Another thing to consider with Silvally is Multi-Attack. When Dynamaxed, the move seems to just change into Max Strike, but it'll always be used as the Max Move that corresponds to Silvally's current type. (Max Flare for Fire, Max Geyser for Water, etc.)

They've been trying to anthropomorphize Pikachu more. (i.e. a more distinct separation between its head and body, slightly longer limbs) It being the franchise's mascot, it helps for merchandise if Pikachu's body is designed to be more expressive, not unlike the final evolution of the starters...

Last I listened, Cyrus' theme was one of my favorites among the returning evil team leaders that aren't Giovanni. (which isn't saying a whole lot) Maxie/Archie I much prefer the OR/AS version of their theme, and Lysandre and Ghetsis I prefer their original themes.

It may not be as fast as Rapidash, but I figure Mudsdale can still move quick enough to engage in Close Combat when it wants. And those mud-caked hooves will be leaving a dent in something when it does.

There are a great many ways that a hard mode could be achieved, but it's incredibly unlikely Game Freak will ever implement such a thing after BW2. As it is they think players are so incompetent that they must constantly hold their hands or risk them getting confused and leaving.

Or just having it set to SET by default.
