Also Thundurus has a crippling Stealth Rock weakness which makes him worse than Heliolisk as a specs attacker. Manectric takes up a mega slot and doesnt hit as hard as a specs Heliolisk would.

He .also has a better ovepool than Raikou as he can run Grass Knot and Hp ice at the same time while Raikou has to choose Hp ice or grass which means he can't kill gliscor and quagsire at the same time, 2 pokes which otherwise wall Raikou.

True, but Darmanitan makes up in that through his raw power and just overall higher base attack stat which means his U-turns hit harder than Victini's. He also has EQ to OHKO Heatran which neither of them do, while also having rock slide to form the SlideQuake Coverage combo.

The difference between Sylveon an Florges and Heliolisk and the other electrics (Raikou/thundurus/Mane) is that they don't 100% completele outclass Heliolisk. None of these other electrics has a water immunity. Using each of them has their own advantages and drawbacks.
