Typing: Grass/Ghost
Abilities: Defiant / --- / Cursed Body
Movepool: Leaf Blade, Poltergeist, Knock Off, Shadow Bone, Earthquake, Teleport, Toxic, all universal TMs, more to be added
Description: kinda general physical breaker that beats thuco convincingly and checks teslaple. you have toxic and knock to help against a lot of the mons that would normally beat you but you still don't beat them outright and aromatherapy borassa exists so
Scuffalopod: I think Water isn’t a super excellent defensive type in this context, but being Fighting lets it easily switch on Dark types at least. It’s also similar to Kapagon by being a Water-type regen pivot but this one actually has a well-defined niche in switching in on and beating Sorrée. I think Octolock trapping isn’t excellent because a lot of things can pivot out. Definitely decent though
Radigator: Pretty amazing defensive type tbh. Plus it trolls Teslaple by being one point faster. By typing and ability it dominates most of the relevant special attackers. It can beat Scalaron but is not excellent against Faerenheit or Borassa as well as random defensive waters, so it’s fair. Think i like it
Pegarmor: It’s like Scalaron but it completely dominates Sorrée. It is worse as a check to Kelven but better against almost everything else. Body Press is generally pretty spammable and gets good coverage with a Flying move. It can’t pivot but I feel like the competition it would have Scalaron is maybe a little unfavourable so I’m not crazy about it.
Ferrost: Actually seems like a demon, it has great stats and movepool and its type to not be as exploitable as you’d think thanks to Thick Fat. Fighting coverage isn’t super common either. Kinda just seems strong and arguably outclasses Modolith but would be fine probably.
Ninjolo: I think I’d like how this one plays since it doesn’t have a good recovery move. It’s very anti-Knock Off which gives it a good use. More offensive optimized than Serpaint but not a Teslaple check so it’s a different role, think this one could be cool
Volvolpa: Pretty good offensive mon and you gotta love how it trolls teslaple. Balanced by being kinda weak and that most physical walls aren’t weak to its stabs. Basically would be a good and fair offensive mon
Gluctro: Actually dominates Teslaple and Kelven which I don’t hate. My one concern is that this one might be a bit too minmaxed, it’s really bulky and can CM very freely usually, plus it can punish Ground-types with coverage.
Grambastid: Feel like we already have a surplus of good Dark-types, including a very good Dark pivot.
Shinoburi: Godlike mon tbh. zxgzxg’s hatred for boar ass shines through with the inclusion of U-turn to punish it, basically letting it beat its best defensive check. It can be a setup sweeper, rain sweeper, or great Spikes setter that beats most hazard controllers + innate spinblocking. Probably not broken but this would be a top mon if allowed for sure
Cellsius: i feel like it should be Electric / Fairy rather than Fairy / Electric to fit the pattern but i might be wrong. Also this would be a good special pivot and wall, good typing to handle some common threats but not so bulky as to totally blank them, being a unique hazard controller is nice too
Agapest: Blanked by Scalaron but is great against everything else. Vacuum Wave lets it beat Sorrée too. Just a good mon even if it can’t touch Scalaron, but if they do have it it’s such a dead weight, I’m not sure if how nice it seems otherwise is a good enough tradeoff for this. Maybe some weak obscure technician move could help against it
Holloak: I mentioned before in discord how this gets stuffed by Modolith and boar ass, but I think it’s a fair tradeoff cause it has otherwise really excellent stats. Being able to Toxic borassa is a nice improvement I think so it seems fine
Abilities: Levitate / No Second Ability / No Third Ability

