing is also probably a bit too strong, especially since it can use Hidden Power to bypass the very few switchins it has, and Grass / Flying / Ground leaves very little to switch in. All while outpacing the vast majority of the metagame.

Hatterene: Great Pokémon, and it's new moves add a whole new dynamic without breaking the Pokémon.

Archeops: The Archeops here has 30 extra Defense tht does not exist in its mod of Origin. Other than that, I think it's a great Pokémon. Head Smash being viable without being broken is also pretty cool concept.

Prairret: This Mon has alot more counterplay in this Mod than it does in its home Pet Mod, so I do not think it will be a broken addition if it wins. Cool sub.

Oh it's the last slate. You know what's coming, you all know what's fucking coming. Anyone who has seen me post here know what's about to happen next.

Pokémon: Dinodily
Mod of Origin: Roulettemons Ubers
Stats: 125/102/74/90/61/148
Type:

Abilities: Shell Armor/Delta Stream/Battery
Additional moves: Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Iron Head, Flash Cannon, Ice Shard, Zen Headbutt, Plasma Fists, Toxic Spikes, Blue Flare, Lunge, Spirit Shackle, Psychic Fangs, Icicle Spear, Ice Beam, Volt Tackle, Rapid Spin, Sunsteel Strike, Switcheroo, Superpower, Grav Apple
Confusion, Vital Throw, Thousand Waves, Mega Drain, Poison Powder, Mimic, Snarl, Spark, Howl, Submission, Feather Dance, Fly, Dark Void, Night Daze, Heavy Slam, Aurora Beam, Iron Tail, Blast Burn, Beat Up, Water Pulse
Reasoning: Oh boy here they are strutting their stuff, my child is back at it again and this time I'm off the shits. I've done this before, I've stated my history and yet no one ever votes for Dinodily. Everyone is just not impressed by it, BUT TO THAT I SAY FUCK IT! I HAVE ONE LAST SHOT OF DOING THIS AND I AM NOT GOING TO WASTE IT. TIME AND TIME AGAIN DINODILY HAS BEEN REJECTED, AND YET YEE WHO CAST IT SHALL BE SHUNNED INTO THE ABYSS OF FUCKING OFF! I CANNOT BE THE ONLY ONE WHO SEES GREATNESS IN MY CHILD, SO LET THEM SPREAD ITS GREATNESS INTO ALL OF YOUR FILTHY LITTLE HEARTS! DINODILY IS NOT MERELY SOME AI GENERATED MON, IT IS SOMETHING FAR GREATER! IT REPRESENTS WHAT PET MODS IS ALL ABOUT! TAKING AN EXISTING CREATION AND MOLDING IT FOR OUR JOY AND ENTERTAINMENT! IT IS MORE THAN JUST SOMETHING I LOVE, IT IS THE EMBODIMENT OF PET MODS AS A WHOLE DAMN IT! IF YOU FAIL TO SEE IT THEN PERHAPS YOU NEED TO PRY OUT YOUR EYEBALLS FROM THEIR SOCKETS AND GET NEW ONES INSTEAD! THEIR HORN IS THE ONE THAT SHALL STRIKE DOWN THE OPPOSITION, AND DEFEAT THE WRETCHED SCUMS OF VILLIANY! I MAY HAVE LOST MY MIND, BUT I HAVE NOT LOST MY LOVE FOR THIS MONSTER! THOSE WHO DARE CALL ME CRAZY ARE RIGHT TO DO SO, FOR ANY SHRED OF SANITY HAS LONG SINCED VANISHED FROM MY HUSK OF A MIND! YET IT WILL ALL BE WORTH IT FOR THE GLORY OF DINODILY! LONG LIVE DINODILY FOREVER MAY THEY REIGN!
I've never been much of a fan of Dinodily in context to Smash, and while the weather nullifying issue is pretty much moot at this point (despite all attempts, weather as it exists now sucks ass), I still don't like the effect Dinodily might have on the metagame.

Pokémon: Kratos
Mod of Origin: Fusion Evolution Alpha
Stats: 95 / 133 / 90 / 62 / 80 / 111 (571 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Intimidate
Moves: Staraptor's movepool, Krookodile's movepool

Reasoning: An unique typing in Ground/Flying alongside solid stats make Kratos an strong option in the meta, performing role compression as an offensive mon with defensive utility and hazard setting, or in other words it's Lando-T but with recovery and speed.
I think this Pokémon is way too good at everything for Smash meta. It's speed tier just hits above the coveted 110 tier, hits very hard, is an outstanding breaker and is a very solid defensive pivot / wall. It's just too much of a master of all trades.

