    I was just wondering. Generally there are a few key personality characteristics that people like to see in characters that either makes them more realistic/silly/appealing/whatnot.

    Hmm...I guess, then, I'm kinda fond of silly characters, because light-hearted fun is always fun. Also, serious characters in comedies, because the comically serious are always hilarious. XD
    There's also the typical "Straight man and fool" dynamic I see in some shows, like Joshiraku. It's simple, but can be hilarious, specially when mixed with slapstick.
