(Checking out your thread)

Hmmm....... (Thinking)......

(Reading your rules first)

Hey Christian, Good to see you again! Your thread looks nice. :)

May I ask if you could cmt for that Jolly Zarude, please?

I haven't been active for a long time and I have been occupied with my job so I probably might not have anything to trade for something like that pokemon (Because it looks to me that you might have every pokemon that I have to offer on my thread)

If you don't see anything on my thread that you want in return and if you choose to decline my request, that's fine. I'll respect your decision. ;)
Greetings! I had to update the CFW on the Switch but now I'm able to clone again and I just cloned the Zarude for you. You can have it for free. Either message me here, via PM, Discord or Facebook when you'd like to pick him up. :)

04/03/2022 UPDATE (Small changes + 6 new Pokémon)
Greetings to all. The following changes have recently been applied to the thread :quagchamppogsire::

  • Updated general Introduction and added trade thread Index (Post 1).
  • Merged the Pokémon from the "Legendary Pokémon" sections to their respective generations.
  • Updated star shiny icon: Since this thread is meant to list my Pokémon collection as it’s listed on my Pokémon HOME, I’ve decided to use Pokémon HOME’s shiny icon
next to each Pokémon, due to the fact that Pokémon HOME doesn’t recognise star and square shininess and shows this icon under every Pokémon. This also doesn’t create confusion since square shininess doesn’t exist in games like BDSP or PLA, and helps me keep things organised as I only keep my Pokémon on HOME nowadays.
  • General nickname revamps and fixes (more to do).
  • Some Wormhole Pokémon got recaptured with better spreads via CitraRNG (0 Atk ones).
  • Added thread banners. Courtesy of the Pokémon Center website!
New Pokémon:

#212. “Mifune”
♂
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Impish - Technician
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 HP / 16 Def / 240 SpD
Swords Dance | Bullet Punch | Knock Off | Roost

The nickname is a reference to Mifune (ミフネ), a master swordsman and samurai warrior in Naruto. He wields the katana "Kurosawa" (黒澤, "black swamp") and is widely renowned as a master of Iai — a style of swordsmanship which involves the user rapidly unsheathing his blade to slash the enemies, and then re-sheathing it after completing the attack. Mifune's mastery of Iai is such that Hanzō and others have stated how it was useless to try and perform hand seal-induced techniques against him. The speed and precision of his strikes are able to inflict a lethal blow on his opponent without staining the blade with blood, and even slice open the head of a large summon creature such as Ibuse. "A blade that is kept keen becomes a legend to be inherited by future generations and endures!".

#324. “Terrorpene”
♂
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Quiet - Drought
31 | 0 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 0
252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Eruption | Heat Wave | Solar Beam | Protect

The nickname is a reference to Terrorpene, an enormous fire turtle featured in the World of Warcraft MMORPG developed by Blizzard Entertainment in 2004. Terrorpene lives in the fire near Sulfuron Spire and is known for being the only lavatortoise to be tamed by hunters. The gray smoke that spouts from volcano on his nose is quite an attraction for those who wish to catch him.

#773. “Sirrush”
Ø
OT: Christian | ID: 122080 | Alola (Ultra Sun)
Naive - RKS System
31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 SpA
Swords Dance | Multi-Attack | Crunch | Flamethrower

The nickname is a reference to the Sirrush, a creature from ancient Mesopotamian mythology. It is a mythological hybrid, a scaly animal with hind legs resembling the talons of an eagle, lion-like forelimbs, a long neck and tail, a horned head, a snake-like tongue, and a crest. The Sirrush most famously appears on the reconstructed Ishtar Gate of the city of Babylon, dating to the sixth century BCE. In fact, in 1902 the German archaeologist Robert Koldewey brought the Ishtar Gate to light: a semicircular arch covered with glazed bricks of different colors, built under the reign of King Nebuchadnezzar (605-562 BC), that marked the point from which a very wide road branched off, protected by mighty walls. On the door there were three animals depicted: the lion, the rimi (aurochs) and the Sirrush.

