    The reason people shoot you down when you suggest buffs is because Smogon isn't Game Freak. Any buff proposals you can make will accomplish literally nothing because Game Freak almost certainly doesn't browse these forums for ideas, and even if they did they wouldn't implement these buffs until Crown Tundra at the earliest for smaller stuff and the next game entirely for larger stuff.

    Competitive Pokemon players aren't concerned with figuring out what Game Freak can do a year down the line. They're concerned with what they themselves can do right now with the tools Game Freak has already provided.

    We can agree to disagree but god man, I remember going to different communities and people would always debate with me but then they'd try to force their opinion on me and its just became this toxic mentality with the community when im like "X pokemon needs X move" and their trying to argue why they don't need the move despite the fact it'd benefit said mon.
