Yeah Citra is a 3DS emulator, for Egg RNG you're good to go without CFW, anything other than egg RNG is quite annoying to do without it tho (it's still doable don't get me wrong but CFW makes one's life much easier). Good luck with your endeavor :blobwizard:

Yeah VC Celebi has 5 guaranteed IVs, the Celebi spread is 31/30/31/31/31/31. VC Celebi has 5 IVs guaranteed, but i don't see why one would be sending them through wonder trade (assuming that's where you got it from) as for Solgaleo the spread is random and nature is bad and I don't see anything...
