Evs: 4 HP/ 252 SpA/ 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Surf
- Dragon Pulse
- Psyshock
- Defog

Ofc, you can always run whatever that bulky latios set was last generation or just use bulky latias. Your call, but i prefer latios