#793. “Jung”
Ø
OT: Chris | ID: 828229 | Alola (Ultra Moon)
Timid - Beast Boost
31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 6 SpD
Stealth Rock | Power Gem | Sludge Wave | Knock Off

The nickname is a reference to Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961), a Swiss psychiatrist and psychoanalyst. His theory, known in Jungian psychology as either death of the ego or psychic death, can fittingly relate to Nihilego as a creature with no ego, only having the Id, the portion of the human psyche governed by impulses and pure instincts. The death of the ego is an absolute dissolution of the ego into the unconscious, a complete loss of subjective self-identity: consciousness is emptied and the ego is swallowed, because "its contents are attracted by the unconscious as by a magnet". Jung goes on to explain it as a “shift back to the existential position of the natural self”. Ego death is an extremely powerful experience which can be incredibly rewarding: "By sacrificing the self and the separation that is inherent to selfdom, you are gifted the keys to the kingdom of unity and selflessness. You destroy yourself and gain the world".

#812. “Maryām”
♀
OT: Chris | ID: 058531 | Galar (Shield)
Timid - Torrent
31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 6 SpD
Hydro Pump | Ice Beam | Dark Pulse | U-turn

Maryām (מרים) is the Judeo-Amaraic variant of the biblical name Miriam (Prophetess Miriam, the sister of Moses). The name may have orginated from the Egyptian language and has a long tradition of scholarly etymologisation: Eusebius of Caesarea, translates the name as "drop of the sea" (stilla maris in Latin), from Hebrew מר mar "drop" (cf. Isaiah 40:15) and ים yam "sea".

────── {⋆❉⋆} ──────

#862. “Ziggy”
♂
OT: Chris | ID: 236669 | Galar (Sword)
Jolly - Guts
31 | 31 | 31 | 2 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Obstruct | Knock Off | Facade | Close Combat

The nickname is a reference to Ziggy Stardust, the fictional character created by English musician David Bowie, which was Bowie's stage persona and alter ego during 1972 and 1973. In various interviews, Bowie confirmed that the '50s rocker Vince Taylor was the main inspiration for his character. Ziggy Stardust is an androgynous, alien rock star who came to Earth before an impending apocalyptic disaster to deliver a message of hope. His exuberant fashion made the character and Bowie himself staples in the glam rock repertoire well into the 1970s, defining what the genre would become.
"Ziggy really sang
Screwed-up eyes and screwed-down hairdo
Like some cat from Japan..."
"Ziggy played guitaaaar"

Hyia Christian, this is a voluntary stick-up. I've spotted some of your mons that I'm interested in, and will now commence the robbery - if you agree!

I'm interested in your Typlosion “Adranos”, Furret “Diana”, and your Qwillfish “Harisenbon”. Could you please CMT for them, and let me know if anything catches your eye?

Additionally, if you still have them in Gen 7, I would strongly prefer to receive them there: but it's okay if this is no longer the case.

Thanks!

Greetings, Blizz! I can get these Pokémon for you, no problem at all. Also, you can have them for free since you have considerably helped me in the past, trading me Pokémon for free in your GAs but also trading multiple Pokémon of yours for just one Pokémon of my collection.

And yes, I generally keep copies of the Pokémon I get in Gen 7 as well so I can trade them to you in Gen 7, if you prefer so. I will DM you on Discord too coordinate this. :sphearical:

#169. “Carruthers”

OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Timid - Infiltrator (HA)
31 | 0 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 SpA / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Nasty Plot | Sludge Bomb | Air Slash | Heat Wave

The nickname is a reference to Paul Carruthers, a chemist and physician appearing in The Devil Bat, a 1940 black-and-white American horror/howcatchem film produced by Producers Releasing Corporation (PRC). Carruthers is offered a $5,000 bonus from his employers for his contributions to the company, a pittance compared to the million dollars in income the company earned from his work. Embittered and insulted, he seeks revenge and develops a system in which ordinary bats are enlarged to massive size, training them to be drawn to a new, pungent aftershave he is testing. After many murders, his plan is discovered by reporter Layton who dumps a sample of the aftershave on Carruthers, leading the bat to attack and kill its own master.

