14D. Mikon

HSOWA, Maya Chansey, lotiasite and Mikon are tied in points for the last three spots so a tiebreaker is necessary. HSOWA, Maya Chansey, and lotiasite were randomly assigned 14A, 14B, and 14C since they all earned 2000 points in one Type A Tournament and entered nothing else, while Mikon will be 14D as they had worse winrate than the other three.

The winners of part one of Tiebreaker will advance to the Circuit Championship and then play each other in part two with winner deciding between Seed 14 and 15. The losers of part one of Tiebreaker will then play each other in part two with the winner being Seed 16 and loser being eliminated.

"Smogtours is Mandatory", What will we do?
I didn't edit in Smogtours being mandatory until the middle of the round and didn't notify Maya Chansey or lotiasite so the set will count. From now on, sets not played on Smogtours will not count.

[1] chuva de perereca vs. HSOWA [16] - HSOWA is having his best year in RBY in some time but chuva is still miles clear I'm afraid
[2] Serpi vs. Maya Chansey [15] - extremely fire match up, i think Serpi might be the best active player right now though
[3] Gefährlicher Random vs. Mikon [14] - rooting for him
[4] Ctown6 vs. Gastlies [13] - no disrespect to either player this has to be the weakest round 1 match up. ctown has shown higher peaks but far from consistent
[5] Genesis7 vs. LNumbers [12] - gut feeling about gen7 being the kind of traditional player that LNumbers will somehow find a way to bs through
[6] SaDiSTiCNarwhal vs. Pohjis [11] - i like narwhal but Pohjis with a ribbon on the line is unbelievable
[7] Green on fire vs. Justamente [10] - i rate both roughly the same, green more consistent justamente has highs and lows
[8] shiloh vs. kjdaas [9] - shiloh is i think in possibly his best rby period ever from what i've seen recently, remains to be seen if he's focused here too but could easily win it all; kj is just good
