What do you mean by that? It doesn't need any specific IVs or Egg Moves at all, just needs to be level 1 and preferably male.

I meant like are you looking for one so you can breed certain moves onto things. Example: Gastly can get Disable by being bred with Duskull. Just asking out of curiosity, but yeah I do have a male duskull somewhere in my pc. Trade it to you in a bit.