#184. “Fran”

OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Adamant - Huge Power
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 HP
Belly Drum | Aqua Jet | Play Rough | Knock Off

The nickname is a reference to Fran (フラン), a fictional character in the Final Fantasy series of video games. She is a member of the Viera race, a group of rabbit-like humanoid people. Her title is "Master of Weapons", as the viera are known for their extraordinary craftsmanship, grace, and intellect. She has a "rabbit tail" style decorative piece at the small of her back, even if not noticeable as her hair obscures it most of the time. "You've let your eyes betray your heart".

#185. “Arcadio”
♂
OT: Chris | ID: 420218 | Galar (Shield)
Jolly - Sturdy
31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Stealth Rock | Head Smash | Wood Hammer | Sucker Punch

The nickname is a reference to José Arcadio Buendía, the family patriarch and main protagonist in One Hundred Years of Solitude, a 1967 novel written by Colombian author Gabriel García Márquez. After a life spent as a charismatic, forceful and always-curious visionary man, at the end of his life he becomes mad and, to keep the town safe, he is tied to a chestnut tree in the backyard of his house, thereafter speaking only Latin. In this way, he is also euphemistically tied to the family tree, a recurring scheme and theme in the whole novel. The Safari Ball, Gen 8+ exclusive on Sudowoodo, and its camouflage/military pattern can link to the the long interlude of civil wars, military uprisings and banana-republicanism, which is included in chapters 6-9.

────── {⋆❉⋆} ──────

#189. “Wataame”
♀
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Jolly - Infiltrator (HA)
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Swords Dance | Sleep Powder | Seed Bomb | Acrobatics

Wataame (わたあめ) is a Japanese feminine name, being also the word for "cotton candy". The inspiration for this nickname came from the Jumpluff sprite featured in the Gold&Silver Spaceworld 1997 demo where Jumpluff is pictured as a pink cat with a ball of cotton upon its head, resembling a cotton candy. The Love Ball matches with shiny Jumpluff color palette but, hey, could match with a cherry flavored cotton candy as well!

────── {⋆❉⋆} ──────

#428. “Shamaya”
♀
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Jolly - Klutz
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Fake Out | Switcheroo | Healing Wish | U-turn

Shamaya is a variant of the Hebrew feminine name Shemaiah (שמע-יה), meaning "God Heard". Credits for the nickname go to Shachaawaq.

────── {⋆❉⋆} ──────

#445. “Mundus”
♂
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Jolly - Rough Skin (HA)
31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Swords Dance | Scale Shot | Earthquake | Fire Fang

The nickname is a reference to Frank Mundus (1925-2008), a fisherman and charter captain based in Montauk, New York who is said to be the inspiration for the character Quint in the movie and book Jaws. Mundus started out as a shark hunter (Monster Fishing), but later became a shark conservationist. Up until his death, he chartered out his boat Cricket II for those seeking the thrill of big game fishing.

#598. “Trevor”
♂
OT: Chris | ID: 058531 | Galar (Shield)
Relaxed - Iron Barbs
31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 0
252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpD
Stealth Rock | Gyro Ball | Leech Seed | Protect

The nickname is a reference to Trevor Belmont (トレバー・ベルモンド), one of the main protagonists in the Netflix original series, Castlevania. He is a monster hunter and the last descendant of the Belmont family, who were (wrongfully) exiled and excommunicated. One of his weapon, the Morning Star, found at the Belmont Estate during his plan to defeat Dracula, is a whip consisting on a long metal chain with its tip endsing in a heavy metal ball with spikes protruding from it. "Trevor has a quick whip and even quicker wit. He's not one to be messed with". The Fast Ball was chosen because it connects to the light orangish of shiny Ferrothorn's body, and, ironically, was also chosen to contrast with its nature and IV spread.

#687. “Akkorokamui"

The nickname is a reference to the Akkorokamui (アッコロカムイ), a gigantic octopus-like monster from Ainu folklore, equivalent to the Nordic Kraken, which supposedly lurks in Uchiura Bay in Hokkaidō.

