Could you let me know what your timezone is please, and what kind of time would work best for you?

i am in germany, GMT +1. In my Time, 11 AM to 2 PM and 5 PM to 6PM and from 8 PM to 11 PM would work for me, let me now

Googled to double-check: I think Germany's GMT+2 currently?
In any case, you're one hour ahead of me. If you're down for 5pm today (your time), I'll be around.
If you don't see this until tomorrow, then let's go with 8pm( your time) Thursday evening.

If it was nearly 8pm for you when you said, we'd be 5 hours apart, not 1 hour.

When i wrote IT was 7:39 PM. So in this timezone, WE can Play today/friday on my time at 11 AM or 3PM or Later at 8PM again