Description: Moved points from Genesect's ATK to its HP, making it definitively a bulky Special attacker. More importantly, Techno Blast is now good. It also gets a different secondary effect based on the Drive used.
Ferros: Very solid bulky Pokemon, who trades passivity for utmost defensive prowess.

Grousle: Good Offensive Pokemon with great coverage in Electric / Ground / Fire coverage, while still having plenty of counterplay both defensively and offensively.

Resonate: Not sure exactly what it does, but I guess a bulky Normal type with an offensive presence of some sort is ok.

Genesect: Very powerful Wallbreaker. It's a great sub.

Z-Move: EXE Drive: Absolute Zero - Ice, Special, 210 BP | Upgraded from Ice Coffin with Minanium Z
Overview: Special tank with a wealth of coverage, reliable recovery, and a pivoting move in Teleport. Other Moves: Accelerock, Rock Blast, Rock Climb, Rock Polish, Rock Slide, Rock Smash, Rock Throw, Rock Tomb, Rock Wrecker, Stealth Rock, Metal Sound, Metal Burst, Iron Head, Overdrive, Boomburst, Hyper Voice, Uproar, Roar, Screech, Sacred Fire, Parting Shot, Extreme Speed, Magma Storm, Dragon Dance, Destiny Bond, Sand Tomb, Gunk Shot, Taunt, Toxic, Sticky Web, Judgment, Close Combat, Wild Charge, Perish Song
Z-Move: Scourge Dropkick - Rock, Physical, 185 BP | Super-effective against Steel-types | Upgraded from Rock Slide with Guitarium Z
Overview: Toxtricity meets Lycanroc, but with Mew's base stats and some interesting utility to match.

Pokémon: Shrek
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded
Stats: 108/125/105/45/90/67 ( BST)
Type:

Abilities: Thick Fat, Stench, Intimidate, (Event) Mold Breaker
Movepool: Muddy Water, Mud Bomb, Mud Shot, Mud Sport, Mud-Slap, Earthquake, Liquidation, Sludge Bomb, Gunk Shot, Belch, Superpower, Cross Chop, Heavy Slam, Body Slam, Hyper Voice, Crunch, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, First Impression, Rock Slide, Circle Throw, Brutal Swing, Revenge, Payback, Power Trip, Astonish, Seismic Toss, Infestation, Nature Power, Counter, Curse, Roar, Scary Face, Gastro Acid, Poison Gas, Venom Drench, Toxic, Taunt, Torment, Confide, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Toxic Spikes, Slack Off
Overview: Physically offensive tank with a decent variety of roles: hazard setting, Curse boosting, or all-out attacking.

Pokémon: Iris Freyja
Mod of Origin: Crossover Chaos Expanded
Stats: 90/80/90/100/125/70 (555 BST)
Type:

Abilities: Klutz, Competitive
Signature Move: Caduceus Blast - Dragon, Special, 100 BP, 95% Acc, 20 PP | Non-contact Jump Kick variant that affects Fairy-types.
Other Moves: Rest (that's it)
Z-Move: Basilisk's Catastrophe - Rock, Special, 200 BP | The use of this move clears all field effects. | Upgraded from Caduceus Blast with Basilium Z
Overview: Special tank with exactly two means of dealing damage: a one-time field-cleaning nuke, and one-move coverage reminiscent of Dragon Pulse in its generation of origin. However, because her only other move is Rest, she is reliant on clerical support.
Mina: Slow but bulky Wallbreaker with the lovely BoltBeam coverage as STAB. Nice sub.

Demigod: I think this thing is a bit too well rounded. It hits very hard, has good bulk and kinda ridiculous coverage like Judgement, Boomburst and Magma Storm.

Shrek: It is a good Pokemon but I am weary of yet other bulky Poison type.

Iris: Not a big fan of gimmicks.

Mod of Origin: Clean Slate 2

Ivy: Pretty Great Wallbreaker.

Kogasa: My only issue is that we already have a bulky Water type with Unaware. Otherwise it's cool.

Hazers: Already said my peace on gimmick Pokemon.

Orion: Pokemon seems really obnoxious to face. It gets Huge Power versus two random egg groups, and is already a top tier Pokemon as is.

