Part of the reason coding for showdown (be it for the main server, one of the more popular side servers like dh2, or your on personal server) is so daunting, at least to me, is that although there are some even though i have the server muted
.md
files that explain some things and how to do some stuff related to getting your server up and running, much of the code goes undocumented. While much of the basics can be understood by simply reviewing the code for things like how all the mons data is formatted and what not, I don't think being able to look at the code can ever make up for there being no documentation on say, all the custom functions and what they do, misc. syntax things that might be hard to spot, or how to fix common mistakes that are easy to fall for. I know its a lot, but I, and I believe many others, would appreciate this, as it would make coding for showdown more accessible and less of a headache. Also shoutout to the showdown coding server, its a very helpful resource to have available.
