2021 CAP Winter Seasonal​

Alright, signups are now closed so we're ready to begin the tournament. You'll find rules, matchups, and resources listed below. Keep in mind that the points earned by your placement in this tournament can qualify you for the 2021 CAP Championship.

Rules:
  • This is a standard SS CAP tournament.
  • The format is best of three, double elimination.
  • Changing teams in between matches is allowed.
  • You are required to post your replays.
  • All Smogon tournament rules apply.
  • Any change in tiering will not take effect until the following round.
  • Matches must be played on Pokemon Showdown or Smogtours.
  • Please use this guide while scheduling with your opponent.

Now that we're more than halfway through the week I want to take care of a few issues quickly.

kjnjkmjk1 has been substituted in for Orig Stall Guy

Gary's Best Friend your request for a substitution confuses me. Your opponent contacted you to try to schedule a match more than 6 hours before you made your post as shown in this screenshot. I'm not going to sub your opponent out. Was your post a request for me to sub you out?

As for everyone else, make sure to schedule your matches in a timely manner. If you're having issues solidifying a time to play with your opponent please let me know.

glad to know i can still put on an entertaining game despite not being in the best shape to play mons anymore, hopefully everyone enjoyed it outside of the sick sadistic way lol. I always was a pretty player i thought. less glad to learn its double elem LOL

I apologize if there was any ambiguity in my post and any confusion that may have resulted. My intention was to ask for a substitute for myself and to drop from the tournament. Sorry again!