Orbeetle: Solid Pokemon, with a unique typing and an interesting playstyle to offer. Fine example of a very high bst Pokemon that is still balanced.

What can I say, it's a potent tank with a very useful ability. Ofc it is not unbeatable, it can't touch esteemed wall Altaria-Unova.

Pokemon: Arctres-Galar
Mod of Origin: Fusion Evolution UU
Stats: 90 / 112 / 95 / 102 / 105 / 102 [BST: 606]
Typing:

Ability: Debilitate (Special Intimidate clone)

Viable Moves:
- Close Combat, Crunch, Extreme Speed, Flare Blitz, Play Rough, Sucker Punch, U-Turn, Wild Charge

Typing:

Abilities: Adaptability / Slush Rush / Technician

Viable Moves:
- Bonemerang, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Poltergeist, Rock Tomb, Shadow Bone, Shadow Sneak, Triple Axel
- nah

Arctres-Galar: Solid breaker, especially for flailing Sun teams and is another welcome Gengar and Beheeyem check.

Draugelid: I understand it works wonders in its home meta, but I am not really convinced it can replicate that success in Smash. Ice type switch ins are not exactly hard to come by here, and outside of that Tech Triple Axel is not much to right home about.

View attachment 340268

Gossephalon: A lot less competition and slightly less counterplay for it exists in Smash than than in FE UU, and it's surprisingly decent there, so if Gosse wins I expect some surprising things from it.

C A S T F O R M

Castform: Cool Pokémon, and I think a very important one if weather in Smash wants to be taken more seriously. If you are interested in fortifying that aspect of the metagame THIS is your mon.

What? Only one sub from Mega Revo got through? I gotta change that.

View attachment 345379

View attachment 345378

Veloshock: Very solid revenge killer and offensive pivot thanks to Intimidate. It's defensive prowess is kinda underrated. It does miss not having a mid ground between Overheat and Flamethrower but whatever.

Herascarab: A very slow but pretty powerful Wallbreaker with ton of bulk and defensive utility. I think it's a great addition.

Nug: I don't know if a Ground Ghost is exactly what the metagame wants right now, but I think it's ok.

Pokémon: Ledian
Mod of Origin: Hoenn Gaiden
Stats: 55/55/55/95/130/105
Type:

Abilities: Swarm / Magic Guard
Aditional moves: Tail Glow, Psychic, Fire Punch

If the lack of the PS split can be maintained, I see this being a pretty fun mon that doesn’t play by the usual rules. In its mod, it’s a Tail Glow sweeper.

Pokémon: Delibird
Mod of Origin: Hoenn Gaiden
Stats: 77/87/66/66/66/103
Type:

Abilities: Snow Warning, Magic Guard
Aditional moves: Moonlight, Spikes, Drill Peck, Surf

With Hail being infinite in this mod, Delibird offers so much role compression that it is able to compete with Tyranitar as the best mons in the format. It isn’t reliant on the PS split being included; it would just need perma-hail.
Personally I just think these Pokemon are too far off mechanics wise from the baseline of the metagame. Even if we could do the labour of custom coding stuff to reflect most of the meta, I don't think Perma Hail falls under that (just like custom field effects aren't allowed). Delibird is also just a pretty garbage Mon overall thanks to how it's mechanics work.

Welp that's my thoughts. Aquatic said he would REALLY appreciate it if he could get a few more submissions, and there are like 8 brand new Pet Mods without any representation yet, so get into it!

So this is something I'm not really sure of, but I hope its safe enough for this meta. If not, definitely veto it.

Pokémon: Crazefly
Mod of Origin: Roulettemons
Stats: 115 / 115 / 31 / 112 / 137 / 90
Type: Bug / Psychic
Abilities: Galvanize / --- / Gooey
Aditional moves: Acid Spray, Anchor Shot, Beak Blast, Bug Buzz, Destiny Bond, Fusion Flare, Ice Shard, Lunge, Moongeist Beam, Play Rough, Psychic, Psycho Boost, Quick Attack, Rapid Spin, Roost, Shadow Punch, Spacial Rend, Wish, X-Scissor, Zen Headbutt | Charm, Comet Punch, Cross Poison, Electric Terrain, Fairy Wind, Frost Breath, Helping Hand, High Horsepower, Jump Kick, Luster Purge, Magical Leaf, Meditate, Mimic, Misty Terrain, Skull Bash, Smelling Salts, Spotlight, Steamroller, Thunder Shock, Worry Seed
Description: Didn't want to resub Baloon or Komodith despite those two being my favorite Roulettemons that would fit here, so here's another one I really like. This one's kind of tame; it's a bulky offensive spinner with mediocre Speed and abysmal defense. I don't know the meta too well here but I just like this Pokemon, and take all of these subs with that in mind. I'd sub Flamepion or Blastora too but Flamepion might be a bit crazy and Blastora was subbed earlier.

