Porygon2 with sub, recover, charge beam, and ice beam works well for me. The substitute immunity from status then charge beam away to become a sweeper.

Replace protect with Aqua Jet, as Sharpedo can revenge kill and get the +1.

Air Slash should be considered since its has quite decent speed and sp atk.

The Sand Force set is actually pretty good considering Trick Room is out and Excadrill's high Hit Points.
