Collecting TCG Pokemon cards is heavily underrated.

Is there any likelihood they reincorporate backwards gen capability with the next Gen 8 games? If the argument is they didn't have enough time, they could polish things up and let us transfer from Gen 7 by then surely?

I don't like gen 1 for a reason as trivial as that, I like the generation for what those pokemon represented , not only to me but in general, during the time they were introduced. They were what started the pokemon saga, and I perhaps I may view this with a 'rose-tinted glass' but those pokemon...