Physical Moves: Knock Off, Earthquake, Scale Shot Special Moves: Ice Beam, Sludge Bomb, Final Gambit, Flash Cannon, Hex, Stored Power, Weather Ball, Draining Kiss Status Moves: Quiver Dance, Defog, Synthesis, Thunder Wave, Rock Polish, Sunny Day, Rain Dance Universal moves: No
Description: Meets all the restrictions, by the way. With good special bulk, a recovery move, and an immunity to Toxic, this mon can set up Quiver Dances fairly easily, at which point it's an immediate threat due to its respectable power. Supportive sets are not out of the question too, with options like Defog and Knock Off being somewhat difficult to slot but potentially useful. Although it's not a great defensive mon due to a mediocre defensive type and not being too bulky it can still match up moderately well against Kelven and Teslaple. The main issues it faces as a sweeper are an inability to touch Steel-types, especially Modolith. It also has a mediocre Cinnastar matchup, although it can run tech like Earthquake or Flash Cannon to hit it. It can struggle sometimes to set up, but usually it can take a hit from a special attacker if needed. Lastly, it requires multiple boosts in order to outspeed Scarfers, only tying with Scarf Dragraceful at +2.

Status Moves: Bulk Up, Coaching, Defog, Iron Defense, Roost, Tailwind
All Universal TMs
Description: An armored Pegasus that is said to only descend to the ground when a war breaks out. Pegarmor acts as a great Sorrée counter as well as an alternative defogger to Scalaron and Teslaple. It can use all-out attacking sets thanks to its good coverage or could go for a bulky set-up sweeper set thanks to its access to Roost and Bulk Up. It can also easily fit defog on its moveset as its 2 stabs are good enough coverage on their own. With the format currently lacking basic fighting types and defoggers, I think Pegarmor could be a great addition.
Set 1 (Stats, Ability, Moves) Name: Ferrost Type: Steel / Ice Stats: 100 / 120 / 65 / 120 / 100 / 65 | BST: 570 (526 kg) Ability: Thick Fat Movepool: Special: Ice Beam, Clear Smog, Infestation, Mind Blown, Misty Explosion,
Physical: Iron Head, Dragon Tail, Explosion, Seismic Toss, Status: Defog, Shore Up, Thunder Wave, Aromatherapy, Trick Room, Rock Polish, Destiny Bond, Memento Description: A special wall with positive matchups vs. Teslapple, Kelven, Afloof, Torgeist, Cinnastar, and to some extent Tantrary and Thuco-Tuco. However, it opens the door for lesser-seen Special threats like Cindarner, Serpaint (who has Focus Blast now), and Kodokai. The high Atk and SpA help it deal with some tough setup sweepers, but its coverage leaves enough gaps (Fire/Water/Steel) that switch-ins are fairly common. Having good matchups against top pokemon, good support moves, and yet a lot of weaknesses, means this should be a useful, balanced addition to the tier.

Regenerator + Octolock just seems like a really fun combo, allowing Scuffalopod to play the long game and pick off walls one at a time for its team. It’s fairly frail though, and too slow to do much vs offense, so you need to build around it well to use it to its fullest potential.

Description: Roserade expy. This mon uses its decent neutral STAB coverage and movepool to pose as an offensive threat. Technician has uses like powering up moves like Charge Beam, Vacuum Wave, and Mud Shot, but it's not technically necessary as sets not using these moves are perfectly viable as well. Charge Beam + 3 attacks can be a semi-consistent setup sweeper, Choiced sets are usable of course, and a neat stallbreaker set using Taunt + Slack Off is viable as well. This mon's best checks would be Dragons that resist Fighting, a club that all of them except Kapagon. Donzyxote, Quadringo, and Serpaint are probably the choices you would want to go with due to their good bulk, and in the case of Quadringo and Donzyxote, recovery options. Arbrella is probably the best Ground-type in order to take it on. Cinnastar and Crypterid fare decently as well, but they don't really appreciate Mud Shot too much at all. Fairly long laundry list of checks, but it's worth noting that this mon's movepool is full of tech, including surprising physical options and obscure weak moves that appreciate the Technician boost, so it may be able to surprise some of its checks.

