Two things to note:
1) Even if a Pokémon gets ENKOed, as long as it's not a combo or a special case like Destiny Bond, it still performs the move.
2) All Pokémon use their action, even if one of them is already fainted, which can result in a move getting thrown at nothing. In that case, I still should perform Bulk Up A3.
