Frosmoth: This team center around getting frosmoth to sweep by quiver dancing multiple times, 12 speed is to turn the table on dragapult after 3 quiver dances. Substitute is to get more free dances on slowking, tera electric is to minimalise the number of weaknesses and have a coverage. People often get surprused by the little amount of damage they can deal to the moth.
Cinccino: the first hazard cleaner of the team, knock off and triple axel help to deal with bad math-ups better than mausehold (like landorus, corviknight and other rocky helmet users), knock off also help to play long games, tera ghost is just there to be there, I don't recall ever used that
Incineroar: the king gambit check of the team, will-o-wisp, knock off and parting shot help to deal with any kinds of switch-in. Tera water is to...I don't recall using that either.
Weezing-galar: the more bulky hazard cleaner, as the leftovers frosmoth is the main sweeper and this team generally need to switch alot so two cleaner is required. It can also act as a zamazenta check and bait great tusk by shuca berry.
Sinistcha: the other sweeper of the team. It has perfect synergy with frosmoth as everything check it will be doomed by frosmoth and opposite (moon and king will both be checked by tera poison sinistcha as scald burn is not so rare) tera poison is mainly to be poison immune, which will come in handy if facing a stall or pelcharunt team.
Alomomola: most of the team has no reliable healing so this is a must-have. Mirror coat to sometimes kill pelcharunt and healing wish to quick heal any teammates (this has great synergy with mirror coat as it makes many roaring moon fear to hit the fish) the speed 12 IV on this mon is pretty interesting, it helps in stall match-up (it abuse a not that well-known game mechanic that I've just found out)
In more specific cases:
In most HO match-up, I can just block the special attackers by tera my frosmoth and sweep from there. Sometimes I need to sac 2 mons to clear the hazard but it is worth it.
In most stall match-up, I will bait in and toxic blissey then abuse neutralizing gas to stop it from recovering, after the blob die, sinistcha can easily sweep.
When I meet wall ninetails, I will let it encore my frosmoth, 3 turn of encore cover all the things that the opponent can do (1 from encore, 1 from switch, and frosmoth has enough bulk to tank most neutral hits)
Balance teams are the worst match-up (this team is also built to increase the number of balance teams on the ladder) and there are a variety of situations so I will try to play as careful as possible.
Sun match-up is also bad, I will try to force them to long game where I chip the mons enough for a +1 moth sweep.