Description: Electric snake. It uses Technician-boosted utility moves, such as Poison Fang, Acid Spray, Clear Smog and Electroweb. Its typing and special bulk makes it a great blanket check to some of the common special attackers of the format, notably Kelven, Teslaple and Afloof. While its defense may be on the lower side, it can boost it with a Coil set which is made even better by its Toxic immunity, high special bulk and access to Recover. Overall, good special wall with an interesting blend of utility.

Full Movepool is a WIP
Radigator generally plays as a fast pivot that can come in on the likes of Kelven, Scalaron, and (if Volt Absorb) Teslaple and scare them out. It’s a bit of a chip magnet, but provides offense with a solid check to some top-tier threats, which is pretty welcome right now.

Description: Slow and powerful. Unlike Thuco or Arbrella, this mon is a pure tank that doesn't rely on recovery, instead using its raw bulk and power to stomach hits and hit back hard. Steam Engine serves an interesting role, potentially punishing foes that try to hit it with super effective Water and Fire moves. You can even run Weakness Policy on it to dissuade that even more. Even without investment, it's bulky enough to live a single hit generally, so bringing it in on a predicted move or using it under Screens is an option. In terms of coverage, generally you want Volt Tackle for Scalaron or Heat Crash for Modolith. Also, because of its good special bulk and neutrality to important types such as Ice, Fairy, and Grass, it can be a good special tank, either with AV or something like Rest. In fact, a RestTalk set can absorb sleep from Teslaple too if that's what you're into. Although it doesn't offer the utility that Crypterid has or the longevity of Cinnastar in general, it is notably bulkier and more powerful and is a reasonable alternative.

Description: A mermaid with a trident. Specially offensive Water types were listed as wanted, so here is one that also offers team support. Offensive sets are very straightforward, especially if it gets the Lightningrod boost. Calm Mind variants are also probably quite good, especially as it gets 101 subs. Defensive sets also seem quite good, as it gets Recover for a lot of longevity, and can spread so much status. Other options could include a screens suicide lead, or a stallbreaker with Whirlpool + Taunt
Set 2 (Jigglypuff):
Name: Jigglypunk
Type: Electric / Fire

Description: Jigglypuff went rogue and went kinda crazy. With a diverse movepool and a good statspread, it is a versatile mon that can accomplish multiple jobs. Bulky support sets are its specialty with WishPort, Knock, SR and status, and it gets two ability options here: Levitate removes its Ground weakness, and Sticky Hold to prevent it from losing its Leftovers/Boots. Offensive sets don't have a great boosting move, but it gets lots of coverage and Galvanize boosted Body Slam / Hyper Voice hit hard. Sticky Hold has some applications here too to prevent it from losing its boosting item. Other fringe options include a suicide lead set with Stealth Rock and Self Destruct.
Set 2 (Incineroar): Name: Wraithful Type: Dark/Ghost Stats:95/115/90/80/90/60 Abilities: Intimidate/Sand Force/Defiant Moves: Incineroar's entire movepool Description: Alright so this is just going to do what Incineroar does best and act as a defensive pivot of sorts. Its access to knock off and its three immunities allow it to come in and nerf a good amount of things, and thanks to parting shot it can nerf as it leaves. Overall this is probably going to be very interesting to use.

This acts as an offensive or defensive check to a lot of dangerous special attackers, and provides Defog support. Right now it's hard to get all the necessary support and defensive counters without stacking Water weaknesses, usually leading to very similar teams with pokemon like Modolith, Cinnastar, and Scalaron paired with Borassa. This should open up defensive options and hopefully boost the usage of pokemon like Faerenheit and Arbrella.

