Welcome to the 2023 National Dex Tournament Circuit! This circuit will have players compete in a variety of tournaments to gain points and ultimately face off against each other in the Tournament Circuit Playoffs! Without further ado, here is the tournament schedule:

Seasonals
Seasonals are a best-of-3, double-elimination tournament. There will be a Seasonal to play in the Winter and Summer.
Cups
Cup is a best-of-3, single elimination tournament. There will be a cup for Gen 8 National Dex early next year.
Ladder Tournament
The Ladder Tournament is divided into two stages. The first stage consists of 4 cycles of laddering, where players get to sign up and ladder to the top; the top 8 players from each cycle will progress into the second stage. The second stage is a seeded single-elimination tournament.
Last Chance
The Last Chance tournament is a Type B, best-of-3, single elimination tournament, and it is pretty self-explanatory: It allows players to have one last chance to qualify for the Circuit Playoffs.

Removal of Grand Slam
We want our circuit to remain OU focused for the forseeable future, and with Grand Slam's numbers being rather low last year we ultimately decided to remove it. That isn't to say Grand Slam won't happen, more than likely it will be hosted unofficially at a later date.
Addition of Gen 8 National Dex Cup
With Gen 8 now being a past generation, we would like to still give it a place in the circuit, so to replace Grand Slam will be the SS National Dex Cup!
