Where it's 29-30, 11-12 things of that sort where it is one or another rather than between 4. As that is obviously a great different spread could give you multiple parameters.

But as Tammi said, you most likely are going to be using the C6E one.
 
That person meant you should've changed the in-game date. Everything you fill in in parameter search should be data from your DS.

let the timer0 be min C50-CFF, VCount 50-6F, V Frame 0-F
date 6/9/11, startup at 15:28:30
possible iv
Hp-30,31
ATK-26
DEF 24
SPATK-23-25
SpDef-31
Speed-7,8
now should i try and cut the range down a bit more?

The range is fine.
 
I totally don't understand why it won't work, it should (I try to find parameters using the things you gave and neither could I find one -.-').

You are not turning on C-Gear on start up right?
You're not holding any buttons?
You don't walk or anything you only use sweet scent?
You have a White (English) retail card? (the thing you buy from a store)
You have a DS Original or Lite (not a DSi or DSi XL or 3DS)?
You are using the correct time and date (the one of your DS)?
You are not loading the game with any cheat codes?
You truly turn the power off and you do not have the 'soft reset' box checked?

Okay, well let's give it one more shot by putting up a situation by ourselves. It really helped two of my friends to try completely different situations (oh btw this is very childish but it works xD):

Save in the grass at route 10. Set your DS's date setting to 03/03/2011 and set your time to 01:01:00. Try to start the game at exactly 01:01:30. Do what you normally do (sweet scent etc.) and fill that all into the Parameter Search. If you don't get some parameters... my head is going to explode ><
 
Well then I totally don't know what do anymore. Sorry and good luck (btw, you should really check Bearsfan09's video's). *off to bed*
 
since you didn't find any parameters you need to keep trying different time/dates till you find one, that's all you can do or post exactly what you do to find your parameters.