It could also run a Bulk Up wincon set, although it's very vulnerable to status and weak offensively. However, it's probably good at dealing with hazards, slow pivoting, removing items and spreading paralysis.
Set 3 (All 4) Name: Panzarma Type: Steel / Fighting Stats: 89 / 115 / 95 / 110 / 75 / 36 | BST: 520 (198 kg) Ability: Battle Armor / Heavy Metal | Mega Launcher (HA) Movepool: *learns universal TMs Physical: Superpower, Body Press, Heavy Slam, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Special: Aura Sphere, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, Flamethrower, Status: Stealth Rock, Bulk Up, Iron Defense, Parting Shot, Thunder Wave, Flavor: WIP Description: A wallbreaking tank. Hard to switch in to, and has a few opportunities to switch in itself, but it is not that hard to revenge kill or pressure. Can potentially run setup with Bulk Up or Iron Defense, but it might be better off just attacking. It has a good amount of unpredictability thanks to good attacking stats and high-powered moves on both ends.

Description: A downright evil bird. Although it comes on the heels of another special Steel-type in Agapest it plays very differently. The first, and I expect main set is a special attacker that uses Serene Grace to get Air Slash flinches. A Steel move lets it make progress against Cinnastar, and access to Volt Switch lets it make a difference as a scarfer, although it's not fast enough to revenge any boosted threats. The other set is a physical set with CB Pure Power, and while it's very powerful, a lack of any usable physical coverage makes it pretty one-dimensional. Both of these sets would be able to beat down defensive cores running on something like Borassa while also being able to pose a threat to offense using Scarf or Bullet Punch. These two sets hold a lot of potential, especially when the bulkiest Steel-types in the meta can be exploited or worn down. Because of that, the stats are pretty scaled back, with a Speed and Special Attack that leave a lot to be desired, especially when abusing a move that is a mere 75 base power. No setup options besides Berserk and no healing along with its average bulk make it easier to handle over time, and lack of really any good coverage besides a couple Electric moves means it can be checked by Modolith, Zoltanka, and Sharm especially well. Physical sets, while much more powerful, struggle more with Thuco which can easily suck up hits from it.

