I cannot speak for smogon's rules for trading/battling as it's been a hot minute since I looked at them, but if you're talking about in the eyes of Pokemon/Play Pokemon! when using them at VGC events or for putting into Bank/Home, no they're not legal. -

Feel like Incineroar being in A tier after being on only 1 team in top 8 at Worlds for masters division, and quite a few mons that just straight up threaten/ignore it in reg h is a pretty generous ranking.- nightwolf

Outside of having wide guard and quick guard, there isn't any supporting move it has that you can't find a better user of. Taunt/trick+screens? Grimmsnarl. Encore+Helping hand? Whimsicott. Twave/icy wind? lol there's at least 20 better users. False Swipe Gaming can go into better depth as to why...- nightwolf

I wouldn't say its unviable but it's also not amazing either. Kinda mid-ish? Your miles may vary on how you do, newbies and scrubs will get caught off guard by it but top players will have answers for it.- nightwolf

Why is CTS even a thing in the first place? If the ladder is using the VGC ruleset then OTS should be used by default.- nightwolf

So, am I wrong in assuming that the new mirror herb is meant to expedite egg moves now? IE: Getting Azumarill belly drum through a picnic with a Hariyama that has the move instead of breeding it with a mon from the poliwag line? -

Looking for a few things; g-ponyta(preferrably in a moon ball), stonjourner, goomy. Egg moves aren't necessary but won't turn them down either. FT; 4IV Eiscue in a love ball with Icicle Crash and Belly Drum as egg moves.
