Wigan gave City a good stab though, Moses and Rodellega looked especially lively though lacked on shooting.

Is it just me or do City look empty in midfield without Yaya Toure...?

What did everyone make of the shocking handball on the half way line. Aguero was set to score and he hadn't had the best of all games...
Pissed me off, he's on my Fantasy Team and between Figueroa and Dzeko, he slumped :/
 
and manchini trying to get the player sent off waving the imaginary crads, after getting asnnoyed at rooney doing it. then said he did it as a player. erm ya...
 
Bolton vs. Macclesfield tonight, 8pm. If we win (which we should, easily), then I'll be going to the home game against Swansea on Sat 28th.

Subject to a medical, from the sounds of it. Meant to be worth £10 million. Was initially very happy because he's a great player and should link up well with his compatriot, Ba. But then I realised...Mike Ashley doesn't just fork out that kinda money - somebody must be going the other way to fund this. Apparently we've been looking at Vorm, which would suggest we're expecting Krul to leave.
 
I've never posted here before, probably won't again either. Since all the talk here is mostly EPL, I would like to tell everybody here that Tottenham are going to win the Premier League.

Now just in general. Inter Milan will win everything this year including the champions league. Forza Inter.

I thought Courtois was supposed to be Cech's long term replacement.Maybe AVB thinks he's too young.......just like he says he wants to buy a striker while Lukaku is spending 90 mins per game on the bench.
 
Cech doesn't need replacing, he's only 29 :( and he's still good too imo

I reckon newcastle are in with a shot at vorm tbh, none of the other three really need him (though if he goes to another it may be tottenham once friedel retires!)
 
I'm under the impression we're only interested because a deal has already been struck/in the process of being struck for Krul. Which I'm a bit down about because, although I rate Vorm highly, I'd like to see Krul stay.
 
Why are Newcastle strengthening in attack? It's one of your strongest areas! If Wenger managed Newcastle he would be playing Lovenkrands every week and defending him cos he's a nice guy and works hard on the training pitch and just needs a bit of confidence and he'd bring back Shearer for 6 weeks cos he's a nice guy and loves the club. Clearly that is a better idea than bringing in another new striker.

Also Wenger FFS GET RID OF DOUROU AND SIGN ANOTHER DEFENDER! Samba is class and is begging to leave Blackburn. There, was that so hard? Same with Arshavin and Walcott. Hoilett is better, works harder, is a proper winger and I hear he's available too!!! Transfer business is not hard when there's good players out there wanting to leave their clubs in the exact areas Arsenal need to strengthen! Nearly tore my hair out in the summer and this January is heading that way very quickly.
 
so pissed off with ken bates and the leeds board, no club that wants to be making the play-offs and getting into the premier league sells their captain for 2 million

I'd hardly say up front is our strongest area, we have Ba and then HBA who can play as a secondary striker... Outside of that there's Best (who's getting better admittently), Ameobi, Lovenkrands and like... then we're looking at Sammy Ameobi, Ryan Donaldson and Phil Airey.

Midfield is our strongest first team area - Cabaye, Gutierrez and Tiote with Obertan/HBA on the wing. Guthrie offers decent depth, and then we've got the impressive youth players Vuckic, Abeid and I guess to an extent Ferguson.

Cisse will be interesting. There's rumours that we only signed Ba to attract Cisse.
In regards to who must be going the other way, I'm fairly certain Simpson must be on his way out. Krul I guess will leave in the summer, we've been eyeing up another dutch youth keeper, the name escapes me.

Who do you guys think will get Cissokho?

heh Torres is too expensive unless I take out RVP (who I did decide to add, along with Valencia). I took out Rooney but still have Bale. I could take out Bale and probably Sturridge for Torres and another midfielder but then Id still need to sub another guy out to get more money, since I literally have 0 bucks in my bank as of now.

oh and I played my wildcard this week