Pokémon: Modolith
Mod of Origin: Restrictions
Stats: 57 / 102 / 152 / 61 / 91 / 87
Type: Steel / Normal
Abilities: Levitate / Light Metal / Full Metal Body
Aditional moves: Iron Head, Body Slam, Double-Edge, Dragon Claw, Close Combat, Dragon Dance, Autotomize, Bulk Up, Scale Shot, Zen Headbutt, Draco Meteor, Flash Cannon, Doom Desire, Dragon Pulse, Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Stealth Rock, Spikes, Gyro Ball, Brick Break, Jump Kick, Brutal Swing, Bulldoze, Dragon Tail, Roar, Toxic, Hone Claws, Poison Fang, Superpower, all universal TMs
Description: ...okay I know I said I wasn't gonna sub Komodith, but this is practically a completely different mon. Only similarities are with flavor stuff. This 'mon is a pretty fun hazard setter though, it's really not passive despite the looks of it. It's got a bunch of different options for scaring stuff out, with Close Combat, Toxic, and Roar/Dragon Tail being the most notable ones. Dragon Dance and Bulk Up sets are both options as well, with the former seeing use in Restrictions's meta back during the tournament.

Pokémon: Correept
Mod of Origin: Stereotypes
Stats: 74/93/129/75/107/32
Type:

Abilities: Dark Aura/Rattled/(Tangled Feet)
Relevant Moves: Body Press, Cotton Guard, Curse, Foul Play, Knock Off, Slack Off, Sucker Punch, Taunt, Toxic, All Universal TMs
Flavor Moves: Body Slam, Dark Pulse, Defense Curl, Double Kick, Double-Edge, Endeavor, Flail, Flatter, Fling, Giga Impact, Growl, Headbutt, Hyper Beam, Lash Out, Memento, Payback, Power Trip, Rain Dance, Snarl, Simple Beam, Strength, Sunny Day, Swagger, Switcheroo, Tackle, Take Down, Wild Charge, Work Up
Description: Looks are deceiving. While Correept may look like a mediocre defensive pokemon with mediocre bulk and a mediocre typing, it can be quite the opposite. While its bulk is solid enough to run a physically or specially bulky set to counter specific threats, it can also be a suprisingly dangerous offensive threat. Dark Aura makes its Knock Offs and Sucker Punches more powerful than the likes of Bisharp or Weavile. Its Foul Plays also get a power boost, not only from stab but also from Dark Aura, making them the strongest Foul Plays in the game, tied with Yveltal. Its setup potential is also great. Cotton Guard+Body Press off of its very high defensive can be very deadly to pokemon underestimating Correept's offensive capabilities. Curse is also viable, making Correept more and more dangerous. It can be paired with Sucker Punch to still outspeed fast opponents despite the curse speed drops and Power Trip for a nuclear offensive tool. Also, it's cute.

throwing my hat into the ring to try to get a second Z-Revival mon in.

Pokemon: Snorlax
Mod of Origin: Z-Revival
Movepool Addition: Pancake Press- Normal, Physical, - BP, 100% Acc, 16 Max PP, BP determined like Heavy Slam/Heat Crash, uses Special Defense instead of Attack. Contact
Description: Like most Z-Revival pokemon, Snorlax plays very similarly to its vanilla version. Snorlax generally is a Special Defense tank that sets up with Curse to do big damage. Z-Revival simplifies this playstile with Pancake Press, a move that uses Snorlax's already high Special Defense, and high weight, to crush the opponent. Snorlax even has access to Amnesia, which allows it to function similarly to most Iron Defense + Body Press pokemon, but with even more potential for damage. But, it is still Snorlax, so it must rely on the unreliable Rest for recovery. As for the best answer for Pancake Press, Ghost types, Snorlax can run Crunch for Gengar and Plubia, or Earthquake for Gengar + other poisons.