05/31/2022 UPDATE (Pokémon HOME compatibility + 7 new Pokémon)
The Pokémon HOME compatibility for the BDSP and PLA games is out for 2 weeks now, meaning that my Ribbon Masters finally have the Twinkling Star Ribbon and they are back to their Ribbon Master status :boi:. I've also slightly changed the order of how I list their ribbons, to reflect how they are similarly shown on Pokémon HOME. The compatibility also means that a plethora of old Pokémon (mainly the ones obtained in Gen 7 and 8) can now be fully ribboned with the BDSP returning ribbons! I'm also almost done in completing this work. Lastly, I'm also currently revamping the Pokémon that have been cut from SwSh but are coded in the BDSP games that have old obsolete moves like Hidden Power, Return, Pursuit etc. These Pokémon are being updated in the main sections of the thread.

New Pokémon:

{#376 - “Nikephoros”}
III
Ø

IVs: 31/31/31/11/31/31 - Adamant\Clear Body - CHRIS\18923 - Orre (Colosseum)
Ev'd: Meteor Mash | Bullet Punch | Earthquake | Explosion
[252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def]

Ribbons:

Info about Nikephoros

"Πλάσματα μιας ημέρας! Τι είναι ο καθένας;

(Pindar, Pythian 8)

Nikephoros is my eighth personal Ribbon Master project from Gen 3, featuring every possible ribbon from Gen 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8. Colosseum shiny Metagross has always held a special place in my heart because it is the only Metagross that you can Ribbon Master that can be obtained outside of a Pokéball in the Generation 3 games: the one you find at Steven's House after Defeating Elite Four in RSE is, in fact, in a plain Pokéball. Even if Colosseum Metagross is not as laborious to obtain as Raikou, it still requires a few tricks to do in battle to advance your battle frames in a consistent way. I decided to run the Choice Band set on Nikephoros, Metagross's staple set since the Gen 3 era, with Explosion obtained via BDSP, otherwise incompatible with the Master Rank ribbon. Nikephoros (Νικηφόρος) is a Greek male name, meaning "the one who carries victory".

#202. “Tatsumaki”
♀
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Calm - Shadow Tag
31 | 0 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 HP / 252 SpD / 6 Def
Counter | Mirror Coat | Destiny Bond | Encore

The nickname is a reference to Tatsumaki (タツマキ), the S-Class Rank 2 professional hero of the Hero Association appearing in the Japanese superhero franchise One-Punch Man. Tatsumaki is the most powerful esper in the series and her psychokinetic output surpasses even Geryuganshoop. In addition to having significant telepathy abilities and the capacity to erect psychic barriers, Tatsumaki's true power was shown when she was capable of effortlessly stopping a very powerful bombardment attack from Boros' giant spaceships as well as sending them back with the same, if not more, force. "When the time comes, don't go expecting someone to come save you."

#243. “Naoto”

OT: CHRIS | ID: 00005 | Johto (Silver)
Timid - Inner Focus (HA)
31 | 0 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
204 HP / 4 Def / 44 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Reflect | Light Screen | Thunderbolt | Snarl

The nickname is a reference to Naoto Date (伊達 直人), the main protagonist of Tiger Mask, a Japanese manga series written by Ikki Kajiwara. Naoto, known as Tiger Mask on the ring, was a feared heel wrestler in America that wore an identifiable tiger mask over his head during the matches. In the manga, Naoto was originally part of an evil organization named “Tiger’s Cave” that would train wrestlers in exchange for royalties. Ultimately, he ended up leaving the organization and set out to establish his career on his own, using his earnings to donate money to the orphanage he grew up at. This is the Raikou that roams Johto after it is disturbed by the player in Ecruteak City's Burned Tower.

#244. “Barong”

Jolly - Inner Focus (HA)
31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Sacred Fire | Flare Blitz | Extreme Speed | Stone Edge

Barong is a panther-like creature and character in the Balinese mythology of Bali, Indonesia. Entei's lion-like appearance and masses of fur make it appear similar to this kind of feline spirit. This is the Entei that roams Johto after it is disturbed by the player in Ecruteak City's Burned Tower.

