Yeah, right now i'm working on the anxiety causing the grinding and nail biting, nail biting is also bad for your teeth :\
I got lucky, I was born with my mom's teeth. Never had a cavity in my life, although I do grind because of anxiety.
My brother though, he got the burden of being born with my dad's teeth. He's had well over 7 teeth pulled, oral surgeries, braces, and cavities galore.
