2012/2013 Soccer/Football thread

Please,he went down on purpose the moment he felt Johnson's foot brush his.But ofcourse, how else were United to beat them? Fairly? God no.

And @Jirabi Both the penalties Hazard has won so far were legit in that he got tripped and the one against Juve was 50-50.He got shoulder-pushed and got his heels caught from behind as against Valencia who was barely touched by Johnson before he went down. And when the fuck did Oscar dive or do anything of the sort?

You'll see sooner or later, Players like Hazard's, Oscar fits perfectly into the Barca hall of fame. Didnt he got booked against Stoke for diving?

I watched that game and I don't recall anything like that......Anyway,I'll add ya once I get mine Phadunk and screw you Dubby ps3 rules.

HBK, I am a Chelsea fan (Hardcore) and I admit that Hazard tends to dive quite a lot. Anyway, Chelsea has been good this season, but without seeming convincing. 3rd or 2nd probably.

And am I the only one who thinks Luiz is awesome?

Yup;call me crazy but I think he's too reckless and that Cahill should have his starting spot. Not to mention that the communication between him and Terry is much better.

And I appreciate your concern Lee but I'm not diabetic.....

Jordan Henderson, a pretty terrible player imo, and he is showing no signs of improvement. He looks uncomfortable in possession and barely completes a pass.

Disagree here. He fits in perfectly in this system. He is comfortable on the ball and it's obvious that ball retention and dictating the play is his forte. Our first choice for this role is Allen but we have Henderson as a more than able back-up. I'm glad we finally have a lot of quality and depth in central midfield.

I get the feeling that BR is going to crash and burn like AVB did.The question is will he get more time than AVB did? Then again BR is more experienced than AVB was and, more importantly, has previously coached in England. However, the way Liverpool have started this season has done nothing to disprove this.

I think Luiz is class and extremely talented. The problem for Chelsea is that his skills don't seem to lie on the defensive side. He has gotten away with quite a few defensive howlers since signing, and his positioning, tracking back and reading of the game has been poor (from what I've seen). He does have some silky skills on the ball though, he has pace, strength and great shooting technique (from what I've seen). If I were Chelsea I'd forget signing Fellaini and just push Luiz up front. He did score his first goal for Chelsea before Torres after all!

Also I missed the Coventry game, continuing my streak of missing the good Arsenal games... I'll be watching the Chelsea game though, so prepare for a drab 0-0 anyone else who's thinking of watching!

obvious penalty is obvious

i remember people bashing me when i said koscielny was bad. i guess this first half proves my point. bullied by torres LOL