/
Abilities: Pressure / No Second Ability / Unnerve
Weight:
Moves: Same as Mewtwo
Description: With a potent typing and an extremely extensive movepool, this mon can be either an offensive or defensive threat. Psychic / Fighting is good cause it makes you not too weak to Dark or random U-turns. With decent physical bulk, recovery, and Will-o-Wisp, you can check Sorrée pretty well, although you'll crumble to stronger attackers like Scimicobra though. Teleport is another useful tool for this mon that lets it be a complete defensive pivot (or persistent TR setter), and Pressure is great for stalling moves like Gunk Shot and Stone Edge. While all this means it competes with Donzyxote a bit, the typings and difference in special bulk makes a world of difference between the two. This mon can also be a great offensive threat thanks to a good offensive typing. Defensive CM sets seem promising thanks to the bulk, Pressure, and recovery, but more offensive CM or NP sets or even Choiced sets (it gets Trick) are possible. It's not unstoppable though, since it's not really that bulky before it sets up and has some exploitable weaknesses, such as to Fairy, Flying, and Ghost. Also, if it gets Toxic'd, it's pretty much useless. If you play smart and scout or outplay Toxic with Substitute or Taunt it can be an excellent wincon though.
(Typing meets the restriction) Abilities: Inner Focus / Justified / Mega Launcher
Weight:
Physical Moves: Close Combat, Outrage, Dragon Claw, Smart Strike, Drill Run, Sacred Sword, Scale Shot, Counter, Brick Break, Dragon Tail, Night Slash, Stomping Tantrum, Psycho Cut, Dual Chop, X-Scissor, Aerial Ace, Solar Blade, Quick Attack, Brutal Swing, Breaking Swipe, Cut, Slash Special Moves: Aura Sphere, Dragon Pulse, Secret Sword, Draco Meteor, Focus Blast, Flash Cannon, Dark Pulse, Extrasensory, Air Slash, Dazzling Gleam, Dragon Breath, Hyper Beam, Terrain Pulse, Air Cutter Status Moves: Work Up, Agility, Swords Dance, King's Shield, Laser Focus, Screech, Iron Defense, Toxic, Sandstorm, Sunny Day, Skill Swap, Swagger, Focus Energy, Coaching, Guard Swap, Power Swap Universal moves: Yes
Description: A potent attacker with average stats that keeps it fresh with its various options. Mega Launcher is the big draw here, powering up Dragon Pulse, Dark Pulse, and Aura Sphere to very powerful levels. This coverage is obviously bad against Fairy-types, but the best defensive Fairy-type in Faerenheit generally isn't that specially bulky anyways, and also isn't weak to Flash Cannon. Because of that special sets will often want Dark Pulse for Zoltanka and maybe Toxic, but Flash Cannon is still usable to deal good damage to Quadringo. Secret Sword is also an option which probably does a bit more to lopsided walls like SpDef Sharm and Winterloper, or AV Cinnastar. Physical options and a usable Attack stat make this mon much less one-dimensional. SD + 3 attacks can be an unpleasant surprise for special walls and can even sweep offenses with Scale Shot boosts. More interesting to me is special lure sets with a physical Ground move to punish common switch-ins like the above-mentioned lopsided walls. It's more than capable of dunking on most walls it faces, but mediocre Speed and very poor Special Defense that prevents it from contributing to the team defensively will let it down sometimes.
Fakemon Name: Taikhan
Set Number: 3
Weight: whatever machoke weighs let's do that
Stats: 123/113/79/59/59/77 (510)
*Typing: Fighting
Abilities: Hyper Cutter / --- / Steadfast
*Movepool: Parting Shot, Bulk Up, Close Combat, Drain Punch, Earthquake, Gunk Shot, Mach Punch, Rapid Spin, all universal TMs, will include flavor stuff later
Description: Strong offensive check to Modolith, Borassa, and if you're really in a pinch, Afloof. You spin away Modolith's hazards and have bulk up as a setup option if needed. You tend to not do great against Scalaron, who can burn or Oblivion Wing you as well.
Set 1: Ema Skye's Mermaiden, Readytolose's Penduluum, Scoopapa's Platimagi
Set 2: Readytolose's Shamando, Revenge of Depressed Gay's Wrathful, Ema Skye's Jigglypunk
Set 3: Scoopapa's Panzarma, Readytolose's Naganata, Sereg's Armoredillo
Voting is done! Note that you aren't allowed to self-vote except as your third choice, although you get a bonus point if you do vote so you still have some say while getting votes out there. I had to shift around some votes to accomodate for this.
For Set 1, we have readytolose's Punduluum (was Platimagi before but I miscounted)...
Set 1 Fakemon Name: Punduluum (Based on the impundulu, with elements of a pendulum or hammer). Stats: 78 / 48 / 84 / 96 / 88 / 81 (475) Typing:
/
(Typing meets the restriction) Abilities: Berserk / Serene Grace / Pure Power
Weight:
Physical Moves: Iron Head, Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Bullet Punch, Sky Attack, Drill Peck, Wing Attack, Thief, Fly, Aerial Ace, Steel Wing, Payback, Fury Attack, Brutal Swing, Feint, Retaliate, Giga Impact Special Moves: Air Slash, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Hurricane, Volt Switch, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse, Air Cutter, Shock Wave, Gust, Hyper Beam Status Moves: Defog, Tailwind, Hone Claws, Taunt, Iron Defense, Screech, Whirlwind, Torment, Metal Sound, Swagger, Rain Dance, Sunny Day, Hail, Sandstorm Universal moves: Yes