#357. “Shokotan”

OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Bold - Harvest (HA)
31 | 0 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Substitute | Leech Seed | Air Slash | Toxic

The nickname is a reference to Shokotan, the nickname by which one of the hosts of Pokémon Sunday, Shōko Nakagawa (中川翔子), was known. The OT Shokotan (しょこたん) was given to the event Tropius distributed at Pokémon Centers in early 2007 to sponsor the show. I wanted to emulate the idea behind this event Tropius, which is also the very first event to be distributed in a Cherish Ball.

#553. “Higuma”

OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Jolly - Intimidate
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Stealth Rock | Earthquake | Knock Off | Toxic

The nickname is a reference to Higuma (ヒグマ), a mountain bandit and the leader of the Higuma Bandits in One Piece. Higuma was an arrogant, brutish man, always ready to boast about himself and brutalize the weak. He wore a long red coat over a white shirt, black trousers, and a golden necklace. Both Krookodile's shiny palette and the Ultra Ball connect well with the black and yellow motif of Higuma's necklace.

────── {⋆❉⋆} ──────

#802. “Akana”
Ø
OT: Mt. Tensei | ID: 100917 | Alola (Sun)
Jolly - Technician
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Bulk Up | Close Combat | Spectral Thief | Shadow Sneak

The nickname is a reference to Akana Sōemon, the samurai appearing in Kikka no Chigiri (菊花の約), a tale included in Ueda Akinari's Ugetsu Monogatari (雨月物語). One day, a Confucian scholar named Hasebe Samon meets Akana Sōemon, a seriously ill samurai and decides to take care of him. A deep friendship is born between both of them and, once recovered, the samurai leaves Hasebe's house, promising to return before the end of autumn, for the chrysanthemum festival. Unfortunately, Akana is captured and imprisoned; this makes it impossible for him to keep his promise to his friend. So he decides to kill himself, in order to reach his friend in the form of a ghost and tell him that nothing could prevent him from keeping such an important promise.

06/13/2022 UPDATE (7 new Pokémon)

Managed to (finally) fully ribbon my Arceus on BDSP and completed another Ribbon Master project so here's another update :>
Since BDSP RNG is relatively new, I've added Arceus proof exclusively for this update under each entry.
Darkrai and Shaymin are coming up next! (along with a special Quilava project from Colosseum I've been working on recently which I plan to Ribbon Master and then evolve in Hisui). :psyglad:

{#350 - “Raanana”}

III
♀

IVs: 31/0/31/31/31/31 - Bold\Marvel Scale - Chris\00350 - Hoenn (Emerald)
Ev'd: Scald | Ice Beam | Haze | Recover
[252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SpD]

Ribbons:

Info about Raanana

A few years after obtaining Oceania, my Gen 4 Milotic caught a few months after I joined Smogon in 2009, and learning RNG Abuse in Generation 3, I thought it was finally time to get my hands on a shiny Milotic from the Hoenn region, which would have become Oceania’s beloved sister right after the moment I would have captured her. Water-type Pokémon are my favourites and Milotic is my favourite Water-type Pokémon, hence a Ribbon Master Milotic from her game of origin could not be missing from my collection. I checked that a Bold 0 Atk spread was possible and hittable in Pokémon Emerald thanks to the Synchronize mechanics, and RNG abused a square shiny savefile with 00350 as TID, to match Milotic's Pokédex number. Luckily, this spread had multiple encounter slots, and I eventually managed to run into a wild shiny Feebas. After securing her in a Dive Ball, Raanana's ribboning journey finally began! Milotic, in a certain sense, has been my thread mascot throughout the generations and I really wish she will be included in every Gen 8+ Pokémon game. The nickname Raanana (רַעֲנָנָּה) is a Hebrew feminine name, meaning "rebirth". I decided to pick this nickname as Raanana has been trained and ribboned during the challenges that the world is recently facing, marking the desire to start a new, positive and prosperous cycle.

