2019-20 NBA Season

And then what does he do? Lets Ariza go, re-signs Capela to a ridiculous deal, re-sign Chris "worst contract than Russell Westbrook" Paul to a 4-year max. Just one year later, he has traded Chris Paul while reportedly shopping Eric Gordon and Clint Capela, who will see his averages drop to 10 points 5 rebounds on $17M a year with the addition of Westbrook.

Not bad at all.

As a Pacers fan, what exactly is the net result of our free agency? I like Jeremy Lamb and TJ Mconnell for depth but we lose Young and Bogdanovic. I like Brogdan a lot but it doesn’t really move the needle for me especially with what we lost, and how good the east is. That, and with Oladipo’s health still a question mark, I don’t really know where Indy is gonna be.

Brogdan is younger than Bogdanovic, much better defensively, and arguably better offensively. He just had a 50/40/90 season. TJ Warren is also better overall than Thad Young at this point. The only real questionable thing was taking Goga but it's likely just an indication they're gonna dangle one of Turner or Sabonis over the next year or so.

It's wild how little the Pacers got TJ Warren for. I think it's a net positive off season for the Pacers, but a lot of it really hinges on Oladipo's health. With Kawhi gone, they've got a decent shot at ECF.
I don’t see it happening unless Oladipo comes back and is healthy, if I’m being honest.

The fact that we got TJ Warren for so little is more indicative that the Suns FO is a fucking laughing stock. Warren was one of very few NBA players on their roster and he was traded for cash? Jesus Christ, what the hell are they doing?

From what I read, the Suns actually offered that to the Pacers in the first place. I don't think even Pritchard believed it was real lmao.

I love how he casually throws shade at the chargers at the end

The salt is real in Lakerland
I love how all Lakers fans feel so threatened and uncomfortable by the Clippers. It’s honestly awesome, if anything it makes us fans more confident that we’re finally gonna go all the way with guys that chose to be there and rejected the mess that is the next door franchise. We’re not going away any time soon, so might as well get used to it.

This has to be some of the most delusional shit I've ever read lmao. Hey man however you need to rationalize things so you can sleep at night.

Maybe wait until the season starts before making posts like this.

Us doing well this year doesn't really matter towards my general sentiment behind the post. Lakers fans asking the Clippers to move does show the insecurity currently present where the Clippers are in their minds a real threat to "their" town. I personally love the fact that Lakers fans can't stop talking about the Clippers and taking jabs at us because it just means we're for real, regardless of how far we do go this year. We're a proper professional organisation with a serious goal, different to what we were in the not so distant past. And yes, we're not going away any time soon, regardless of who wins, we're building on that momentum, getting our new arena in LA soon and putting down our roots in that city for generations to come. The fact that we could potentially win a championship in the next few years would be the crowning achievement to that but it's not something that impacts my general sentiment of the Clippers having "arrived" in LA and that noise bothering the neighbour.
