  1. SS Ubers The Forgotten Hero of Many Battles (Peaked #1 on Ladder)

Bump, would like some other suggestions on the team from other members as well. The team recently hit and peaked at #1 on ladder and I would love to find out ways to improve it even further.
  2. Tournament The Kickoff - Won by Terracotta (stats on page 6)

Congrats bro! Any particular builds you think are extremely strong at the moment?
  3. SS Ubers The Forgotten Hero of Many Battles (Peaked #1 on Ladder)

Thanks for the great suggestion and kind words. I tried Scarf Rotom-H out and in general, it works well against certain matchups but cannot pivot as much as I would like due to the requirement of removing Stealth Rock every time in comes in. Since the main goal of the team is to hazard stack and...
  4. Ubers Tyranitar

I think Flamethrower doesn't get enough damage off on opposing Corviknight (252 HP/4 SpD). Fire Blast is probably a better option, as with just 12 SpA EVs, you are guaranteed to 2HKO it after it switches into SR. In that case, running enough Speed EVs to outspeed Corviknight is advisable, and...
  5. SS Ubers The Forgotten Hero of Many Battles (Peaked #1 on Ladder)

The Forgotten Hero of Many Battles Legend says that a long time ago, there lived two mighty warriors - Zacian and Zamazenta - famous for their fighting prowess. In times of desperation, they would unite together and relinquish any opponent who dared oppose them. Throughout the lands of Galar...
  6. Bug Reports v3 [READ ORIGINAL POST before posting]

https://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen8ubers-1018934501-op6tve9d73iuel5kxyw1c4frj8ont6tpw In this game, after Galarian Weezing was knocked out, Zacian got its attack boost twice from its ability which we both think is a bug. Ditto then got the boost twice, but this makes sense by virtue of its...
  7. AG Anything Goes Fall Seasonal Round 10 (Winner's Finals)

Go Skarph and Zeni. Let's end this SSNL with yet another rematch between the two goats of this gen.
  8. Metagame Ubers Metagame and Set Discussion

After experimenting with a few more offensive threats, I've realized that bar Eternatus and a few other frail set up sweepers, the majority of this meta is Physical. To exploit the lack of specially defensive threats, I've been using the following two threats: Eternatus @ Choice Specs...
  9. Tournament The Kickoff - Won by Terracotta (stats on page 6)

In as sub if any positions are available.
  10. Metagame Ubers Metagame and Set Discussion

Haven't tried it personally yet, but Light Screen is extrmeely useful for opposing Polteageist trying to sweep and Eternatus, which is quite threatening to this team as well. Grimmsnarl is an excellent support mon though, looking forward to test out other variants of it as well!
  11. Metagame Ubers Metagame and Set Discussion

Grimmsnarl (M) @ Light Clay Ability: Prankster EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD Impish Nature - Reflect - Light Screen - Taunt - Power Whip This thing has got to be one of the bulkiest Dual Screens setters in the entier tier. Grimmsnarl has Prankster as an ability, which lets it usually get at...
  12. Metagame Sword and Shield Data and Speculation

Some current thoughts on the meta: I think it's safe to say that Zacian-C is the single most over centralizing threat in the tier. Every successful team needs to carry at least two dedicated methods of dealing with it. Before I began experimenting with certain builds, I immediately went with the...
  13. Project The Top 10 Titans of the Gen 7 Ubers Metagame

Really clean list so to speak, I find it really interesting how the Top 4 Titans of Gen 7 Ubers perfectly matched the exact positions of their USM Ubers Viability Rankings. It just goes to show how dominant Primal Groudon, Dusk Mane Necrozma, Yveltal, and Mega Gengar have been.
  14. Project The Top 10 Titans of the Gen 7 Ubers Metagame

Primal Kyogre for #9 and Lunala for #10. While Zygarde is objetively better than the aforementioned threats, Ogre and Luna warped team structures so that all successful Balance teams have to have some method of dealing with them. Zygarde didn't necessarily warp team structure so much, it just...
  15. Project The Top 10 Titans of the Gen 7 Ubers Metagame

Groundceus without a doubt. CM is terrifying, Support is brilliant, and SD catches peeps by surprise.
  16. Project Ubers Teambuilding Workshop

Any updates on my team? :)
  17. SM Ubers The End of an Era (Peaked #1 | 2100+ ELO, 96.2% GXE)

And so the end of another generation has arrived. With the release of Pokemon SWSH, USM is days away from being replaced as the official generation on Pokemon Showdown. Ubers took a massive hit, for better or worse, as many of the beloved Pokemon we've come to know and love have been axed. Alas...
  18. Resource USM Ubers Viability Ranking Thread

Yes but I would like to think that Ultra Necrozma is more ubiquitous and a bigger threat than any of the mons currently in A+. We never did get to see a spreadsheet last VR regarding the opinions of each of the Council Members. But Ultra Necrozma is a mon that does not warp its team structure...
  19. Resource USM Ubers Viability Ranking Thread

Probably one of the final posts for this gen, here are a few rises that I think should occur: Yvetal above Mega Gengar in S. I think it is safe to say that Yveltal's prominence and usage have peaked towards late USM Ubers. Between its almost unmatched versatility, capable of running several...
  20. Project Ubers Teambuilding Workshop

Ye I'm really not a huge fan of this build. Can I get a designated teambuilder on this thread to build me some heat around Timid Specs Yveltal and Four Attacks MGar?