#015. “An-Nahl”
♂
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Jolly - Swarm
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 6 Def
Toxic Spikes | X-Scissor | Endeavor | Tailwind

The nickname is a reference to the An-Nahl (الْنَّحْل, "The Bee"), the 16th chapter (sūrah) of the Qur'an. It is named after honey bees mentioned in verse 68, and contains a comparison of the industry and adaptability of honey bees with the industry of man.

#024. “Midgar Zolom”
♂
OT: Christian | ID: 001337 | Alola (Sun)
Careful - Shed Skin
31 | 31 | 31 | 0 | 31 | 31
252 HP / 4 Def / 236 SpD / 16 Spe
Coil | Gunk Shot | Earthquake | Rest

The nickname is a reference to Migdar Zolom, a giant cobra appearing in Final Fantasy VII that dwells within the marshlands leading to the Mythril Mine. "It's a serpent-like creature over 30 feet tall!! It picks up on footsteps that enter the marshes... And then, BAM!! It attacks!!!"

────── {⋆❉⋆} ──────

#176. “Haniel”
♂
OT: CHRIS | ID: 00005 | Johto (Silver)
Calm - Super Luck (HA)
31 | 0 | 31 | 31 | 31 | 31
248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Def
Defog | Dazzling Gleam | Heal Bell | Roost

The nickname is a reference to Haniel (הניאל, "Joy of God"), an angel in Jewish lore and archangel of the sephirah Netzach. Haniel is also sometimes reported as the angel who led Enoch to heaven and he is typically represented as an androgynous with broad gray wings, wearing an emerald green dress and a brown lantern. The name, which probably derives from the Hebrew hana'ah, meaning "joy, happiness", was chosen as Togetic is partly based on an angel and it's known as the "happiness" Pokémon, appearing before kindhearted people and showering them with happiness. This is the Togepi that hatches from the Mystery Egg returned to the player by Professor Elm's aide in the Gold/Silver/Crystal Virtual Console games.

────── {⋆❉⋆} ──────

#493. “Urizen”
Ø
OT: Chris | ID: 000001 | Sinnoh (Shining Pearl)
Adamant - Multitype
31 | 31 | 31 | 17 | 31 | 31
128 HP / 252 Atk / 128 Spe
Swords Dance | Extreme Speed | Shadow Claw | Recover

In the mythology of William Blake, Urizen is the embodiment of conventional reason and law. Urizen's features are similar to the conception of Yahweh, the God of the Old Testament. The name Urizen could derive from the English "Your Reason", the wisdom recognized by his experience; or from the Greek verb "ορίζειν", "to delimit". Urizen has clear similarities with the philosophical figure of the Demiurge, an artisan-like figure responsible for fashioning and maintaining the physical universe in the Greek schools of philosophy. He is usually depicted as a bearded old man holding a compass in his hands, element borrowed from Masonic symbolism which he uses to create and constrain the Universe and which refers to God as the "Great Architect of the Universe".

(Shiny catchable Arceus has at long last been made available in the BDSP games after 16 years from Diamond and Pearl's Japanese release, however, I decided to give Urizen a nostalgia touch by specifically RNG abusing the 17 IV in SpA, to reflect one of the Adamant spreads that you could have used to catch Arceus in the original DPPt games if the Azure Flute had been released by Game Freak in those games.)

In the Vedic religion, Ṛta (ऋत "order, rule; truth; logos") is the principle of natural order which regulates and coordinates the operation of the universe and everything within it. In the hymns of the Vedas, Ṛta is described as that which is ultimately responsible for the proper functioning of the natural, moral and sacrificial orders. It can also be interpreted as the "cosmic order" to which the whole reality is subject and can be viewed as a prelude to the more widespread and subsequent term of Dharma.

The nickname is a reference to Y Ddraig Aur, the Welsh “Golden Dragon”, that was said to have been the battle standard of Welsh prince Owain Glyndwr, during the battle of Tuthill in 1401. Welsh folk legends say that it once flew over Caernarfon castle and it represented Glyndwr during Wales dynastic wars.
