A new IRC Channel - #UU

Hello

As most of you know, Smogon has a few IRC channels on synirc.net, ranging from Stark to #Smogon. However, we do not (as of now) have a seperate IRC channel for UU.

I realize that this suggestion(that we set up a new IRC channel for UU) might be redundant with the existence of #Stark, but think about it. Ubers has its own channel. And UU is an extremely popular metagame, and I'm sure that many people would love to discuss it on IRC.

The administrators aren't interested in anymore "official" IRC channels currently. While, #ubers may be active by Smogon members - it's not an official channel. You can create a #uu rather easily and get people to participate, it's just not going to be an "official" Smogon channel.

Good luck getting your channel active should you choose to make it though!
