Kartana @ Fightinium Z
Jolly Nature
Ability: Beast Boost
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Leaf Blade
- Sacred Sword
- Knock Off

Fight Z Kart sets up with Swords Dance as MSciz switches in to try to chip it with U-turn and proceeds to almost always OHKO it with +2 AOP. This set also has the benefit of luring Corviknight who otherwise just walls and pivots on you endlessly.

Bluk Berry turns natural gift into a physical fire type move which nails Scizor who loves to swap into Weavile with its useful ice resistance, knock absorbing, and priority to force it out.

(thx Chief Z for the set)

When your team already have grassy terrain user such as rillaboom and tapu bulu , you could consider this set because lando can be volt blocker, scarfer while also luring scizor mega and kartana.

Clefable @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Calm Mind
- Moonblast
- Fire Blast
- Soft-Boiled

Mega Scizor typically feels comfortable switching into Clefable, taking little to no damage from Moonblast and remaining unphased by Knock Off. However, with an avant-garde Life Orb Calm Mind set, Clefable can successfully lure in Scizor and dish out an OHKO with Fire Blast. Flamethrower is more reliable than Fire Blast, but the damage output is considerably weaker and cannot OHKO Scizor on the switch. Additionally, if Fire Blast misses, the max Defense build on this set allows Clefable to likely be 3HKOed by Bullet Punch. Clefable will always live at least one Bullet Punch, but it cannot stay in on Scizor and set up Calm Mind; it must knock out Scizor immediately in a 1v1 matchup otherwise it will be dented by 2-3 Bullet Punches.

0 SpA Life Orb Clefable Fire Blast vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Scizor-Mega: 312-369 (90.6 - 107.2%) -- 37.5% chance to OHKO (Max SpDef Scizor)
0 SpA Life Orb Clefable Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 252 SpD Scizor-Mega: 260-307 (75.5 - 89.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
0 Atk Technician Scizor-Mega Bullet Punch vs. 252 HP / 252 Def Clefable: 180-212 (45.6 - 53.8%) -- 2.3% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Psyshock/Focus Blast

As a result of its decent bulk, psychic and fairy resistance, and recovery, mega scizor feels comfortable switching into lele and roosting off the damage. while lele gets worn down by hazards. A stray hp fire, however, will deal huge damage on a switch, koing after rocks.

252 SpA Choice Specs Tapu Lele Hidden Power Fire vs. 248 HP / 244 SpD Scizor-Mega: 316-372 (92.1 - 108.4%) -- 50% chance to OHKO

Mawile-Mega @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 52 HP / 252 Atk / 204 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Thunder Punch
- Focus Punch/Ice Punch/Sucker Punch
- Fire Fang

4 attacks Mega Mawile is a luring extraordinaire, with an incredibly colorful movepool this mon is able to hit pretty much any switchin for super effective damage if its carrying the right moves, which usually results in a OHKO thanks to its massive attack stat.
Usually Scizor can relatively safely switch into a regular Swords Dance Maw set, as it resists Play Rough, and gets hit by an unboosted Knock Off.
However, since our Mawile is carrying Fire Fang, the interaction goes a bit differently:

252+ Atk Huge Power Mawile-Mega Fire Fang vs. 248 HP / 16+ Def Scizor-Mega: 360-428 (104.9 - 124.7%) -- guaranteed OHKO

And even if for some reason the opposing Scizor is running max physical bulk, things are not much better for the poor bug:

252+ Atk Huge Power Mawile-Mega Fire Fang vs. 248 HP / 252+ Def Scizor-Mega: 304-360 (88.6 - 104.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock

The best thing about this set is the 204 speed investment, as it allows Maw to naturally outspeed an uninvested Scizor (as they usually are), and as such it does not rely on prediction at all, since the best Scizor can do to Maw is hitting it with an unboosted Bullet Punch:

0 Atk Technician Scizor-Mega Bullet Punch vs. 52 HP / 0 Def Mawile-Mega: 76-91 (29.9 - 35.8%) -- 37.2% chance to 3HKO
252+ Atk Technician Scizor-Mega Bullet Punch vs. 52 HP / 0 Def Mawile-Mega: 100-118 (39.3 - 46.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

And most Scizors won't even go for Bullet Punch right away, since they would not be expecting Fire Fang.

Azumarill @ Bluk Berry
Ability: Huge Power
EVs: 252 Atk / 52 Def / 204 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Natural Gift
- Aqua Jet
- Play Rough
- Knock Off/Belly Drum

M-Scizor can usually live any hit from even +6 Azumarill, and can kill it easily after Belly Drum reduces Azu's HP. However with the Fire type Natural Gift Azumarill can do a lot of damage to M-Scizor without needing any boosts. Not cutting your own HP in half also means you can easily live M-Scizors moves.

252+ Atk Bluk Berry Huge Power Azumarill Natural Gift (Fire) vs. 248 HP / 8 Def Scizor-Mega: 356-420 (103.7 - 122.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
252+ Atk Bluk Berry Huge Power Azumarill Natural Gift (Fire) vs. 248 HP / 16+ Def Scizor-Mega: 320-380 (93.2 - 110.7%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO

As you can see, more physically defensive variants of Scizor can survive this attack, however they are still put into Aqua Jet range, which will move before Bullet Punch because of the speed EVs making Azu faster than uninvested M-Scizor.

Lati doesn't run Mystical Fire much to my knowledge so Sciz is usually a reliable check to it (psy sphere/bolt beam weirdness), until Lati decides to actually be a real dragon and scorch the bug when it comes in on it.

4 SpA Blissey Flamethrower vs. 248 HP / 252+ SpD Scizor-Mega: 152-180 (44.3 - 52.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Furthermore, Blissey outspeeds Scizor-Mega, so even if it switches in on a Toxic, it would only have time to pull off a +2 Bullet Punch.
