Über building skills

Ive been wanting to improve my uber building skills. I've had some success in the format but not really the success I want. I noticed at the higher ratings there's more well build teams that can syngerize with each other. I'm looking to improve these skills. So with that said what's it take to be a successful uber player

Hey dude, Round 98 of Battling 101, Smogon's tutoring system, opens sign-ups on July 13th. Until then, lurk - watching replays, talking with good players and decomposing teams can only make you better. In the future though, a question like this is better suited for the SynIrc/PS! Ubers chat, or the SQSA thread.
