nami is unbelievably fun to play in URF. throwing bubbles every 2.5 seconds is so much fun. perma slow on autos is pretty sweet too. ive managed to win almost every 1v1 lane with her so far. (with an exception of hecarim but fuck him)

well its based on usage to thats why they are down here. Many people have used lower tier pokemon in OU sucessfully, if you removed every one of them there would be practically nothing.

well after giving this a go earlier and having a few battles, i think that this is a pretty fun tier, and being able to use cool stuff that is outclassed/just isn't good in some of the higher tiers is fun. though with some pretty high powered stuff there see dodrio, gigalith, relicanth etc...

you should not just list fully evolved mons for hazards/spinning. As there are very many NFE's that are as viable or even more viable this low down. See Pineco, Tentacool, shelmet, dwebble, etc etc. well im not even sure if pineco and tentacool are in it, im assuming the come under "various...