That's it! To clarify for Set 1 - a Pokemon can learn Return, Protect, and Psystrike if the submitter so pleases, but they cannot add Psychic. Same goes for abilities, it can have Toxic Boost, and Guts, and Strong Jaw but you wouldn't be able to do something like Neuroforce if you wanted to replace Strong Jaw. Since this one is so lenient given how common some letters are, please try and make at least two of these abilities viable. I'll likely finish this slate in a few days though.
Set 1 Fakemon Name: Heepler Stats: 80/60/70/110/100/90 [BST: 510] Typing: Normal/Ground Abilities: Berserk / Soundproof / Sand Spit Weight: 150kg/330lbs Notable Moves: Boomburst, Slack Off, Earth Power, Scorching Sands, Extrasensory, Psyshock, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Focus Blast, Parting Shot, Shadow Ball, Power Gem, Sludge Bomb, Hydro Pump, Moonblast, Flavor Moves: Pound, Mud Shot, Protect, Toxic, Rock Polish, Mud Bomb, Aromatherapy, Metronome, Follow Me, Fake Out, Rock Tomb, Sandstorm, Odor Sleuth, Bulldoze, High Horsepower, Description: This is an interesting pokemon for sure. A decent specially oriented pokemon that has a wide special movepool. I didn't really base it on anything other than trying to use all the restrictions. That said it has a lot of fun sets like the beserk/slack off combo. That said having the powerful STAB Boomburst at its disposal will certainly make it quite powerful, so long as there aren't any ghosts around.
Set 2 (based on Bellossom) Fakemon Name: Blossomium Weight: 58kg/128lbs Stats: 80/50/75/110/75/105 [BST: 495] Typing:Grass Abilities: Water Absorb/Dazzling Movepool: The same as Bellossom's Description: Dance flower dance (dance flower dance)
Set 1
Fakemon Name: Cortisand
Weight: 31kg Stats: 90/120/70/60/50/110 (500) Type: Ground/Fairy Notable Move: Close Combat, Play Rough, Earthquake, Iron Head, Head Smash, Mach Punch, Drain Punch, Zen Headbutt, Swords Dance, Dragon Dance, Triple Axel, Rapid Spin Abilities: Dancer/Sap Sipper (Pastel Veil) Description: With Sap Sipper, you come in and Slapple teh Teslaple. Making Tes rely on Surf or Flash Cannon coverage to get around the dancing sand lady isn't fun. Without those moves, it can't do much in return as Corti uses it as a free turn to set up Dragon or Sword Dance. It also makes Centhorn and Borassa sad, and those are tiered decently high. Granted, this thing's coverage is... not great. Triple Axel's coverage is a bit excessive with Fairy and Fight's is excessive with Ground. That leaves Iron Head, Zen Head or Head Smash, and Iron Head is a bit redundant with Ground and Head Smash puts your life on a timer.
Set 2
Fakemon Name: Shruboory (Trevenant)
Weight: 23kg Stats: 110/115/96/60/94/45 (520) Type: Grass/Ghost Abilities: Magic Guard/Defiant (Poison Heal) Movepool: Same as Trevenant Description: In of itself, Trevenant's biggest hurdle is lackluster abilities. So mostly I gave it great ones and a few stat tweaks. Shrub here preys on the prevelence of Thuco's intimidate or has Magic Guard to not get worn down by Sand Spit. Or it can go Poison Heal and use Toxic or Curse (which Poison Heal can let it possibly use multiple times) to be a nuisance. It sadly is slow and can't really set up, but it's good at being more of a defensive stump than Trevenant ever could. Its coverage also leaves more to be desired.
Set 3
Fakemon Name: Pillchill
Weight: 80kg Stats: 133/88/131/35/80/35 (502) Type: Ice/Bug Abilities: Snow Warning Movepool: Spikes, Sticky Web, U-Turn, Slack Off, Ice Shard, Triple Axel, Icicle Crash, Thunder Wave, Yawn, Leech Life, Heal Bell, Wish, Aromatherapy, Aurora Veil, Toxic Description: Being a mon with 133/131 physical defenses sounds busted... on any other type except MAYBE Grass/Bug. This compounded rock weakness means you don't get to masquerade as physical Blissey that and one roast bug is not too far away. You do however get the stats to set Snow, Webs and/or Veil. But you're not going to do much else. You can give your team pills/clerical duties but other mons who don't hard require boots can do this way better. You pretty much want to make Draudalig and Volvopa amazing sweepers.
