I think there should be an option that allows you to "ignore" specific room chats, such as HLs from users or room tournaments. Without having to disable all HLs from users and room tournaments in the Settings page, you can now get those in other rooms and PMs. For example, i'm in the Lobby room and don't want to get any notifications in the OverUsed room.
For where the "Ignore" command could be, I think it could either fit somewhere on top of the screen depending on what room you're in, a new function where you can click on the names of room chats for other options (this will probably be hard for staff to do, but just an option) and just simply in Settings where you can see a list of room chats and ignore any from there. Of course, this is just a suggestion.
