That was a typo. That was one of my failed RNGs, so I just checked the IVs, saw how badly they sucked, and just left it that way. I wrong Keen Eye by mistake, since I remembered that metagross's stats couldn't be lowered. I can give you a copy of it and you can check it for yourself if you'd like. :P
